We certainly faced 3 similar bugs due to this syntax: bug 23006, bug
22941 and bug 17526.
To prevent other issues related to this syntax this patch suggests to
replace them all in one go.
Test plan:
Confirm that the 2 syntaxes are similar
Eyeball the patch and confirm that there is no typo!

If the prefs is updated, the fields won't be.
To make sure we already fetch updated values, we should remove the
package variable and define it in the subroutine.
There is not test plan, just make sure the changes are consistent.

This patch adds a new 'statistics' tab in the Patron module.
For a borrower, this tab contains a table with:
- number of checkout for today
- number of checkin for today
- "precedent state", the number of checkouts the patron had yesterday on
its library card
- "actual state", the number of checkouts on the borrower card at the current date
A new syspref (StatisticsFields) contains a list of fields (separated by
pipe (|) on which the table results is based. The default value is
location|itype|ccode
