2433: Cannot apply manual credits with an item number
...
This patch changes the behavior so that you can enter in
a barcode instead of an itemnumber for the manual credit
and invoice screens. Also, the borrower's account page now
displays a link back to the item record if an item was
linked to the charge

Remove 'Cash Refund' from manual invoice, as it calls a deprecated function. Change the code for 'forgiven' from 'F' to 'FOR', since 'F' is used for 'Fine' elsewhere in the code. Mark other subroutines as deprecated that utilize the accountoffsets table, since that functionality was lost somewhere in the 2.2 series, and half-using it breaks things.

- Changes to the way patron renewals are handled. Circulation page now offers 'renew' link alongside warning about patron expiration (as in dev_week), using the new setstatus script.

- setstatus.pl now uses 3.0's patron renewal function

Enabling AutoComplete on resident circ search form. Putting dependent YUI files into doc-head-close.inc along with button/menu-related YUI js and css. Moving menu.css, button.css, and dependent graphics into lib/yui. Removing "yui-skin-sam" class from body tags and altering css accordingly.

Continuing integration of breadcrumbs and resident search form, now on member pages. The search form tabs need to be handled in a more sane manner given that they might have multiple options. Either a custom handling script for the different includes or a js-library-based system that will handle all of them.
