Bug 22258: Elasticsearch: Add array as an alternative MARC format
Adds preference ElasticsearchMARCFormat that controls whether MARC records are stored as ISO2709/MARCXML or array. Array is searchable by field and also indexes all subfields in the _all field for searching.

Test plan:
1. Test that searching and indexing works with the patch without any changes.
2. Switch to array format and index some records.
3. Check e.g. the 008 field of a record and verify that the record can be found with the contents enclosed in quotes.
4. Check that it's possible to search for a specific field/subfield. Search query: marc_data_array.fields.655.subfields.a:Diaries
5. Check that tests still pass, especially t/Koha/SearchEngine/Elasticsearch.t

Bug 22524: Fix publication date and year search with Elasticsearch
Also fixes the mappings.yaml to use correct field name (left over issue from bug 19575), so reset mappings and reindex before testing.

Test plan:
1. Reset mappings and reindex biblios.
2. Check that tests in t/db_dependent/Koha/SearchEngine/Elasticsearch/QueryBuilder.t pass.
3. Try that all of the following year range type work in publication date search and year limit in advanced search:
yyyy
yyyy-yyyy
-yyyy
yyyy-

0047ede37e Bug 22339: Fix search field mappings of MARC fixed fields
Fixes handling of /0 selector in addition to several fixed field positions. Note that ff7-01-02 is in fact 00-01 in Zebra and that has been replicated here.

Test plan:
1. Before applying a patch, check from Elasticsearch (e.g. localhost:9200/koha_biblios/_search?q=_id:123) what is indexed in Elasticsearch for a record for date-entered-on-file, ff7-00, ff7-01, ff7-02 and lleader.
2. Apply the patch, update database and save the record again.
3. Verify that the contents of the forementioned fields is now correct in Elasticsearch.
4. Verify that tests pass: prove -v t/Koha/SearchEngine/Elasticsearch.t

59918a3c21 Bug 18213: Add language facets to Elasticsearch
This patch add language as a facet to ES results - it adds
a new template plugin for languages to get the appropriate
description given an iso 639-2 code

To test:
1 - Make sure you have records with differing languages (in the MARC21 008
field characters 35-37 or UNIMARC 101a)
2 - Apply patch
3 - Reload Elasticsearch settings:
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/admin/searchengine/elasticsearch/mappings.pl?op=reset&i_know_what_i_am_doing=1
4 - Reindex your records
5 - Search for a phrase that will return results in several languages
6 - Verify you see factes correctly labelled for 'Language'
7 - Verify the facets work
8 - Verify both opac and staff results
9 - prove t/db_dependent/Languages.t

b47e01cdc2 Bug 18235: ES - Facets configurable
This patch adds a new section 'Facet order' in the Biblio tab of the
'Search engine configuration' admin page of the Elastic mappings.
The idea is to let the librarians define the facet to display and order
them as their needs.

The ergonomic is not perfect and I am open to any suggestions.

Test plan:
Move up and down the field list to order the facets
Hide/show some facets
Rebuild index
At the OPAC and the staff interface you should see the changes on the
search result page.

bd68e2f75b Bug 22246: Fix indexing of large fields with Elasticsearch
Deduplicate multivalued fields and make sure sort fields are not excessively long. Also updates default mappings so that sort fields are not created for item fields where it doesn't make sense.

Test plan:
1. Reset ES mappings in administration
2. Check that sort is '0' for local-classification in biblio mappings.
3. Change sort back to '1' for local-classification for the next steps.
4. Create a record with 20 items, each with a 100 character long call number
5. Check that when indexed, the record in ES does not have duplicates in any of the item fields and local-classification__sort is truncated to 255 characters.

5389ffa38a Bug 19893: Alternative optimized indexing for Elasticsearch
Implement optimized indexing for Elasticsearch

How to test:
1) Time a full elasticsearch re-index without this patch by running the
   rebuild_elastic_search.pl with the -d flag:
   `koha-shell <instance_name> -c "time rebuild_elastic_search.pl -d"`.
2) Apply this patch.
3) Time a full re-index again, it should be about twice at fast (for a
couple of thousand biblios, with fewer biblios results may be more
   unpredictable).

252f4674a5 Bug 14391: Add granular permissions to the administration module
So far the administration module only allowed for 2 permissions:
- circulation conditions (manage_circ_rules)
- everything else (parameters_remaining_permissions)

With this patch almost every section of the administration page
will have its own granular permission.

To test:
- Create different staff users:
  1) One with parameters_remaining_permissions
  2) One with parameters
  3) One with catalogue and no parameters
  4) One superlibrarian
- Apply the patch
- Run the database update
- Check the staff users:
  1) All subpermissions, but manage_circ_rules
     should be checked
  2) Nothing should have changed
  3) manage_item_serach_fields shoudl be checked
     (page had catalogue permission before)
  4) Nothing should have changed
- Try different settings of the permissions and
  verify that
  - Administration page behaves correctly
  - Administration menu behaves correctly
! You shoudl only see what you have permission for

23f78a6c2a Bug 20248: Improve Elasticsearch mappings UI and rebuild_elastic_search.pl.
Improvements:
1) Mappings UI now has button that allows one to reset the mappings.
2) Mappings UI displays the items in alphabetical order.
3) Indexing script drops and recreates the index right away, which
helps prevent ES from autocreating a bad index if someone does something
while the first batch of records is being processed.
4) Indexing script has nicer output.

To test:
1) Change mappings.yaml file
2) Reset mappings in UI in mappings.pl
3) Verify the mappings have been changed in UI
4) The field order is alphabetical
5) Rebuild script has clean output
6) Run test t/db_dependent/Koha_Elasticsearch_Indexer.t

f983c1e3f7 Bug 19604: Elasticsearch Fixes for build_authorities_query for auth searching
To test:
1 - Do some authority searches in Zebra
2 - Switch to ES and repeat, results will vary and some may fail
3 - Apply patch and dependencies
4 - Reindex ES
5 - Repeat searches, they should suceed and results should be similar to
Zebra
6 - Slight differences are okay, but results should (mostly) meet
expectations

A few notes:
We add a 'normalizer' to ensure we get a single token from the heading
indexes, this makes 'starts with' work as expcted
We switch to 'AND' for fields searched from cataloging editor - this
matches Zebra results
We force the '__sort' fields for sorting - if sorting looks wrong try
reducing the heading field to a single subfield - this will need to be
addressed on a future bug (multiple subfields create an array, ES sorts
        those randomly)

d115602c98 Bug 18068: ES - Fix location and (home|holding)branch facets
This patch makes the 'Locations' facet work as expected (i.e. having the
same behaviour it has for Zebra: picking the 952$c in MARC21 and 995e
for UNIMARC).

It also adds the code to handle holding and home library settings for
facets and makes the facets show the library name instead of the branch
code.

The mappings are updated so the labels match what facets.inc expect to
work properly.

To test:
- On master, do a search that returns biblios with items having
homebranch set.
=> FAIL: Under the 'Locations' label on the facets you will notice
branchcodes are shown.
- Apply the patch
- Restart memcached and plack (just in case, it was tricky)
- Reset your mappings:
  http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/admin/searchengine/elasticsearch/mappings.pl?op=reset&i_know_what_i_am_doing=1
- Restart memcached and plack (again, not sure if needed)
- Make sure this mappings are set:
  homebranch => HomeLibrary
  holdingbranch => HoldingLibrary
(Note: it might not be set due to the place the yaml file is being picked)
- Reindex your records:
  $ sudo koha-shell kohadev
 k$ cd kohaclone
 k$ perl misc/search_tools/rebuild_elastic_search.pl -d -v
- Repeat the initial search
=> SUCCESS: 'Location' contains the right stuff, 'Home libraries' and
'Holding libraries' too.
- Run
 k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha_SearchEngine_Elasticsearch_Search.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
- Sign off :-D

Note: play with the 'DisplayLibraryFacets' syspref options.

39bdb865fc Bug 14899: Add the mapping configuration page in the admin module
This new page (admin/searchengine/elasticsearch/mappings.pl) will permit
to manage the ES mappings.
For the biblios and authorities indexes, the different mappings can be
managed from this single page.
The interface let you add, remove and update mappings and search fields.
It's also possible to reorder the mappings, as the order can be important
in the indexation process. Note that the table can be displayed in a
different order that the one it was before saving, but the mappings are grouped
by search field and the order inside the search field is preserved.

Limitations:
- If something went wrong during the insertion/deletion/modification,
the users will loose all these changes.

TODO:
- Add a specific permission (?)
- Add some data checks client side (JS)
- Use checkboxes for facet and suggestible (lazy today...)
- Understand the difference between the 3 values that sortable can have
and improve the value for the options in the select box.

cf2eb49448 Bug 12538: Remove Solr without breaking anything else
Since nobody is currently working on the zebra layer introduced by bug
8233, Solr won't never work.
Some code has been introduced in 3.10 to prove several search engines
can cohabit into Koha but no help/fund has been found to go ahead.
It is useless to keep this code and to maintain an ambiguous situation.

I think the indexes configuration page could be restore later if someone
else introduces a new search engine into Koha.

Test plan:
Look at the code introduced by bug 8233 and verify all is removed.
