Most of the time C4::Biblio::GetBiblioData is used to retrieve the title
and/or the author of a bibliographic record.
This patch replaces the easy occurrences of GetBiblioData, the ones
where the 2 joins are needed, but only data from biblio and biblioitems
table are.
Test plan:
It will be hard to test everything, I'd suggest a QAer to review this
patch and confirm that the difference occurrences of GetBiblioData have
been correctly replaced by calling Koha::Biblios->find or
$biblio->bibioitem

GetMember returned a patron given a borrowernumber, cardnumber or
userid.
All of these 3 attributes are defined as a unique key at the DB level
and so we can use Koha::Patrons->find to replace this subroutine.
Additionaly GetMember set category_type and description.

All the values different from the ones GetMember returned has been
managed outside of GetMemberDetails.
It looks safe to replace all the occurrences of GetMemberDetails with
GetMember.

Paging is kind of messy here. This patch at least improves somewhat.
The page number should be rounded.
The results per page should be passed to the template too.

- For serials: Verify that subscriptions work as before. It is a
little bit hidden, in tab Subscriptions, then 'More details', then
tab 'Brief history', button 'Subscribe to email notificatin on
new issues'
- For ics: Can not be tested at the moment, not yet used (Bug 5456),
pls. have a look at the code changes

Since we switched to Template Toolkit we don't need to stick with the
sufix we used for HTML::Template::Pro.
This patch changes the occurences of '.tmpl' in favour of '.tt'.
To test:
- Apply the patch
- Install koha, and verify that every page can be accesed

Adding a few choices for what information can be displayed
alongside comments in the OPAC:
- nothing
- full name
- first name
- last name
- first name and last name first initial
- username

Tested by choosing each choice and previewing an individual title
with a comment and confirming the name was displayed properly. Then
choosing each option and prevewing the recent comments page.
All tests passed.

Ran all tests again and it works as explained.
This patch adds count indicators on the staff client home page and
the tools page for the number of items pending approval. On the
home page this includes suggestions, comments, and tags. On the tools
page a count of pending comments and tags is shown.

Counts appear for all types of actionable items listed, all are clickable through to the proper place.
Nice work!
Although use is being called in an eval it will still be executed
at compile time so that an error can cause the script to abort before
the eval is executed. The eval expression syntax is not checked
so eval block should be preferred.
Use require/import which execute at runtime which is the intention
here.

checked that, with Libravatar OK things are still OK
This new system preference (in OPAC Features) allows libraries to
turn off reviewer photos entirely if they want to. The default is
for these photos to be shown.
Note that this setting is linked to ShowReviewer in that both of
them need to be turned ON for the avatars to be displayed.

As suggested by Nicole, when a library hides the names of the
reviewers, they probably don't want to show their faces.
The OPAC detail page was already hiding these avatars but this
change also prevents Koha from looking for these avatars (which
could incur DNS queries) if they're not going to be displayed.

[Enhancement][3.4] Add RFC822 Format to C4::Dates
This patch adds RFC822 formatting to C4::Dates. It also updates Dates.t
appropriately. Consult the POD for this module for how to use
this format.
Please note that this module *does not* handle TZ conversion at this point.
This means that the TZ portion of a RFC822 time will be truncated and the converted
time will be in the same TZ as was passed in. When generating an RFC822 time,
the local TZ offset will be included since none of the other supported formats
provide a means for including their TZ. This is not a problem introduced by the
addition of RFC822 formatting. Rather it is due to this module not having TZ
support to begin with.
Also note that the dow, moy abbreviations are English as required by
RFC822 section 3.3 (thanks to self for pointing that out).

So this implies quite a change for files.
Sorry about conflicts which will be caused.
directory Interface::CGI should now be dropped.
I noticed that many scripts (reports ones, but also some circ/stats.pl or opac-topissues) still use Date::Manip.
All subs have be cleaned :
- removed useless
- merged some
- reordering Biblio.pm completly
- using only naming conventions
Seems to have broken nothing, but it still has to be heavily tested.
Note that Biblio.pm is now much more efficient than previously & probably more reliable as well.
