Galen Charlton	190a7f404a	installer: created skel directory ... skel directory is for the installer only; contains a directory structure and dummy READMEs used for setting up the Zebra runtime and data directories. Moved non-config files from etc/zebradb/* to appropriate places under skel.	2007-12-17 09:13:52 -06:00
