Tested 3 patches together on current master
- Dropped database
- Recreated database
- Went through installer
- Language en, Marc21
- Installed mandatory data only
- Went through Onboarding tool
- After finishing, logged in as superlibrarian
that was created by onboarding tool
Everything worked fine.

Corrected some information about the provided sample data and corrected
text files to obey capitalization rules.
To test:
I suggest taking a look at the patch file and also taking a look at the
English web installer, checking if it works, if there are typos or wrong
information.
