In CCSR the opacheader preference isn't really in the header it's to the
right of the search box (see attached). I'm okay with a customizable
region over there, but we should have a new preference for that and
header should be above the search box as it implies.
To test:
1) Put something in the OpacHeader syspref. Preferably something large
and header-like for maximum effect.
2) Select CCSR theme.
3) View OPAC. Notice placement of "header" content.
4) Apply patch.
5) View OPAC. Notice placement of "header" content.
6) Sign off.

Passes koha-qa.pl, works as advertised with one caveat; the content of
opacheader is by default underneath the div "top-bar". A couple breaks
in my OpacHeader test made it visible, so I'm going to assume this is a
styling issue and not a bug as such.

Adds a course reserves system for academic libraries.
The course reserves system allows libraries to create courses
and put items on reserves for those courses.
Each item with at least one reserve can have some of its attributes
modified while it is on reserve for at least one active course.
These attributes include item type, collection code, shelving location,
and holding library. If there are no active courses with this item
on reserve, it's attributes will revert to the original attributes
it had before going on reserve.
Test Plan:
1) Create new authorised value categories DEPARTMENT and TERM
2) Create a new course, add instructors to that course.
3) Reserve items for that course, verify item attributes have changed.
4) Disable course, verify item attributes have reverted.
5) Enable course again, verify item attributes again.
6) Delete course, verify item attributes again.
7) Create two new courses, add the same item(s) to both courses.
8) Disable one course, verify item attributes have not reverted.
9) Disable both courses, verify item attributes have reverted.
10) Enable one course, verify item attributes are again set to the
new values.
11) Edit reserve item attributes, verify.
12) Disable all courses, edit reserve item attributes, verify
the item itself still has its original attributes, verify
the reserve item attributes have been updated.
13) Verify the ability to remove instructors from a course.
14) Verify new permissions, top level coursereserves, with
subpermissions add_reserves and delete_reserves.

This patch adds the ability to add groups to the library select
pulldown on the opac, if it is enabled.
Test Plan:
1) Apply patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Go to Administration › Libraries and groups
4) Create a new group, or edit an existing one
5) Ensure the 'Show in search pulldown' checkbox is checked
6) Save the group
7) Enable OpacAddMastheadLibraryPulldown if it is not already enabled
8) Load the OPAC, try the group search from the libraries pulldown menu

This patch makes it possible to customize the CCSR theme using the
opacsmallimage system preference. It also enables the LibraryName
preference for opacsmallimage alt text.
To test, set the opacsmallimage preference and switch to the CCSR
theme. Your custom image should appear. Set the LibraryName preference
and confirm that the alt attribute of the custom logo changes
accordingly.

This patch works correctly, although it lacked a description and test
plan, which I have added. I would have used IF instead of UNLESS because
to me that seems more readable, but it's not a deal-breaker.

Creates a new theme for the OPAC called "ccsr." The new theme has a much
cleaner, more modern look than the prog theme, and is designed from the
ground up to work on mobile devices using media queries. A later patch
will include the mobile view.
In order to activate the theme, change the opacthemes syspref to 'ccsr'
and make sure that your opaccolorstylesheet is set to 'colors.css.'
