6d9d66e32a Bug 14094: DDC - Add separators for repeated $a subfields (MARC21)
Mulitple 082 fields are already separated by |, but multiple
$a in one 082 field were only separated by space, making those
not easy to read.

Patch takes care that the | separator is used in all cases.

To test:
- Catalog a record with multiple 082 fields
- Add one or multiple $a subfields to each
- Verify every single classification is separated from
  the others with a | in staff and in OPAC detail pages

9b1241ecfc Bug 14025: Fix 865u-links in the OPAC for NORMARC
The display of links found in 856$u for NORMARC has not been keeping up with
the one for MARC21, and several sysprefs have not been implemented. This
patch tries to fix that.

Affected sysprefs:
- OPACURLOpenInNewWindow
- URLLinkText
- OPACDisplay856uAsImage
- OPACTrackClicks

To test:
- Make sure you have a record with a URL in 856$u and marcflavor = NORMARC.
  (It does not have to be a full NORMARC setup or a NORMARC record, just make
  sure you are viewing the record through the NORMARC XSLT files.)
- View the record both in a result list and in detail view
- Check that the 4 involved sysprefs affect the display in the expected ways

f383fe0ffe Bug 12842: Add DDC classification numbers to MARC21 XSLT detail page
Patch will add DDC classifications, divided with | below the subjects
in the OPAC and staff detail pages.

To test:
- catalogue a record with one or mulitple 082$a subfields
- verify the classifications are displayed in OPAC and staff detail page
- Add following CSS to OpacUserCSS or IntranetUserCSS:

81e4aebd0a Bug 13227: Display856uAsImage displays images in OPAC in original size
To test:
- catalog a record with 856$u = URL to an image, $q = img
- turn on the system preference Display856uAsImage
- make sure your record has been reindexed by Zebra
- verifiy the image indeed displays on the result and detail page
  in the bootstrap catalog.

The image shows in the original size, from the code it's meant
to display with a height of 100 px, but this won't work in bootstrap
as the height is set to auto with CSS.

1e5097d0fa Bug 12334: Make it easy to hide parts of material type and format information in results
With the system preferences DisplayIconsXSLT and DisplayOPACiconsXSLT we control
the visibility of the material type, format and audience information in staff
and OPAC.

Sometimes a library might only want to hide a part of that information - for
example, hide audience but keep the material type icon.

This patch adds CSS classes to make it easier to style this section of the page
and hide parts of the information.

To test:
- Verify that OPAC and staff result lists for various types of materials
  still display nicely.
- Take a look at the HTML and verify, that label and text are now
  wrapped into a new span with a results_* class.
- Try hiding a part of the information, for example in OpacUserCSS:

.results_material_type {
  display none;
}

4f6d1c7ae2 Bug 13145 UNIMARC 610 tag isn't displayed in OPAC when there is no $9 subfield
On OPAC detail page, subject fields are not displayed when they are not linked
to authorities ($9 subfield). This is due to a misplelling in UNIMARC XSL
detail page.

TO TEST:

(1) On a Koha UNIMARC, find out a biblio record with a 610 field, without $9
    subfield. Something like:

    610 1 $a Aliment -- Approvisionnement -- Europe -- Histoire

    Or add such a field to an existing record.

(2) Check that OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay is set to 'default'

(3) See this record on OPAC detail page. You must see 'Subject: ' => nothing
    after the 'Subject' label. If your record contains several 610 fields
    without $9, the | character will appear, separating no content.

(4) Apply the patch.

(5) Reload the page seen at step (3): subject is displayed now.

b72efe9e71 Bug 12655 [Revised] PROG/CCSR deprecation: Correct hard-coded opac-tmpl/prog path in XSLT
Two XSL files in the bootstrap theme contain hard-coded paths to the
prog theme directory. This patch adds a query of the opacthemes system
preference and builds the path based on the returned value.

To test in a MARC21 system:

Create or locate a record which contains a subject which is linked to an
authority record. View the detail page for that record in the bootstrap
OPAC and confirm that there is a magnifying class icon next to the link
for that subject heading. Inspect or right-click the image and "View
image" [FF. "Open image in new tab" in Chrome] to verify that the image
being shown is from the bootstrap theme directory.

Also modified: The NORMARC XSL for the detail page which has been
changed in the same way. I did not test it in a NORMARC catalog.

f13eca4234 Bug 13120 - Invalid HTML generated by MARC21slim2OPACResults.xsl
This patch converts an id to a class in order to avoid duplicate id

To test you must have XSLT enabled with the default setting. Perform a

c4e218fe20 Bug 12726: Show RDA tag 264 on OPAC Results XSLT view (MARC21)
This patch adds the same information to the Publisher line of OPAC Results
as bug 12724 did on OPAC Detail.
To accomplish this and reduce repeated code, two XSLT routines (named
templates) are moved from OPACDetail to MARC21slimUtils.

Test plan (see also bug 12742 and the rules mentioned there):
[1] Add tag 260 and some 264s to your MARC21 record.
[2] Check the display of OPAC Details. Should not have changed.
[3] Now check also the display of this record in OPAC Results.
[4] Change some indicators in the record. Check OPAC Results again.

3151fbe689 Bug 12724: Show RDA tag 264 on OPAC Detail XSLT view
This patch adds selected information from tag 264 to the Publisher line
on the OPAC detail XSLT view (MARC21). This includes a label, and the
subfields abc.

If Publication tag 260 exists, it adds information. If tag 260 does not exist,
it creates a 'publisher' line. (NOTE: Probably, both fields will not both be
present, but this patch can deal with that..)

Instead of showing all 264 tags, it picks the preferred one based on the
following rules (using both indicators; see LOC description):
[1] Try to select a Publisher -- Latest. Pick first one.
[2] Else try to select a Publisher. Pick the last one.
[3] Else try to select an other one (Producer, Manufacturer, ..) with Latest.
    Pick the first one of that.
[4] Otherwise: Pick the last 264 tag.

Test plan:
[1] Add one 260 and multiple 264 tags to your record.
[2] Check display in OPAC detail XSLT.
[3] Change some indicators, subfields of the 264s.
[4] Check display again, following the above rules.
    Go back to step 3 a couple of times.
[5] Remove tag 260. Check display again.

Followed test plan. Patch behaves as expected.

e261343aac Bug 12574 - BiblioDefaultView doesn't affect XSLT results view
The OPAC's XSLT results view does not respect the choice set in the
BiblioDefaultView system preference. This patch adds a check of the
preference to the OPAC's results view for MARC21.

To test you must have the OPAC configured to use the XSLT view for

page. Switching the values of the BiblioDefaultView should be correctly
reflected in the search results links.

3bc1021deb Bug 11786: Improve RDFa structured data schema.org mappings
This patch updates both the prog and bootstrap themes to provide better
schema.org mappings for catalogue elements in the following ways:

* More granular author attributes (one "author" property per author in records
  with multiple contributors; wrap in a Person or Organization type instead of
  using a simple literal value)
* Use "byArtist" instead of "author" for music recordings to respect schema.org
  preferences
* Use alternateName instead of alternativeHeadline, as the former is a better
  parallel to the "name" property

Only covers MARC21, but that is no reason not to move it forward

Passes all tests. Looked at the source code of a few records in both
prog and bootstrap and took a look at the properties using

b4f5fee48c Bug 10647 - Make OPAC MARC plain view work for all flavours of MARC
On "MARC view" in the OPAC, clicking on "Plain view" does not work
for UNIMARC and NORMARC.

To test:
- Make sure you have a UNIMARC or NORMARC setup
- Go to the "MARC view" of a record in the OPAC
- Click on "view plain" and observe the "Sorry, plain view is
  temporarily unavailable." error message
- Apply the patch
- Click on "view plain" and observe that a plain view of the MARC
  record is now displayed
- Sign off

I have only tested this on NORMARC, it might be good if someone
can test on UNIMARC.

Updated 2014-03-13: Incoroprates changes suggested by Marcel.
Test plan is the same as before.

Updated 2014-03-13: Tested in my UNIMARC system.
toggled opactheme to all three values, with OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay
and OPACXSLTResultsDisplay both set to default.

0148b236ba Bug 11762 - bootstrap: Re-order 245 $a $b $h in results.
In the results view for OPAC and Intranet search results, titles are
currently displayed in 245 $a $b $h order. In detailed view the titles
are displayed in the better 245 $a $h $b order.

This patch corrects the behaviour for NORMARC and MARC21 in
BOOTSTRAP: all now display 245 $a $h $b.

To test:
- Find records containing 245 $a $b and $h fields.
- Compare the way they look in detail and results view on the OPAC
  (bootstrap).
- Apply the patch.
- Re-check detail and results view: all should now look the same
  on the OPAC (bootstrap).

18456ea5fc Bug 11648 - Use word item instead of copy - opac bootstrap
Sometimes, the word copy/copies is use to speak about item/items.
It would be better to use only item because translation of the word
copy depends on context, it should be used only when speaking about
copy like in "copy and paste".

This patch replaces copy/copies in opac bootstrap theme.

cd02934c6b Bug 11310: update the XSLT for the Bootstrap theme
When the Bootstrap theme was started, the XSLT directory
was copied over from the prog theme. However, it was not
kept up to date with respect to changes to prog's XSLT.

This patch rectifies the problem by copying over the
current state of prog/en/xslt to bootstrap/en/xslt. As
a consequence, the following bugs or enhancements should
now be reflected in the Bootstrap theme:

* 6886
* 10905
* 10465
* 10564
* 10793
* 10218
* 6594
* 9820
* 10745
* 6553
* 10218
* 10284

To test:

[1] Apply the patch and ensure that OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay
    and OPACXSLTResultsDisplay are set to 'default' and that
    OPAC theme is set to 'bootstrap'.
[2] Ensure that OPAC results and bib details look OK.
[3] To be really thorough, run through the test plans for the
    other bugs referenced by this patch.

684143a529 Bug 11246: remove reference to fields 780 and 785 in UNIMARC XSLT files for Bootstrap OPAC
Another fix, 10465, removed fields 780 and 785 from a unimarc xslt file.
This cleanup is needed for bootstrap too

To test : in a UNIMARC Koha, with Bootstrap theme OPAC
1. Be sure that OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay , OPACXSLTResultsDisplay sysprefs
   are set to "default"
2. Apply the patch
3. Search some records in OPAC : the list view and the detail view
   should be exacty the same as before you apply the patch.

eb92d94be1 Bug 10309 - New OPAC theme based on Bootstrap
The goal of this theme is to provide a fully-responsive OPAC which
offers a high level of functionality across multiple devices with varied
viewport sizes. Its style is based on the CCSR theme, with elements of
the Bootstrap framework providing default styling of buttons, menus,
modals, etc.

The Bootstrap grid is used everywhere, but Bootstrap's default
responsive breakpoints have been expanded to allow for better
flexibility for our needs.

All non-translation-depended files are in the root directory of this new
theme:

css, images, itemtypeimg, js, less, and lib. Languages.pm has been
modified to ignore the new directories when parsing the theme language
directories.

This theme introduces the use of LESS (http://lesscss.org/) to build
CSS. Three LESS files can be found in the "less" directory: mixins.less,
opac.less, and responsive.less. These three files are compiled into one
CSS file for production: opac.css. "Base" theme styles are found in
opac.less. A few "mixins" (http://lesscss.org/#-mixins) are found in
mixins.less. Any CSS which is conditional on specific media queries is
found in responsive.less.

At the template level some general sturctural changes have been made.
For the most part JavaScript is now at the end of each template as is
recommended for performance reasons. JavaScript formerly in
doc-head-close.inc is now in opac-bottom.inc.

In order to be able to maintain this structure and accommodate
page-specific scripts at the same time the use of BLOCK and PROCESS are
added. By default opac-bottom.inc will PROCESS a "jsinclude" block:

[% PROCESS jsinclude %]

Each page template in the theme must contain this block, even if it is
empty:

[% BLOCK jsinclude %][% END %]

Pages which require that page-specific JavaScript be inserted can add it
to the jsinclude block and it will appear correctly at the bottom of the
rendered page.

The same is true for page-specific CSS. Each page contains a cssinclude
block:

[% BLOCK cssinclude %][% END %]

...which is processed in doc-head-close.inc:

[% PROCESS cssinclude %]

Using these methods helps us maintain a strict separation of CSS links
and blocks (at the top of each page) and JavaScript (at the bottom). A
few exceptions are made for some JavaScript which must be processed
sooner: respond.js (https://github.com/scottjehl/Respond, conditionally
applied to Internet Explorer versions < 9 to allow for layout
responsiveness), the _() function required for JS translatability, and
Modernizr (http://modernizr.com/, a script which detects browser
features and allows us to conditionally load JavaScript based on
available features--or lack thereof).

Another new JavaScript dependency in this theme is enquire.js
(http://wicky.nillia.ms/enquire.js/), which lets us trigger JavaScript
events based on viewport size.

I have made an effort to re-indent the templates in a sane way,
eliminating trailing spaces and tabs. However, I have not wrapped lines
at a specific line length. In order to improve template legibility I
have also tried to insert comments indicating the origin of closing tags
like <div> or template directives like [% END %]:

</div> <!-- / .container-fluid -->

[% END # / IF ( OpacBrowseResults && busc ) %]

TESTING

Proper testing of this theme is no easy task: Every template has been
touched. Each page should work reasonable well at a variety of screen
dimensions. Pages should be tested under many conditions which are
controlled by toggling OPAC system preferences on and off. A variety of
devices, platforms, and browsers should be tested.
