Since libraries may want to customize the options in the masthead search
dropdown, which is done via dropdown, it would be better if the select
box were transformed *after* user javascript was run.
To test:
1) Switch to the CCSR OPAC theme.
2) Add some Javascript to your OpacUserJS that will modify the masthead
search dropdown, such as:
$("select[name='idx']").append("<option value='Host-item,wrdl'>Journal title</option>");
3) Note that when you view the OPAC, the results in the dropdown are unchanged.
4) Apply patch.
5) Note that your new option now shows up.
6) Sign off.

Remove that file that duplicates the behaviour of the correct
opac-changelanguage.pl file and fix references to it in the templates.
To test:
- Apply the patch
- Choose a different language in the OPAC
- It should work as expected.

This patch adds the promised media query-based mobile view to the
ccsr theme. You can try the mobile view by resizing your browser window
until it is phone-sized.

All work was originally done by Frederick, but I converted his
modifications to the prog template into a new template called ccsr.

Creates a new theme for the OPAC called "ccsr." The new theme has a much
cleaner, more modern look than the prog theme, and is designed from the
ground up to work on mobile devices using media queries. A later patch
will include the mobile view.
In order to activate the theme, change the opacthemes syspref to 'ccsr'
and make sure that your opaccolorstylesheet is set to 'colors.css.'
