Edit: Have removed the datatables stuff - wasn't necessary. Also fixed a
merge conflict
Edit: Comment 7
To test:
1) Go to Cataloging and do a search in the catalog and reservoir
(cataloguing/addbooks.pl)
2) Confirm that for the results found in catalog, the options (MARC and
Card preview, Edit biblio, Add/edit items) are there and behave as
expected.
3) Confirm that for the results found in reservoir, the options (MARC
and Card preview, Add biblio) are there and behave as expected.
4) Set user permissions so that the user cannot edit the catalog or
items. (editcatalogue -> edit_catalogue and edit_items)
5) Confirm that you no longer see the options to edit or add
items/biblio in either table.

The cataloging home page has one instance of a Glyphicon. This patch
replaces it with a Font Awesome icon.
To test you must have the EnableAdvancedCatalogingEditor preference
enabled.

- Confirm that the "Advanced editor" button uses the "pencil" icon and
that it still works correctly.

The "highlight" class on table rows is unnecessary since we have a CSS
rule which defines colors for alternating row colors. This patch removes
use of the "highlight" class from templates and removes the definition
from staff-global.css

broken anything.

In order to reduce the number of dependencies for common interactions we
should attempt to use Bootstrap modals in place of Greybox ones. This
patch modifies the cataloging search results page so that "MARC" and
"Card" previews are displayed in Bootstrap modals.
To test:
1. Apply the patch and navigate to Cataloging.
2. Perform a search which will return results from the catalog.
3. Test the "MARC" and "Card" links for multiple results and confirm
that the correct data is shown each time.
4. Perform a search which will return results from the reservoir.
5. Test the corresonding "MARC" and "Card" links for those results.

This subroutine does a lot a processing and should only be called when
necessary.
In the get_template_and_user subroutine (so called from any pages of
Koha), it is call to pass the branchcode, title, firstname, surname and
borrowernumber values for the logged in user.
This subroutine calls GetMemberAccountRecords which retrieve the items
infos for all accountlines entries of the logged in user.
On members/members.pl, let's say you have 74 entries in the accountlines
tables, the page will execute 115 SELECT instead of 35 if you don't have any
accountlines entries.
With this patch, the number of SELECT is always 31.
To test this patch you should have technical skills to know what to do.
Note that USER_INFO was an array of... 1 element. Now it's a hashref.

In cataloguing/addbooks.tt, the line :
[% total %] result(s) found in catalog,
is not present in PO files even after an update.
I've found that the cause is the previous HTML comment line.
This patch converts HTML comment into TT comment and adds a div to have a more comprehensive string to translate.
Test plan :
- without patch
- go into <sources>/misc/translator

Bug partially corrected by Bug 11357.
The size column in biblioitems is a bit problematic when used in TT, because instead of the size value from the biblio column it will give you the size of the variable or current loop.
It's currently used in the templates like opac-topissues.tt :
[% IF results_loo.size %][% results_loo.size %][% END %]
This patch corrects by using item() TT method.
See http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2311303/how-can-i-handle-hash-keys-containing-illegal-identifier-characters-in-template.
Test plan :
- Be sure there is a mapping between a MARC field and biblioitems.size
- Create a record A with biblioitems.size defined : like "10x12"
- Create a record B with no value in biblioitems.size
- Check each modified page :
=> Without this patch : you see a number (loop size) for both records
=> With this patch : you only see the correct value for A and nothing for B

This patch rearranges the layout of the z39.50 search pages in cataloguing and
authorities. There should be no functional change to z-target searching, all
functions should remain the same.
Changes:
* 2 columns of search fields condensed into one
* zTargets moved from below the search fields to beside them
* rearranged search fields into perceived frequency of usage, from most used to
least
* changed label of Raw (any) to Keyword (any)
To test:
* click cataloguing -> new from z39.50/SRU
* observe how the layout has changed
* import a record or two using the search - there has been no change to the
function, it should all be working.
* Click Authorities -> new from z39.50
* observe how the layout has changed
* import an authority or two using the search - there has been no change to the
function, it should all be working.

On the cataloguing search (cataloguing/addbook.pl), if an item has a
notforloan value > 0, the item is not listed in the Location column.
It is quite confusing, the current behavior let patrons believe that
there is not item for the biblio (or less than the real count).
Test plan:

2/ Create some items for A
3/ Create 1+ item(s) for B with a notforloan status > 0
4/ Reindex both records

notforloan items are not listed in the 'Location' column.

This patch fixes two problems with the generation of
links to execute a Z39.50 search from the staff client
catalog and cataloguing search results page.
First, if using URI::Escape 3.30 or earlier, performing a simple search
with a double quote (e.g., "histoire algerie"), the Javascript is broken
in results page because of :
function GetZ3950Terms(){
var strQuery="&frameworkcode=";
strQuery += "&" + "title" + "=" + ""histoire%20algerie"";
Second, the encoding of non-ASCII characters in the search
term was broken.
This patch moves URI escaping from Perl to template with uri TT filter.
Test plan :
- To reproduce the issue with double quotes, the server
must be running URI::Escape 3.30 or earlier; the current
version of URI::Escape properly escapes double quote.
- In staff interface, perform a search with double quotes
that will return no result, ie "aaa xxx"
=> Without patch, javascript is broken
=> With patch, javascript is not broken
- Click on Z3950 button on results page
=> Without patch, the Title input is empty
=> With patch, the Title input contains the search terms
Additional test:
Do a search with something like äöü and then click Z3950
button on results page.
Without patch, encoding is broken in Z3950 form
With patch, encoding is correct.

If we are creating a new record, we are forced to use the default framework
and then change it after we have the cataloguing form filled. This patch
adds the option to choose (from a splitted button dropdown) which framework
to use.
To test:
- Apply the patch.
- Go to More > Cataloguing
- Check there's a nice split button that says "New from Z39.50"
a) Click the button, the usual Z39.50 search popup should appear and work as expected
(check the URL parameters and see frameworkcode= has no value
b) Click on the dropdown arrow, choose a framework and the usual Z39.50 search popup should
appear, this time frameworkcode= should have the chosen value.
Edit: fixed a small bug that prevented the default framework to be called. Thanks Owen for testing.
