This patch ensures that the authorised value descriptions looked up
are for the correct field/subfield designated in the CSV profile.
Test plan:
0. Do not apply the patch yet!
1. Go to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/tools/csv-profiles.pl
2. Add a CSV profile with the default values and using the following
for the "Profile MARC fields":
000|001|003|005|006|007|008|010|015|016|020|022|040|050|082|100|110|
111|130|240|243|245|246|247|250|260|300|336|337|338|440|490|500|501|

3. Create a new List
4. Add all the database's bibs to that list using SQL like the following (where the shelfnumber equals the number for your list):
insert into virtualshelfcontents (shelfnumber,biblionumber,borrowernumber) select 1,biblionumber,51 from biblio;
5. Go to that list in the staff interface
6. Download that list using your CSV profile
7. Apply the patch
8. koha-plack --reload kohadev
9. Download that list using your CSV profile
10. Note that the output is a little slower, but still quick enough.
11. Note that the output is a bit different. For records like "Gairm",
the output will end in "1" instead of "Yes". This is correct, because
this subfield isn't an authorised value!!!

The SIP circulation status specifies that a 12 means an item is lost, and 13 means an item is missing. In Koha, missing items are simply a type of lost item so we never send a 13. This is an important distinction for some SIP based inventory tools. It would be good to be able to specify when lost status means "missing" at the SIP login level.

When using the facets for author, i.e. limiting a search, it makes sense to preserve the default sort order for the results (relevance, etc)
When clicking on an author to search the catalog for all works by an author, it would be nice to be able to optionally specify sorting for the listing - i.e. publication date, or title
This patch adds two new system preferences:
AuthorLinkSortBy
AuthorLinkSortOrder
To test:
1 - Do a search in intranet and staff for 'austen'
or an author you have multiple titles from
2 - Click the linked name
3 - Note a new search is performed, sorted by field from
defaultSortField preference
4 - Apply patch, updatedatabase, restart_all
5 - Ensure nothing has changed by searching again
6 - Set AuthorLinkSortBy to 'date of publication' and
AuthorLinkSortORder to asc
7 - Search again, comfirm links obey sorting specific above
8 - Test other values - confirm links are updated in both staff/opac
and results/details

This patch adds two new entries in the loans section of GetPatronInfo response:
- itemonhold: number of holds on this specific item.
- recordonhold: number of holds on the record.
It allows an ILS-DI client to know if a loaned item is already on hold by someone else, and how many holds there are.
Test plan:
1. Apply the patch.
2. Enable the ILS-DI system preference.
3. Check out an item for a patron and make sure there no other holds at either an item or record level.
4. Check that the new itemonhold and recordonhold entries displayed are equal to zero (example: http://127.0.0.1:8080/cgi-bin/koha/ilsdi.pl?service=GetPatronInfo&patron_id=19&show_contact=0&show_loans=1).
5. Add either a record or item level hold for the record used in step 2.
6. Check that itemonhold and recordonhold values are incremented accordingly.
Note: a hold at an item level counts as a hold at a record level, but not vice-versa.

To test:
1) Update database and restart services
2) Go to Koha Administration -> System preferences and search for the new EmailPatronWhenHoldIsPlaced syspref. It should be disabled by default - leave it disabled for now.
3) Search for a record and go to the Holds tab. Place a hold for your patron.
4) Go to your patron's account and go to the Notices tab. Confirm the HOLDPLACED_PATRON notice was NOT queued.

This patch allows every library to define the From and Reply-to email addresses for acquisition and serial emails (orders and claims) sent by Koha.
Especially in large libraries with dedicated acquisition departments we need a way that vendors/booksellers can reply directly to the acquisition team and not to the library default email. The library email in the library configuration can then be used for circulation purposes only.
1) Apply patch, run database update
2) Make sure you have set up Koha to send up email (SMTP server, KohaAdminEmailAdress, etc.)
3) Make sure you have a vendor set up with a valid email address.
4) Check that you have four new system preferences:
- AcquisitionsDefaultEMailAddress
- SerialsDefaultEMailAddress
- AcquisitionsDefaultReplyTo
- SerialsDefaultReplyTo
5) Check that there is no change in behaviour if the four new system preferences are left empty:
All acquisition and serial emails are sent from the library email (or KohaAdminEmailAddress if no library email is set)
6) Create an order with at least one order line. Send the order to your vendor by email.
7) Create an acquisition claim notice and send it to your vendor.
8) Create a subscription linked to your vendor and with at least one late issue. Claim the issue.
9) There should be no change in behaviour: emails should be sent from library email (or KohaAdminEmailAddress if nothing is set on library level)
10) Configure different email addresses for system preferences:
- First email address: AcquisitionsDefaultEMailAddress, SerialsDefaultEMailAddress
- Second email address: AcquisitionsDefaultReplyTo, SerialsDefaultReplyTo
11) Repeat steps 6-8
12) Verify that the library specific acquisition and serial email addresses are used as From and Reply-to.

This patch adds a few pieces of information to the print slip button
and makes the code confirm the hold
As we are printing before the confirm, we also add the ability to pass
in the itemnumber to 'ReserveSlip'
This is slightly hacky, however, I don't see another way to allow
printing without an additional page reload.

library A
3 - You receive an alert about the hold
4 - Click "Don't check out, confirm hold, and print slip"
5 - Confirm the slip looks correct and has item info
6 - Confirm that item is in transit to fill hold
7 - Revert transit status
8 - Attempt to checkout the item to Patron B from Library B
9 - Click "Don't check out, confirm hold, and print slip"
10 - Confirm slip is correct
11 - Confirm item is marked waiting

This set of patches makes it possible to protect patrons from being accidetally
deleted or merged with other patrons, from the UI and from (well behaved) cron
jobs. The following subroutines are affected:
- Koha::Patron::delete
- Koha::Patron::merge_with
- Koha::Patron::safe_to_delete
- C4::Members::GetBorrowersToExpunge
Please note:
- This does not intend to protect patrons from being edited, only from being
deleted
To test:
* Tests
- Run the affected tests:
prove t/db_dependent/Members.t
prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Patrons.t
* Editing protected status and manual deletion
- Add a new user, note the presence of the "Protected" field under "Library
management", but leave it at the default "No", for now.
- Note that "Protected" is displayed in the "Library use" section of the patron
details.
- Note that More > Delete is avaiable as an action when the patron is saved
- Edit the user and set "Protected" to "Yes"
- Note that More > Delete is now disabled, with a note that the patron is protected
* Batch patron deletion
- Go to Tools > Batch patron deletion and anonymization
- Check the box for "Verify you want to delete patrons"
- Choose the category of your protected patron for "whose patron category is"
and click "Next" to run the actual deletion
- Check that your protected patron was not deleted
* Merging patrons
- Make sure you have two patrons with similar names or the same category, so
you can find them with one search. One should be protected, one not.
- Search for the patrons, tick their boxes and click on "Merge selected patrons"
- Select one of the patrons as the "patron to keep".
. Click on "Merge patrons"
- "No valid patrons to merge were found" should be shown
- Repeat this with the other patron as the "patron to keep"
(A future enhancement could be to not allow a protected patron to be selected for
merging in the first place.)
* misc/cronjobs/delete_patrons.pl
- Make sure you have a protected patron, in a category with at least one more
patron.
- Run something like this (at least in ktd):
$ perl misc/cronjobs/delete_patrons.pl --category_code <code> -v --confirm
(Replace <code> with the actual categorycode.)
- Make sure the borrowernumber of the protected patron is not mentioned in the
output of the script.
- Check the protected patron was not deleted
- Check the non-protected patrons were deleted
* REST API (with ktd)
- Make sure you still have a protected patron, and note their borrowernumber
- Enable RESTBasicAuth and restart all the things
- Run these two commands from the command line on the host:
$ curl -u koha:koha --request GET "http://localhost:8081/api/v1/patrons/54"
$ curl -u koha:koha --request DELETE "http://localhost:8081/api/v1/patrons/54"
(Replace 54 with the actual borrowernumber of your protected patron.)
- The first curl command should give you the patron details. The second should
give this output:
{"error":"Protected patrons cannot be deleted","error_code":"is_protected"}
There could be more functions/scripts where patrons are deleted that I have not
thought about. Please report them on the bug if you find any!

When using background jobs, there is a possibility of a race condition where two jobs will be updating the holds queue for the same biblio. We should try to minimize those cases (see bug 34596)
In the meantime though, we should prevent jobs possibly dying, and allow the most recent update to succeed.
There is a possibility two updates wil assign different items to the same reserve, and that a reserve could end up in the queue twice, however, whichever one is filled first will delete both entries. as filling the hold deletes by reserve id (see bug 24359)
This patch adds a transaction to delete and then inset the new row

Currently the system preference intranetreadinghistory determines visibility of both circulation history and holds history tabs in the patron record. It would be helpful to allow the option of setting each of those independently.
Specifically, libraries have requested the option of being able to view the holds history in a patron record without having to enable viewing of the circulation history.

In the design of additional contents the idea of a parent-child relation is implicitly present. You have a default page and translations.
But we do this in one table coming from the old news items.
Several reports show that we would be better off creating a parent table listing the main news items, CMS pages or HTML content. And a child table containing the title, content and lang.
Note that this first step is a prelimenary step to clean this area and make it more robust and extensible. More enhancements to come.
What is this patchset doing?
* DB changes
- Rename additional_contents.idnew with id
- Create a new table additional_contents_localizations(id, additional_content_id, title, content, lang) that will contain the translated contents
- Move the content to this new table
- Remove title, content and lang columns from additional_contents
- Replace the notice templates that are using ''<news>" (should only be ISSUESLIP) and remove support for this syntax. Also add a warning in case other occurrences of uses of the old syntax exist.
* CRUD
- We add a new Koha::AdditionalContentsLocalization[s] couple, and move some logic from Koha::AdditionalContent[s] to there. Note that, to prevent too much drastic changes in notice templates, and to make them easy to use, the different attributes of the content object is accessible from the translated content object (ie. Koha::AdditionalContentsLocatlization->library is available and return $self->additional_content->library). I think it's an elegant way to keep things simple.
- No changes expected for "NewsLog" logging
- Little behaviour changes for pages, see tools/page.pl changes. We are now passing the id of the content, and the desired language, instead of the mix of "page_id" or code and lang. Note that here we certainly need to rename "language" query param to not change the full interface language.
Test plan:
0. Preparation steps, use master
a. Create notice templates that are using "<< additional_contents.code >>". This won't be replaced, but we want the update process to alert us.
b. Create several news, additional contents, pages. Some with translated contents, some without.
c. Make sure ISSUESLIP has the "<news>" section. If you are using the sample data there is nothing to do here
d. Turn on NewsLogs
1. Apply the patches, restart_all, updatedatabase
=> Confirm that the new table is created and filled with the contents you had prior to the update
=> Confirm that additional_contents_localizations.updated_on has been kept to the previous values
=> Confirm that ISSUESLIP has been replaced properly
=> Confirm that you get a warning about the additional_contents
2. Create, update, delete news, html customs, pages
=> Confirm that the additional_contents_localizations.updated_on is only adjusted when required
=> Confirm that the logs are correctly created when NewsLogs is on
3. Check some items out, generate a slip
=> Confirm that the news are displayed at the bottom of the slip, and that the publication date is correctly formatted
4. Have several HTML customizations (like OpacNav, opacheader), in translated in different languages
=> Confirm that the default values is displayed when you are using the interface in a language without translation
=> Confirm that the translated version is picked when it exists
Notes for QA:
* I am not sure we really need the alert during the update DB process about the additional_contents leftover. We should not have them outside of ISSUESLIP.
Shouldn't it hurt?
* There is something ugly in sample_news.yml, the id is hardcoded. But how do we prevent that and keep translatability?

We should have ability to create float groups in
same manner. This patch adds checkbox "Is local
float group" to group creation feature and new return
policy "Item floats by librarygroup".
To test:
1. Add new float group and some libraries to it.
2. From circulation and fine rules, set default
return policy as "Item floats by library group".
3. Check out an item for a patron.
4. Set library as one that belongs in the same
float group.
5. Check in the item.
=> Observe that notice for transfer doesn't pop up.
6. Check out again.
7. This time set library as one that doen's
belong in the same float group.
8. Check in.
=> Observe that notice for transfer pops up.
Experiment this feature by changing return policy
per library, item type etc.

This patch adds some defense for errant preference lines, allowing for
empty lines, comment lines and even skipping easily identified malformed
lines.

We weren't checking whether an item property was defined or not and as
such the new test highlighted a new warning.

This patch updates the sort bin selection logic to allow for multiple
item field comparisons in a single config rule line.
Test plan
1) Run the unit tests before and after applying this patch and confirm
they pass in both cases (prove -v t/db_debendant/SIP/Transaction.t
2) Check out an item and return it via SIP2:
$ telnet localhost 8023
9300CNterm1|COterm1|CPCPL|
09N20200422 12430020200422 124300APCPL|AOCPL|AB001|AC|
(Where 001 in |AB001| is the barcode of the item in question)
4) Check there is no CL field in the last response
5) Apply the patch, fill in SIP2SortBinMapping with e.g.:
CPL:itype:eq:BK:ccode:eq:TEEN:3
6) Repeat the first step
7) Check the response contains a CL field with a value of 3 (or what
you put in the config). The field should look like |CL3|

Current code already skips indexing when adding record to instead index in a single call. This patch pdates the code to do the same thing for real time holds queue updates.
Note: Newly added records do not need to be updated as they won't have holds yet.
To test:
1 - Have a marc file with several records that match records in your catalog
You can export part of your catalog to generate one
2 - Set system preference: RealTimeHoldsQueue to 'enable'
3 - Stage and import file, make sure you are matching and overlaying
4 - Go to Administration->Manage jobs
5 - Note a batch update for each updated record
6 - Apply patch
7 - Repeat
8 - Note a single job added for the entire batch containing only updated records

This patch sets the $auth_state to failed when changing auth sessions,
so that the new login attempt gets processed correctly (instead
of skipping the authorization step).
Test plan:
0. Apply the patch
1. koha-plack --reload kohadev
2. Go to
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/admin/preferences.pl?tab=&op=search&searchfield=baseurl
3. Log in as an OPAC user with 0 permissions
4. Note the auth screen "Error: You do not have permission to access this page"
5. Click "Log in"
6. Note that you're still shown a login screen (and that you've been logged out of
your previous authenticated session)
