pulldown on the opac, if it is enabled.

5) Ensure the 'Show in search pulldown' checkbox is checked
6) Save the group

Replace the tablesorter plugin with the DataTables plugin on the
libraries and groups administration page.
To test, open the libraries and groups administration page (Administration
-> Libraries and groups). Confirm that table sorting works correctly.

This patch converts the toolbar used by libraries administration
to Bootstrap, replacing YUI button and menu code
with Bootstrap markup.
To test, view any the branches administration page and confirm
that the buttons to add a library and add a category look
correct and work correctly.

This patch replaces the XHTML DOCTYPE with an HTML5 one. The HTML5
validator seems to be significantly different than the XHTML one,
so I'm seeing lots of new errors. This patch includes corrections
for one: Deprecation of the "language" attribute of <script>
tags.
To test, view pages in the OPAC and staff client. They should
appear as normal. Numerous validation follow-ups will be required,
but I suggest these be handled incrementally.

This is the first patch for bug 7760 and touches all pages in administration.
This adds a unique id "admin_<filename>" and a class "admin" to the body tag of
each page in administration.
Note: aqcontract can only be accessed from the acquisition module, so I made it acq
instead of admin.

Created new include for the tablesorter pager markup:
[% INCLUDE 'table-pager.inc' perpage='20' %]
'perpage' variable defines the default items per page for
the paged table.
Unique changes in branch_transfer_limits.tt:
- Moved tablesorter configuration out of a loop and changed
it to work by class instead of id (less repeated markup).
- Corrected an errant TMPL tag.

This fixes display of Zip code relative to the city and state if
you're in the USA and you like to do it this way. At the very
least this matches how we display addresses elsewhere in Koha.
It should be noted that this makes it incorrect for anyone who
wants to see addresses like this:
[name]
[street address]
[postal code + city]
...or any other variation of course.
While I'm in there, also making branch URLs and emails clickable.
