Adds a button on patron-related pages, "Search to hold"
Clicking search to hold sets a cookie with the patron's
borrowernumber and sends the user to the search page.
On subsequent search results pages the user will have
the option to place holds specifically for the remembered
patron. This works on the search results page (single
and multiple hold) and on the detail page.
The saved cookie will time out after 10 minutes or
be erased when a new patron is loaded by circulation.pl
New jQuery plugin added: jquery.cookie.min.js
Revision fixes some markup and corrects an error that would lead
to the hold being initiated for the remembered patron when this
was not intended.

Changes the template variable checked in serials-menu.inc for determining where to
show 'Create Routing List' or 'Edit Routing List' to hasRouting.
Also adds the $hasRouting variable to serials/routing.pl and serials/routing-preview.pl,
for completeness.

I couldn't figure out how (or whether) GetBranchesLoop could be
convinced to return a list of branches without selecting one, so
I swapped GetBranchesLoop with GetBranches. This will preselect
a branch only if a branch has been submitted as part of a query.
This does NOT preselect the correct branch when IndependantBranches
is turned on.
I also added a template variable which is true if a query has
been submitted with a branch or a category so that the extra
form fields can be displayed, reminding the user that they
added limiters to their query.

This fix puts the URL of the source page as a parameter to help.pl,
which will override the referrer value, if it's provided. This deals
with people sitting behind proxies that strip the referrer information
out.

This patch follows up on the addition of the 'edititems'
permission by adding a check of the new permission to places
in the interface which link to the edit item screen.
The catalogue toolbar had to be extensively re-worked in
order to ensure that the "New" and "Edit" menus would appear
(or not) whether or not edit_catalogue, edit_items, or
create_subscription permissions are on.

Display of the renewal date footer in the template was conditional upon
the existence of checkouts from today.
In order to fix this bug it was necessary to repeat the markup for the
table footer twice in the template, so I created an include file for it.
The same include file can now be used in moremember.tmpl.

- Removing 'suggestions waiting' link from left-hand menu. A plain
'suggestions' link is still shown if suggestions are enabled.
- Putting back the 'pending suggestions' box that used to appear
on the Acquisitions home page. This will show, with a count
of pending suggestions, only if suggestions are turned on and
there are pending suggestions.

Creates new curriculum index for 658 subfields a,b,c and search option in Advanced search (under More Options). Also modifies the installer files to make 658abc display (they were hidden in the frameworks) and to create the new indexes.
The 658 already displays as part of the staff/OPAC subject display line.

The template checks for a "count" variable (item count) to see
whether it should allow deletion of the biblio record. For some
reason labeledMARCdetail.pl hard-coded this as 1, which meant
the template always thought was 1 item.
This patch also adds an item count check on the display of
"Delete all items," disabling it if there are no items.

This patch eliminates the sysprefs-menu.inc include file and changes the
systempreferences.pl and systempreferences.tmpl files to work with the
prefs-menu.inc instead. This will centralize the syspref tabs and make it
easier to modify tabs in the future if necessary.
This commit also changes the default tab to Acquisitions, since the Local Use
tab does not work with preferences.pl at present.

Staff users now only need circulation privileges to print
checkout receipts and slips; the 'borrowers' permission, which
allows editing patron records, is no longer required.

Note that this new include builds only the first half of the
anchor tag (<a>). Because title and subtitle are output differently
on some pages, rendering of the second half of the tag is left
to individual pages.
Includes fixes for staff client templates.
Change to basket.pl fixes a bug wherein the OPAC's bibliodefaultview
preference was being checked instead of the staff client's.

There wasn't a conditional in place to stop the planning
pull down from showing a blank 'plan by' option.

The OPAC Cart tooltip ("Your cart is empty," "1 item(s) added to your
Cart") currently uses a jQuery plugin to generate a drop shadow.
This works cross-browser, but has a high failure rate with regard
to hiding the shadow consistently, resulting in an orphan shadow
after the tooltip has been hidden. I propose to instead use the
new CSS3 property "box-shadow" (-moz-box-shadow and -webkit-box-
shadow for FireFox and Safari/Chrome). Currently Internet Explorer
does not support this property. I think this is an
acceptable tradeoff for more stable functionality.

These were causing the OPAC details place hold button to disappear
in circumstances where a bib-level item type was set to a non-loanable
item type even when item-level_itypes was on.
This change does mean that if item-level_itypes is not turned on,
the hold button will now appear for bibs whose bib-level item type
has its not-for-loan flag set; however, if this is a problem, a
better long-term fix would be to use CanBookBeReserved() instead.

Adds inline pop-up menu for each row of Z39.50 search results, similar to the
one recently added to the additem screen. This allows the user to click
anywhere in the row to display the menu and access the preview/import links.

This patch adds code to trap, log, and return an intelligent message to the user
when a missing or invalid branch code is passed in. This condition can occur if
the user is logged in as the kohaadmin or the user has multiple instances of the staff
client open and has switched users in some instance.

If CircAutocompl is ON, the circ search form has a hidden <div> for use in
displaying live search results. For some reason WebKit browsers (Safari and
Chrome) treat this hidden element as a something that should create a line
break like any other block-level element. Moving the submit button to
before that hidden <div> fixes the problem without disrupting the display
of the live search results.

I also enhanced the normal slip to print the overdues separately as well as today's

can be added, one for the regular slip and one for the short slip, i.e. today's
only.

This enhances the web installer so that messages from updatedatabase.pl will
be displayed to the user running a database update. Messages printed to STDOUT
will be displayed as the update report, while messages printed to STDERR will
be displayed as update errors.
This patch introduces a new module dependency, IPC::Cmd.
IPC::Cmd lets one run an external program such as updatedatabase.pl and easily
capture STDERR and STDOUT for further munging. IPC::Cmd is core in Perl 5.10
and stable in Perl 5.8.

Only one select can be selected in this case. If preselection of search type is
desired, I recommend a clean implementation w/ jquery instead of adding a conditional
for each select. Please note, that is the only good way to get multiple preselections,
since the same .inc file will be used in each case. So a single variable like
<TMPL_IF NAME="index_bc_selected">
cannot be used, since it would set for ALL (3) advanced search dropdowns.

Now, we check the user and the librarian are from the same branch, else we deny the deletion(and disable the link to delete).

The display and editing of messaging preferences
for a patron have been moved as follows:
* the prefs for a patron are now displayed on the
patron details tab, not the messaging tab.
* the prefs are now modified by editing the patron
record, not on the messaging tab.
The messaging tab now contains only the list of
messages that have been or will be sent to the patron.
When creating a new patron record, changing the patron
category via the category dropdown now also changes
the default messaging preferences for that patron. If
you start editing a new patron, change one of the messaging
preferences, then change the patron category, the form will
ask you if you want to keep the preferences or get
the defaults belonging to the new patron category.
Note that when you edit an existing patron record, changing
the patron category will *not* cause the messaging preferences
to be automatically changed.
Programmer's note: this commit introduces a new web service,
members/default_messagingprefs.pl, that uses Jesse Weaver's
C4::Service module.

If more than one translation is installed but only one is active, a blank div
is displayed at the bottom of all pages in the intranet (and in the OPAC if the
opacchangelanguages system preference is ON), taking a bit of vertical real
estate needlessly.
Changed so that <div> for the language chooser is output
only if there is more than one enabled language.
