This patch adds the ability to set a register for the current session
from the 'set library' page.
Upon entering the page, the current selection will be displayed.
Changing the branch will trigger the register select list to update to
display only those registers associated with the updated branch and will
automatically select either 'no register' or the 'branch default'
register. The user can then override that selection to choose a
different register for the session.
Test plan
1/ Enable cash registers with the 'UseCashRegisters' system preference
2/ Select the 'Set library' option from the top right menu
3/ Note that you can now select a cash register from the subsequent page
4/ Change the branch and note that the cash register selection is
updated to reflect the change
5/ Note that the 'branch default' register is auto-selected upon branch
selection if one has been defined, otherwise '-- None --' is selected
6/ You can then alter the selection before submitting the form
7/ Once submitted note that you are returned to the page you were on
prior to attempting to change the library and register
8/ Note the present of the register name next to the library name at the
top of the screen.

We do not longer need the order variables to be passed from the
controllers, we can call the methods on the biblio object instead.
There is something wrong with our ->search method and TT behaviours, it
is hard to retrieve object list in a scalar context.
If [% objects.method.count %] is called, objects.method will get the
first object of the list and count will explode (Koha::Object->count
does not exist)
We need to force the call in a scalar context to retrieve an iterator
and prevent to fetch all the objects (we could have called all then
size, but it's not efficient)
If adopted I will move the plugin on a separate bug report to ease
backport

This patch is the main patch of this patchset, you will find the
description and the test plan.
The idea of this new enhancement is to add the ability to define the
default sort order and the default number of rows displayed on the
acquisition basket page.
The existing "columns settings" feature was replaced by a
"tables settings" feature. To prepare the ground, there were some
works that were needed:
* rename variables and files
* Modify the structure of the yml files
* Create a new DB table to store the tables settings
Test plan:
0)
a. Execute the update DB entry to create the new table
b. Restart all (to get a new version of the yml file, that is cached by
memcached)
c. Create several orders for a given basket
1) Go to the basket view page
=> The default values are the same than without this patchset, the
number of entries to display is set to "20" and the table is sorted by
basket number (first column)
2) Go to the "Columns settings" page
3) Unfold the "Acquisition" tab
=> Notice the 2 dropdown lists at the bottom of the basket table
4) Select different values for "Default display length" and "Default
sort order"
5) Refresh the basket view page
=> Notice that the default settings are now effective on the table
QA note: We can decide to replace the different occurrences of "Columns settings"
by "Tables settings" if needed.

We are preparing the ground with this patch. As the "Columns settings"
page will now add the ability to modify settings for the whole table, it
makes sense to rename the file and the variables.
Note that the controller script (admin/columns_settings.pl) and the yml
(admin/columns_settings.yml) files have not been moved to not break
shortcuts and abits people could have. But if QA decides, it could be
easy to do.

The current implementation uses Koha::Libraries->pickup_locations which
is problematic and due to be removed by bug 24368. This patch makes the
trivial change of just searching for libraries that are marked with
pickup_location => 1.
Calls to Koha::Item->pickup_locations and Koha::Biblio->pickup_locations
are as well adapted to the new arrayref return value.
To test:
1. Pick a record with only one item
2. Place a biblio-level hold on it
3. Edit the items: remove the item
4. Go to the Holds tab
=> FAIL: It explodes

This patch adds the a js-date-format.inc file on each opac and staff interface (date-format.inc whas not available as name)
When you include that file in your TT, you'll get the following functions available:
1. $date(raw_date_string, options)
This function parses a date string, as produced by an api call, and returns the corresponding date formatted according to 'dateformat' and 'TimeFormat' parameters.
For example:
// dateformat: us
// timeformat: 12hr
// Timezone: UTC
$date('2020-03-23T15:00:00+01:00') // You will get '03/23/2020'
$date('2020-03-23T15:00:00+01:00', {withtime: true}) // You will get '03/23/2020 14:00'
$date('2020-03-23T15:00:00+01:00', {withtime: true, tz: 'Europe/Paris'}) // You will get '03/23/2020 15:00+01:00'
Options:
* dateformat: override date format as configured in staff interface (accepts also 'rfc3339')
* timeformat: override time format as configured in staff client (available options are '12hr' and '24hr')
* withtime: also print the time part (default false)
* tz: set the timezone
2. $datetime(raw_date_string, option)
The same as $date but sets withtime to true
3. $time(raw_date_string, option)
The same as $datetime but shows only the time part

This patch builds on Bug 22318 to move the opacheader system preference
into the Koha news system, making it possible to have language- and
library-specific content.
It extends the original patch by adding an option to the template plugin
specifying whether the content title should be shown (probably should be
a flag in opac_news). It also adds a wrapper div with the content
location as the ID (e.g. 'opacheader'). This will make it slightly more
backwards-compatible with CSS customizations.
To test you should have some content in the opacheader system
preference. Apply the patch and run the database update process.
- Go to the OPAC and confirm that the content which was previously in
the opacheader system preference now displays correctly where it was
before.
- In the staff client, go to Tools -> News and verify that the content
from opacheader is now stored in a news item with the location
'opacheader_en.'
- Go to Administration -> System preferences and confirm that the
opacheader preference has been removed.

Koha::Libraries->pickup_locations does not always return an array, but
arrayref if $biblio is not a Koha::Biblio object.
I do not think it's the correct fix, the pattern in
Koha::Libraries->pickup_locations is wrong: we should not expect 2
different types for a given parameter, biblio should always be a
Koha::Biblio (idem for item btw).
That could be fixed easily if the template had the Koha::Biblio object
sent.

To my understanding we need to escape first html chars then to JSON.
If this patch works we will need to rethink the 'To' TT plugin.
It was originally designed to have several escape methods, but with
these changes it will not make sense to name it 'To' if used only to
escape JSON
IIRC we should keep the 2 different ways to use it:
* [% To.json( string ) %]
* [% string | $To %]
otherwise it will be hard to use it when called in argument of
patron-title.inc (`git grep To.json`)
