This patch removes hardcoded 'prog' from themelanguage on C4/Templates.pm
It adds a new syspref OPACFallback to hold the prefferred fallback
theme for new themes with minimal changes.
This does not brake CCSR if new syspref value is 'prog',
using 'bootstrap' works somehow, but with strange results.
To test:
1) Apply the patch
2) Run updatedatbase.pl
3) CCSR, prog & bootstrap must work as usual
4) Need to test theme/language fallback
a) translate for your preferred language (xx-YY)
b) enable language on opac
c) go to opac, select that language
d) login on opac, go to personal details
e) remove koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/xx-YY/modules/opac-memberentry.tt
d) reload page, must load in English
f) click other member options, must load on translated language
(can use other pages, ccsr, prog or bootstrap)
5) Do a similar test but for a staff page, enable lang, switch to it,
rm koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/xx-YY/modules/admin/admin-home.tt,
any page must be translated except for admin home.

grant permissions on it, change koha-conf.xml to use
this database and go to staff page
2) Go step by step until all mandatory or optional sql

This patch adds a new DB field serial.claims_count
This field already exists for late orders. It makes sense to introduce
it for serial.
Test plan:
0/
a) Does not apply the patch.
b) Remove all your claimissues notices and be sure you have some serial issues
in late.
c) remove email address for the vendor you will use.
d) remove email address for the logged in user.
e) Export claims using the csv export => The selected issues will be
marked as claimed.
f) logout/login (to update the email address).
1/ Apply the patch and execute the updatedb entry.
2/ Go on the Serials > Claims page
3/ Verify that you get a warning message 'No claimissue notice defined'
4/ Verify the vendor list is correct (with the number of serial in late.
You should not get any changes here.
5/ Select one vendor and verify that the issue which was claimed before
has a claim count set to 1.
6/ Verify that you are not able to send notification to the vendor.
7/ Create a claimissue notice.
Something like:
<<LibrarianFirstname>>
<<LibrarianSurname>>
The following issues are in late:
<order><<biblio.title>>, <<biblio.author>> (<<biblio.serial>>)</order>
8/ Go on the Serials > Claims page, the warning message does not appear
anymore.
9/ Select issues. Select a notice. And "Send notification".
You should get an error (no email defined for this vendor).
10/ Add an email for the vendor.
11/ Select issues. Select a notice. And "Send notification".
You should get an error (no email defined for your user).
12/ Add an email address to your user
logout/login
13/ Select issues. Select a notice. And "Send notification".

Some libraries would like the ability choose to display the home branch
on search results while having circulation rules based on the holding
branch. This is currently impossible because both the display of the
branch in search results, and the selection of the home or holding
branch for circulation rules are controlled by the same system
preference: HomeOrHoldingBranch. This preference is described as being
used only for circulation rules, and makes no mention of its use for
display control. The display control should be split off into a separate
preference.

Drops unused columns icon, description and position.
Moves id column to first position.
Renames name to servername, and type to servertype. (This is not only more
clear but may eliminate some problems too with DBIx.)
Changes recordtype from varchar(45) to enumeration with two members. [The
upgrade replaces unknown record types with biblio, although it is very
unlikely to find such records.]
Adds SRU as servertype enumeration member. Removes opensearch, since it is
not used/supported. [The upgrade replaces unknown server types with zed

This patch makes it possible to choose a particular contact for
acquisitions and serials claims. To test:
1) Select a contact to use for claiming late orders and a contact
to use for claiming late issues.
2) Send a claim for a late order and a claim for a late issue.
3) Note that the claims went out to the proper people.
4) Run the unit test with:
> prove t/db_dependent/Letters.t
5) Sign off.
Note: the claim messages are recorded in the logs in the *Acquisitions*
module, not the Letters module as you might expect
This patch also fixes several perlcritic violations and centralizes
contact-related unit testing in Bookseller.t.

Re-add the system preference maxreserves.
All the code using maxreserves is still in place. Though it
is not used in the Reserves module, it is used in all the
scripts where holds are placed.
Also adds a check so that a borrower cannot exceed the maximum
number of allowed holds by using the multi-hold feature via
the opac.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase
3) Set maxreserves to 3, set opactheme to bootstrap
4) Log into the opac as a patron
5) Place 3 holds
6) Attempt to place a 4th hold
7) Note you get an error message and cannot place a forth hold
8) Delete two of those holds
9) Attempt to place 3 or more holds as a multi-hold
10) You should see a warning that you cannot place this many holds
11) Try to anyway
12) You should see an alert to tell you to reduce the number of holds
you are placing.
13) Reduce the number for holds you are placing to 2
14) Your holds should now be placed

Note: This also makes the language show up in the language pull
down in advanced search. Because the entry is the last in the file,
it will show last in the list. I am noting this here, the list
is not really consistently sorted right now and there is work under
way to change the way we handle this.

This patch must be tested on top of bug 11021
This patch adds 3 fields to unimarc_complete french framework
- 359 (2-a-b-c-d-e-f-g-h-i-p-u-v) used by Sudoc network, to be displayed in tab 3
- 947 (c) used by Electre
- 969 (a-h) used by Electre
I don't know the difference between 969a and 969h so I gave them quite the same name
To test :
1) take a fresh Koha with unimarc marcflavor
2) in web installer, select french language, unimarc marflavor and "Grilles de catalogage complètes".
3) check default framework in Administration > MARC Frameworks : it should contains 359/947/969 fields

When a patron has many checked out items, circulation.pl can take a very
long time to load ( on the order of minutes in some cases ). This is
primarily due to the processing of the previous checkouts list. If we
convert to this table to a datatable that fetches its data via ajax, we
can make circulation.pl far more responsive. The same should be done
with relative's checkouts as well.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Observe that the checkouts and relatives' checkouts tables
are now loaded asynchronously
3) Observe and verify the renew and return actions are now
ajax based and function in a manner equivilent to how they
used to.
This bug had quite a few followups, so I squashed all of them into one
change so that code is easier to follow. Original commit messages are below:

After install, the syspref opaccolorstylesheet will by default contain colors.css.
This file exist in OPAC prog theme but not in bootstrap theme.
This patch set the syspref empty by default in installer/data/mysql/sysprefs.sql.
Test plan :
- Create a fresh install
- Look at opaccolorstylesheet content
=> without this patch : is contains colors.css
=> with this patch : it is empty
- Enable opac bootstrap theme
- Go to opac main page
- Look at HTTP errors (with firebug for example)
=> without this patch : there is a 404 error because colors.css does not exist
=> with this patch : no such error

First patch, for "complete" framework, used by academic libray
900, 901, 910, 918, 920,950,960,970,980,987 fields were useless. I removed them.
I kept only the fields mentionned in Sudoc documentation http://documentation.abes.fr/sudoc/formats/loc/index.htm
916 field is not cited in that page, but it belongs to Sudoc format.
I kept also 2 fields specific to Electre in 2013 :
902 niveau de lecture (Electre)
903 indexation (Electre)
I also added to the name of the 9XX fields I kept the mention (Sudoc) / (Electre) / (Koha), so it could be easier for librarians to know what is the purpose and the origin of each field
I don't make an updatedatabase, because some libraries could still be using these fields for good or bad reasons.
To test :
1) take a fresh Koha with unimarc marcflavor
2) in web installer, select french language, unimarc marflavor and "Grilles de catalogage complètes".
3) check default framework in Administration > MARC Frameworks : it should be without 900,901,910,918,920,950,970,980,987

Removed BOM from file.
This patch adds a new system preference 'OPACAcquisitionDetail'.
If it is enabled, information about items on order will be displayed on
the OPAC detail page.
Test plan:
- switch on the OPACAcquisitionDetails pref.
- set the AcqCreateItems pref to 'receiving'.
- create some orders on 1 or more items.
- go to the opac detail page and verify the "Holdings" tab contains the
line "X item are on order." (at the bottom of the table containing the
item list).
- receive the items.
- verify the number of items has decreased.
- set the AcqCreateItems pref to 'ordering'.
- create some orders on 1 or more items.
- go to the opac detail page and verify the item list contains the items
with the "on order" status.
- receive the items.
- verify the received items no longer have the the "on order" status.
To test completely this feature, you should verify there is no
regression on the pref OpacMaxItemsToDisplay, OpacSeparateHoldings and
OpacSeparateHoldingsBranch.

Tested with items that had
- no notforloan value set

not checked out on return.

Some libraries would like to streamline the cataloging process my
automatically updating notforloan values on checkin. For example, an
item is set to notforloan of -1 ( ordered ). The item, is received,
processed, and checked in for the first time before being shelved.
The checkin automatically changes the nfl value from -1 to 0. The
same workflow could be used for damaged items as well.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Set the new system preference UpdateNotForLoanStatusOnCheckin
to the following:
-1: 0
0: 1
4) Create an item, set its notforloan value to -1
5) Check in the item, note its not for loan value is now 0
6) Check in the item again, note its not for loan value is now 1
7) Check in the item again, note its not for loan value reamins 1
