This patch adds the ability to set an unlimited number of guarantors
for a given patron. As before, each guarantor may be linked to another
Koha patron, and all the behavior that applies to a given guarantor
remains the same.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Find some patrons with guarantors, verify the still have their guarantor
4) Test adding and removing guarantors on a patron record, both Koha users and not
5) Verify the "Add child" button works
6) Verify NoIssuesChargeGuarantees still works
7) Verify tools/cleanborrowers.pl will not delete a guarantor
8) Verify the guarantors are displayed on moremember.pl
9) Verify the guarantor is removed by members/update-child.pl
10) Verify the guarantor is removed by misc/cronjobs/j2a.pl
11) Verify import patrons converts guarantor_id, relationship, contactfirstname,
and contactsurname into a guarantor
12) prove t/Patron.t
13) prove t/db_dependent/Circulation.t
14) prove t/db_dependent/Circulation/NoIssuesChargeGuarantees.t
15) prove t/db_dependent/Items.t
16) prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Patrons.t
17) prove t/db_dependent/Members.t
18) prove t/db_dependent/Patron/Relationships.t

This patch removed references to setting and getting the items.paidfor
field. Where it was used for display, in moredetail.pl, we replace it
with a query on the accountlines.
Test plan:
1) Apply patch
2) Pay off a LOST item
3) Check for the associated display of 'Paidfor?:' on the itemdetails
page
4) Writeoff a LOST item
5) Check that a 'Paidfor?:' is not displayed on the itemdetails page.

These patch removes these two columns from backfill_statstics script
and from columns.def - this file is used to create description in guided
reports
Test plan:
1. Run installer/data/mysql/backfull_statistics.pl
--> without this patch, there are associatedborrower and usercode errors
reported
--> with patch, these two columns are not reported

This patchset adds a 'damaged_on' column to store the date an item is
marked damaged, analogous to withdrawn_on and itemlost_on
To test:
1 - Apply patch
2 - Mark an item damaged via moredetail.pl (Items tab on left in
details)
3 - Note the damaged on date apears below
4 - Unmark the item, the date is removed
5 - Go to the edit items screen (from top bar 'Edit->edit items')
6 - Mark item damaged - check db or moredetails.pl to see damaged_on
date
7 - Unmark item damaged - confirm date is removed
8 - prove t/db_dependent/Items.t

Labeling a phone number field "mobile phone" eliminates the usefulness
of having the labels "primary" and "secondary." Generic labels let the
user populate the fields according to their importance rather than their
type.
To test I recommend editing a patron record so that the values in the
patron record contain a label matching the table column:
borrowers.phone : 555-555-1234 (primary - phone)
borrowers.phonepro : 555-555-5678 (secondary - phonepro)
borrowers.mobile : 555-555-9012 (other - mobile)
View this patron's information in the various affected templates and
verify that the labels correctly match the data:
- OPAC "your personal details" (opac-memberentry.pl)
- Submit changes to primary, secondary, and other phone via the OPAC.
In the staff client, view the confirmation for those changes.
- Patron details in the staff client (moremember.pl)
- Patron entry/edit in the staff client (memberentrygen.pl)
- Patron duplicate confirmation in the staff client
(you can navigate directly to
/members/moremember.pl?borrowernumber=XXXX&print=brief)

To test:
- Create a new guided circulation report
- On the field list scroll to "Alternate contact: Last name"
=> FAIL:
"Alternate contact: Last name" relates to borrowers.altcontactfirstname
"Alternate contact: First name" relates to borrowers.altcontactsurname
- Apply the patch, restart the creation of the report
=> SUCCESS:
"Alternate contact: First name" relates to borrowers.altcontactfirstname
"Alternate contact: Surname" relates to borrowers.altcontactsurname
- Sign off :-D

The SQL column headers is stored into the columns.def file.
This file is not managed by the translation script.
This patch makes possible the headers translation.
Note: The translation xml tags were added to avoid all lines being put
on a single line.
Test plan:
1/ update your po file
cd misc/translate;
perl translate -f columns update LANG # Replace by another language here
2/ translate header columns (search "columns.def" in your po file).
3/ install the translated columns.def
perl translate -f columns install LANG # Replace by another language here
4/ go on the report module > create a new report > next > next
5/ change the language
on the 3rd step, you should see the column header translated.

* when a file was uploaded and the comparison with catalogue range
requested, the comparison was wrong: the logic was wrong
* items that were not supposed to be scanned (ie: supposed to be on another shelf)
didn't had the author and title, it was hard to retrieve them on the shelved
* some useful fields were missing, like homebranch, location, status
* the CSV export contained all the item information. It should contain the same
informations as the screen
Behaviour now:
* scan a list of barcode & select a range of location
* if a barcode has been scanned and should not be (misplaced item),
the information is displayed
* if you choose "compare barcodes list to result option", the
resulting list contains all items that have been scanned and those
that were supposed to be. Any item not in both list appears with a
specific message on the last column

Comment: Save for translation files (that will be fixed on next release),
only occurrence of wthdrawn is on updatedatabase.pl
No koha-qa errors.
This touch many files, and I did not test everything,
but all seems normal. I think that any problem could
be fixed later.
Perhaps both entries in updatedatabase.pl could be joined
into one, but thats for QA.
