Add table_prefix argument to buildPatronSearchQuery.
This allows the buildPatronSearchQuery function to also perform the search
on a related table, instead of the default patron table.
This is relevant because the query will be performed on the ILL API endpoint,
so the table being searched will have to be prefixed with 'patron.', instead of the
default 'me.'

This patch modifies the item search results page so that user selections
are stored in local storage. This allows the user to make selections on
one page of search results, move to another, and continue to make
selections.
The patch also adds the option to send selected items to batch item
modification or batch item deletion.
Changes to the patron search results template have been made to make
some CSS classes more generic so they can be used by both pages.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS.
- Log in to the staff interface as a user with permission to perform
batch item modification and batch item deletion.
- Go to item search and perform a search which will return at
least two pages of results.
- On the search results page you should see a new search header
toolbar with some controls: "Select visible rows," "Clear
selection," "Export all results to" and "Batch operations"
(disabled).
- Without making any selections, confirm that the "Export all results
to" menu items work correctly to export all results to a CSV or a
barcode file.
- Confirm that the "Select visible rows" control works as expected,
selecting all checkboxes on the current page (and on no other pages)
- After selecting all checkboxes the search header controls should be
updated:
- The "Export all..." button should now show the number of
selections: "Export selected results (X) to..."
- The batch operations button should be enabled.
- There should be a new element labeled "Items selected: X" with a
"Clear" link.
- If you uncheck any checkboxes the controls should be updated,
showing the new count of selected records.
- Move to the next page of results and confirm that making selections
on this page works to increment all counters
- Confirm that the "Export selected.." options work and that your CSV
and barcode files now contain only the items you selected.
- Test the batch operations menu:
- Test that the controls correctly reflect the logged-in user's
permissions:
- With permission to batch modify items
- With permission to batch delete items
- With both; with neither
- Both menu options should take you to the correct page and the
list of submitted items should match your selections.
- Test that clicking the "Clear" button next to "Items selected" hides
the items selected box and reverts the "Export all" and "Batch
operations" buttons to their original state.
- Page through the search results to confirm that no checkboxes are
checked.
- Test that your search selections are really persistent:
- Navigate away from the page, return to item search, and perform
another search.
- The "Item selected" box should still show your previous
selections.
- Any items you previously selected which are also in this result
set should have a checked checkbox.
- Click the "Edit search" button from the item search results page
and new search with different parameters.
- The "Items selected" should still show your previous selections.
- Log out of Koha and back in. When you perform an item search now,
there should be no "Item selected"
- Go to Patrons and test patron searching. As you make selections the
"Patrons selected" box should be updated correctly and look correct,
matching the one on the item search page.

This retains the "last patron" link, but extends it to add a dropdown
containg the last 10 patrons.
A future enhancement to control how many patrons to retain would
complement this well.
1) Enable showLastPatron
2) Visit two patrons details pages
3) Note "Last patron" link displays and links to the last visited patron
4) Log out
5) Apply this patch
6) Log in
7) Visit the patron details page for a few patrons
8) Note the "Last patron" link behaves as is did previously
9) Note the split button has a pulldown with the other previous patrons
10) Verify that only the last 10 patrons are retained in the pulldown
11) Verify that if you visit a patron who is already in the list
they get moved to the top of the list

This patch updates MARC21 cataloging plugin templates so that submit and
cancel controls are consistently displayed in a fixed footer.
To test, apply the patch and go to Cataloging.
- Create or edit a bibliographic record
- Test the cataloging plugins for these fields:
- 000 (Leader)
- 006
- 007
- 008
- In each case, confirm that the correct popup window is shown when
you click the plugin link.
- Confirm that clicking the "Cancel" button closes the window without
copying any data to the field in the MARC editor.
* Note that if the plugin is also triggered by cursor focus in the
input field, some data may be automatically filled anyway.
- Confirm that filing in data and clicking "Submit" will copy the
correct information into the field.
- Go to Authorities and create or edit an authority record.
- Test the plugin for these fields:
- 000 (Leader)
- 008
- Perform the same tests as above.
I don't think the marc21_field_008_classifications is used at all, but
the template has been updated anyway. To test, edit your authority
record to use the plugin:
- Administration -> Authority types -> Default -> MARC structure -> 008
-> Subfields -> Edit.
- Under Advanced constraints -> Plugin, select
"marc21_field_008_classifcations.pl"
- Re-test the behavior of the authority editor's tag 008 plugin to
confirm that this plugin is used and works correctly.

This patch updates the templates behind the "send cart" and "send list"
pop-ups in order to make the style of the footer consistent with some
recently-updated similar examples, like the catalog's Z39.50 search
popup.
The patch also makes a minor change to our global JavaScript include so
we can get away from using the "close" class as a trigger for closing a
pop-up window. Bootstrap has a built-in "close" class that we always
have to override. "close_window" is added as another class to use, and
the other instances can be cleaned up overy time.
To test, apply the patch and perform a catalog search in the staff
interface.
- Add one or more items to the cart.
- Open the cart popup and click the "Send" button.
- In the pop-up window, confirm that the footer looks correct.
- Test the process of using the tab key between input fields and
submit/cancel buttons. All controls should be accessible.
- Test the "Cancel" button to confirm that it closes the window.
- Reopen the window and test sending the email.
- On the confirmation page, confirm that the footer looks correct and
that the "Close window" button works.
- Test the same processes in the Lists module: View a list in the staff
interface and test the process of sending a list.

enabled.
- Acquisitions -> Orders search tab
- Authorities -> All search tabs
- Administration -> Budgets
- Patrons -> Patron search tab
- Serials -> Subscription search tab
- On all these pages, hovering your mouse over the icon in the search

This patch fixes automatic tab selection by location.hash in the MARC
subfield editor. This allows links which target a specific subfield to
open the page with the subfield tab selected.
I've put this into a global function since it can be reused in multiple
places: The about page and the checkout page have variations of this
functionality which can be replaced with this function.
The patch also corrects two links in Koha pointing to the About
page which included the wrong location hash (changed in the switch to
Bootstrap tab wrappers).
To test, apply the patch and go to Adminstration -> Bibliographic
frameworks.
- View the MARC structure for any framework.
- In the "Search for tag" input field, submit a tag and subfield which
will be found in that framework, e.g. "245$a"
- When you submit the form you should be sent to the MARC subfield
structure page for that tag with the subfield tab automatically
selected.
- View the MARC subfield structure for any framework.
- In the table of subfields, click the subfield link in the first
column. You should be taken to the edit form with the corresponding
tab selected.
- Go to Circulation and check out to a patron. Append a tab anchor to
the URL, e.g. "#holds_panel" and submit. You may have to shift-reload
the page to see the change. (As far as I know no links in Koha take
advantage of this)
- Perform the same test on the patron detail page
- Go to the About page and perform the same test with a tab anchor like
"#team_panel" or "#sysinfo_panel"

This patch modifies the patron search results page to enable checkbox
selections to be remembered in the browser's localStorage. This allows
checkbox selections to persist while navigating through multiple pages
of search results or even across multiple different searches.
Once selected, these values can be added to a patron list or submitted
for merging. Selections can be cleared manually and will be
automatically be removed upon logout.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- In the staff interface perform a patron search in the Patrons module

- Check checkboxes next to several patrons.
- After one checkbox is checked the "Add to patron list" button should
be enabled.
- After more than one checkbox is checked the "Merge selected patrons"
button should be enabled.
- A box should appear in the toolbar above the search results, "Patrons
selected: X"
- Navigate to another page of results. Check more checkboxes. The
"Patrons selected" information should be updated.
- Return to the first page of results. Your original selections should
still be checked.
- Test that the correct set of patrons is used when clicking "Merge
selected patrons" or when using "Add to patron list."
- Click the "Clear" button in the selections information box. Checkboxes
should be cleared on every page of results you previously checked.
- The "Add to patron list" and "Merge selected patrons" buttons should
become disabled.

This patch updates the staff interface's global JavaScript to
accommodate changes in the way focus is being handled after the jQuery
upgrade (see: https://github.com/jquery/jquery/issues/4950).
The "focus" class is removed from search header include files so that
there isn't a contradiction between which form field has the focus class
and which form field is displayed in the active tab.
To test, apply the patch and view various pages in the staff interface.
- On pages where focus is not being directed to a form field within the
main content of the page, the form field in the active search header
tab should have focus on page load:
- Patron details
- System preferences
- Cities and towns
Also test pages where a tab other than the first one is preselected:
- Bibliographic details page
- Patron lists
On these pages, focus should move to the active tab's form field when
you switch tabs.
- On pages where focus is being sent to another form field, it should
work correctly:
- Patrons home page
- Check in
- Acquisitions home page

This patch makes minor corrections to staff-global.js in order to quiet
warnings from ESLint. This includes:
- Remove unused variables
- Declare undeclared variables
- Update list of global and exported variables and functions
- Correct whitespace
- Remove an unused function (paramOfUrl)
To test, apply the patch and clear your browser cache if necessary.
- Confirm that the first search header form field has focus when
switching bewteen pages.
- Confirm that text entered in any search header form field persists
when you switch search header form tabs, e.g. a word typed into the
"Check out" tab is copied to the "Check in" form when you switch to
that tab.
- Perform a search from the "Search the catalog" tab in the header. On
the search results page and any following detail page your search term
should remain in the header search form.
- From a bibliographic detail page, confirm that selecting a list from
the "Add to list" button menu correctly triggers a popup window.

This patch surrounds the operator, index, and query fields on the advanced search
page wtih a 'search_set' class.
This allows us to process them as a group and confirm the query is populated before submitting
the other parts to the form
TO test:
1 - Go to advanced search
2 - Use search boxes to search like:
Title: (leave blank)
Author: clinton
keyword: shuffle
3 - Perform search
4 - Note no results as you searched for title:clinton etc.
5 - apply patch
6 - refresh and repeat
7 - search is now correct
8 - Try vaeious searches with 'more options' and selecting different operators

A user recently logged in will inherit the "searches" item stored in localStorage.
To recreate:
Log in with user A, do some searches
Note that the "searches" item is filled in with the search queries
Logout and log in with user B
Note that the "searches" item is still there

This patch modifies the saved reports page so that it remembers, for the
duration of the browser session, the last active tab.
To test you should have multiple reports in multiple report groups.
Apply the patch and go to Reports -> Saved reports.
- Select a tab to filter the table of saved reports to a particular
report group.
- Navigate away from the page
- Return to the save reports page. The tab you previously selected
should be selected again.
- Restart your browser and return to the saved reports page. The tab
should no longer be preselected.
Update: The tabs filtering JavaScript has been moved to a separate
function so that the function can be triggered by both the "create"
event (when the tabs are initialized) and the "activate" event (when a
tab is selected).
Update II: Persistence is now enable through localStorage instead of
Cookies. The localStorage item is now cleared during the logOut
function.
Update III: The logOut() function in staff-global.js is now called by
auth.tt to ensure that tabs are not remembered across sessions.

This patch removes the use of jquery.cookie to store "last patron"
information, using localStorage instead. jquery.cookie.js is obsolete.
See Bug 24624.
localStorage has been chosen as an alternative in this situation because
it does not require transmission between the client and the server. See
Bug 12410.
Because there is no "session only" option with localStorage, additional
handling of the showLastPatron data is added to the login page. That
takes care of "stale" last patron information if user didn't log out but
the session expired for some reason.
To test apply the patch and enable the showLastPatron system preference.
1. Load a patron's account for checkout
2. Navigate away from patron-related pages: Perform a catalog search
from the search header form and open the detail page from the search
results. Confirm that the correct last patron information still
shows.
3. Load another patron's account for checkout
- There should now be a "Last patron" link in the breadcrumbs bar
which links to the patron in step 1. Hovering your mouse over the
link should display a tooltip containing the patron's name and
card number.
- Click the "X" to clear the last patron information. The last
patron link should go away.
4. Log out and log back in. The last patron information should be gone.

This patch merges the contents of common.js with staff-global.js. Both
are included globally in the staff interface, and there doesn't seem to
be any reason to require that the user downloads two different
JavaScript files.
To test, apply the patch and perform a catalog search in the staff
client.
View the detail page for a title in the search results. On the detail
page you should see navigation controls in the sidebar for browsing
through search results. Confirm they work correctly.

Bug 22045 made changes to the global staff client JavaScript which
broken keyboard navigation for the most common forms in the resident
search form("Check out, Check in, Renew, Search). This patch
reimplements the tab selection code on the basic MARC editor page so
that the keyboard shortcut behavior can be restored.
To test, apply the patch go to Cataloging.
- Search for an existing record and edit it in the basic MARC editor.
- Test that the numbered tabs (0-9) at the top work correctly.
- Select a tab other than 0 and choose Save -> Save and continue
editing. When the page reloads you should be returned to the tab you
were on when you saved.
- Go to the Circulation home page. Test the keyboard shortcuts for
switching tabs in header area:
- Alt-u (Check out)
- Alt-r (Check in)
- Alt-w (Renew)
- Alt-q (Search)

This patch changes the way tab-switching is done so that it switching
tabs based on tab id rather than tab index. Using tab index doesn't work
when the tab number doesn't match the tab index.
To test, apply the patch and load a record or blank editor using a MARC
framework which doesn't include one or more tabs (for instance, by
deleting the entries in the framework for one tab:
DELETE FROM marc_subfield_structure WHERE frameworkcode = 'KT' AND tab = 4;
...backup first). In the MARC editor the numbered tabs should exclude
that number. Tab-switching should work correctly.
