This patch upgrades jQuery to 3.4.1, jQuery-UI to 1.12.1, and adds the
jQuery-migrate plugin to ensure backwards-compatibility with existing
jQuery plugins and code. An updated of jquery-ui-rtl.css has been
created by converting the new version of jquery-ui.css.
All jQuery assets are now include the version number in the file name
just as we now do in the staff client.
Besides updating file names in the templates, there was only one change
made: opac-results.tt had a typo which has been corrected.
To test, apply the patch and test as many different pages in the OPAC as
possible, including self-checkout and self checkin. Keep the browser
console open and watch for JavaScript errors. All JavaScript-driven
behavior should work correctly. For instance:
- Tabs
- Datepickers
- Select all/none operations
- Cart and lists popups
- Search result highlighting

This adds a ; as separator between 440 and 490 fields used in the
same record. Currently we loop first 440 and then 490. 490 is displayed
depending on the indicator.
So after we finish the first loop, we check for existence of 490 on the
same record now to decide if a separator is needed.
To test:
- Look at various records using one or multiple 440 and 490 fields
- Verify the display is correct, especially when both appar on the
same record in both OPAC and staff

Currently Koha very inconsistently adds a . at the end when
outputting MARC fields on the detail views.
This patch removes the few cases where we add in .
Keeping the end user in mind, I believe it's not needed and
the added consistency will be nice. ISBD should be added on
cataloguing or by templates, but we should not mix when possible.
To test:
Catalog the following fields, if repeatable, add more than one:
- 020
- 022
- 111
- 242
- 245
- 246
- 250
- 300
- 440
- 490
- 700/710/711 with $i
- 700/710/711 ind.2 = 2
Verify both on staff and OPAC detail pages that there is no
additional . at the end of the line.

This patch updates templates and CSS so that the language-selection menu
in the header will not be hidden if the browser width is too narrow.
This patch also makes some more general improvements to the responsive
adaptability of the header elements.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the OPAC CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
Test the changes by viewing pages in the OPAC and adjusting your browser
width, paying attention to how elements in the top menu adapt to
different sizes. Test under varying conditions:
- Logged in/not loggeed user
- Search history enabled and disabled
- OpacLangSelectorMode showing menu in header or not
- opacuserlogin enabled or disabled

This patch adds the option to show a QR code on the OPAC bibliographic
detail page. The URL of the page is encoded in the image so that
scanning it will take the user to that page on their device. The feature
is controlled by a new system preference, OPACDetailQRCode, which is
disabled by default.
The QR Code is generated by a JavaScript library, "kjua"
(https://github.com/lrsjng/kjua), which has been added to the "About"
page in the staff client.
To test, apply the patch and run the database update. Rebuild the OPAC
CSS (https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- In the staff client, go to Administration -> System preferences.
- Locate the OPACDetailQRCode system preferences under OPAC ->
Features. It should be disabled.
- Enable the preference and switch to the OPAC.
- Locate a title in the catalog and view the detail page.
- In the sidebar menu there should be a "Send to device" link.
- Clicking the link should display a QR Code.
- Scan the code using a QR Code-capable device.
- The URL should be correct.
- Disable the system preference and confirm that the "Send to device"
link no longer appears on the OPAC detail page.

To test:
1) apply dependencies
2) get 2 payment plugins, one with threshold as https://gitlab.com/thekesolutions/plugins/koha-plugin-pay-via-paypal/uploads/4c66444ff697586dff3d8759c1e5746c/koha-plugin-pay-via-paypal-v1.0.0.kpz and one without threshold as https://github.com/bywatersolutions/koha-plugin-pay-via-paygov/releases/download/v1.0.5/koha-plugin-pay-via-paygov-v1.0.5.kpz
3) install both plugins
4) Configure both plugins to work correctly (can be invented data.. we are not interested in the actual payment page, but to test if payment method is allowed)
5) In plugin with threshold, set minimum threshold to 10
6) Fetch any user, and create 2 manual invoices, both for the amount of 5
7) Enter OPAC as user, and go to "my fines" tab
CHECK => both plugins appear as payment method
8) Check the checkbox of one of the fines
SUCCESS => plugin with threshold is now disabled, and has a warning message that says "Minimum amount needed by this service is 10.00"
=> plugin without threshold is enabled
=> if plugin with threshold was selected, "Make payment" button is disabled until an enabled payment method is selected

This patch adds some JavaScript-driven "breakpoints" to the OPAC so that
on the search results page the "Refine your search" heading has
different behaviors depending on whether facets are being displayed as a
sidebar.
To test, apply the patch and regenerate the OPAC SCSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
Go to the OPAC and resize your browser to be greater than ~ 800px wide.
- Perform a catalog search which will return several results.
- In the left-hand sidebar of the search results page, the "Refine your
search" heading should not be styled like a link. Hovering over it
with the mouse should not change the cursor to the pointing-hand.
- Narrow your browser window until the sidebar collapses.
- The "Refine your search" heading should now be styled as a link,
with a right-arrow icon before it.
- Clicking it should expand the facets. The icon should change to a
down-arrow.
- Widen your browser window and test again.
- Perform the same tests when starting with a narrow browser window.

query_cgi and limit_cgi. In this patch I only replaced it where it is
needed. The template contains more references to SEARCH_RESULT.query_cgi
and SEARCH_RESULT.limit_cgi which are useless, since searchResults does
not return these hash keys at all.
This patch fixes one occurrence where SEARCH_RESULT was copied outside
the loop that defines the template variable.

for a given patron. As before, each guarantor may be linked to another
Koha patron, and all the behavior that applies to a given guarantor
remains the same.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Find some patrons with guarantors, verify the still have their guarantor
4) Test adding and removing guarantors on a patron record, both Koha users and not
5) Verify the "Add child" button works
6) Verify NoIssuesChargeGuarantees still works
7) Verify tools/cleanborrowers.pl will not delete a guarantor
8) Verify the guarantors are displayed on moremember.pl
9) Verify the guarantor is removed by members/update-child.pl
10) Verify the guarantor is removed by misc/cronjobs/j2a.pl
11) Verify import patrons converts guarantor_id, relationship, contactfirstname,
and contactsurname into a guarantor
12) prove t/Patron.t
13) prove t/db_dependent/Circulation.t
14) prove t/db_dependent/Circulation/NoIssuesChargeGuarantees.t
15) prove t/db_dependent/Items.t
16) prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Patrons.t
17) prove t/db_dependent/Members.t
18) prove t/db_dependent/Patron/Relationships.t

To test:
1 - Set UseAuthoritiesForTracing to use
2 - Find some records with an 800 or 830 series entry
3 - View the record in staff and opac, note the series link does a search for title and author
4 - Apply patch
5 - restart all the things
6 - View the records, note the links now use the authority number

The code expects to display OpacNavRight content at the bottom of the
login form when a user just registered.
Test plan:
- Turn PatronSelfRegistrationVerifyByEmail on
- Register a patron
- Confirm by clicking on the link you received by email (or see the
message_queue table)
=> The OpacNavRight content should be displayed
QA Note: This code smells, the code in the pl should not be needed.

There are other occurrences of OpavNavRight that bug 22318 forgot to
adjust to use the news system instead of the syspref.
Test plan:
- turn off opacuserlogin
- create a news for OpacNavRight
- go to the opac main page
=> Confirm that the OpacNavRight content is displayed correctly.

There are a few places in the OPAC where we hide the submit button on a
sorting form because the form auto-submits when the selection changes.
These should be hidden using CSS instead of JS to prevent the temporary
appearance of the submit button while the page loads.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the OPAC CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
Test OPAC search results and OPAC checkout history. On both pages you
should not see a "Go" button next to the <select> input for changing the
sort order.
Disable JavaScript in your browser and test those pages again. The "Go"
button should appear.
