Try to delete cookies and paste the url to opac-topissues.pl.
Without the patch we have a Software error.

The search was only looking for bib level itypes independent
from the settings for item-level_itypes.
After patch the system preference setting is respected
and search works accordingly.

Fixed resulting warnings and fixed a small bug with the timeLimit drop-down box. It would not retain its value on subsequent pages if 'no Limit' was selected as an option.

Feature porting :
Adding SearchMyLibraryFirst feature to OPAC
It select the user's library for research by default
So this implies quite a change for files.
Sorry about conflicts which will be caused.
directory Interface::CGI should now be dropped.
I noticed that many scripts (reports ones, but also some circ/stats.pl or opac-topissues) still use Date::Manip.
