61f6828d12 Follow-up fix for Bug 5733 - Empty cart in intranet when session is closed 
Modifying empty cart function to take a paramter: if true,
cart will be emptied without a prompt.

Removing unnecessary  "javascript:" pseudo-protocol.

980de26320 bug 5045 - Help works even when the referrer is being stripped 
This fix puts the URL of the source page as a parameter to help.pl,
which will override the referrer value, if it's provided. This deals
with people sitting behind proxies that strip the referrer information
out.

e63ac283eb Fix for Bug 3951, Menu a mess in WebKit browsers 
- removing inline image in favor of CSS background (inline image
  is used in the OPAC to better work with cart button css
- adding "display:none" to "more" menu. "visibility:hidden" by
  itself creates unwanted whitespace in WebKit browsers
- adding explicit width to toplevelmenu to correct display
  problem in WebKit browsers

9717926644 Hiding empty results table when there are no results (prevents js error from tablesorter). Now links back to search form. Also includes minor CSS tweak for IE/Opera general layout problems.

68ddaa54aa Overhaul to Koha's js-menu systems. New language-picker in the footer required more flexibility than jquery's clickmenu plugin offered, so both the language picker and the main navigation menu now use YUI's menu plugin. The necessary dependencies have been added, and ClickMenu-related files removed.

85092daa56 Warning: Big Commit. Fixing Virtual Shelves 
* prior to this commit, virtual shelvesn't did not function in
    the OPAC! Now they do, except for deletion from virtual shelves
    in list form
  * I've re-named 'Virtual Shelves' to 'Lists' as per our agreed
    upon convention

  * while vshelves aren't perfect yet, they're in enough of a working
    state for the RC1 now

b4d14e4558 Adding new circulation-home, what we ultimately hope to be a "dashboard" interface for circulation functions. circulation-home.pl was created by copy-and-paste, so it should be reviewed. Circulation sub-pages' breadcrumb links have been updated to point to circulation-home.

b2d476aa5c Continuing integration of breadcrumbs and resident search form, now on member pages. The search form tabs need to be handled in a more sane manner given that they might have multiple options. Either a custom handling script for the different includes or a js-library-based system that will handle all of them.

e817f5d203 New basic page structure implemented for circ pages: global main menu in the header, resident search box and logo, followed by breadcrumb navigation. Added circ-menu.inc for left-hand sidebar menu (needs revision), circ-search.inc which defines the resident search box for circ pages, additions to staff-global.js to handle tab-switching in search box.
