Moves the line starting with "Type:" upwards to show below the author line
like it is in the OPAC XSLT result list.
To test:
1) Make sure XSLTResultsDisplay and DisplayIconsXSLT are turned on.
2) Check that the line starting with "Type" is showing up below the title and 'by' lines.

Implements the material type icons shown in the MARC21 XSLT result list
of the OPAC for the intrant result list.
Also adds the system preference DisplayIconsXSLT as an intranet analogue
for the OPAC system preference DisplayOPACiconsXSLT and corrects the
descriptions of both preferences in the syspref editor.
To test:
0) Run database update to add new system preference
1) Activate default XSLTResultsDisplay
2) Check the new system preference DisplayIconsXSLT shows up correctly
and is activated by default. Compare descriptions between DisplayIconsXSLT
and DisplayOPACiconsXSLT.
3) Check the intranet result list for icons showing up after 'Type:' and
before the corresponding description. Detail pages should be showing
the 'Type:' as before.
4) Turn off DisplayIconsXSLT.
5) Check the line containing 'Type:', format and audience information is now
hidden from the result list.
6) Check that the 'Type:'line is also hidden from the detail page.

This patch adds the Koha::Indexer::RecordNormalizer and
Koha::Indexer::MARC::RecordNormalizer::EmbedSeeFromHeadings packages
to enable the inclusion of alternate forms of headings in bibliographic
searches. When the new syspref IncludeSeeFromInSearches is turned on
(default is off) rebuild_zebra.pl will insert see from headings from
authority records into bibliographic records when indexing, so that a
search on an obsolete term will turn up relevant records.
To test:
1) Enable IncludeSeeFromInSearches
2) Add a heading that has an alternate form to a record (for example,
"Cooking" has the alternate form "Cookery," if you have authority
records from LC)
3) Index the zebraqueue (or reindex if you haven't indexed your system
yet)
4) Confirm that if you search for "Cookery" you get the record you
just modified

Also checked:
- Verified database update works correctly
- Checked system preference and its description
- Checked staff/opac detail pages with feature on/off
- Checked staff/opac search facets
- Downloaded and tested records in various formats
- Tried different searches for 'see from' entries of authorities
- Ran all unit tests
No problems found.
Because we are embedding the results of XSLT stylesheets in HTML, we
need to output HTML instead of XML. Outputting XML results in
non-standard-compliant (or at least non-Firefox-compliant) markup.
To test:
View a variety of XSLT-rendered pages on the OPAC and intranet, and
confirm that all look as expected.

Corrects display for multiple 260 fields in intranet and OPAC.
In intranet the order of fields was wrong on the detail page.
In OPAC and intranet punctuation for multiple 260 fields in the
result list was not displaying properly.
Example after correction:
Publisher: Jena : Elsevier, 1907 ; Stuttgart : Franckh, 1907-1992 ; Jena : Urban & Fischer, 1993-2003

- Adding search result numbering to match non-XSLT
results display.

OPAC detail XSL.
- Copying physical description output from OPAC detail XSL.
- Copying ISBN output from OPAC detail XSL.
- Removing availability output (which had been copied from
the OPAC) because it is redundant in the staff client.
- Removing duplicate inclusion of JS highlight plugin on
