0ec7ba7286 Bug 25940: Check for reserve_id before Dopop
TEST PLAN:
1. Have an item belonging to a different branch and check it in.
2. When the modal pops up hit 'Yes, print slip' or 'Print slip' if  AutomaticItemReturn is set to 'don't'
3. The first print dialog should appear with a URL like '/cgi-bin/koha/circ/transfer-slip.pl?transferitem=18&&branchcode=CPL&op=slip'
4. Close that print dialog and you will immediately see another one that says 'No slip template found'.
5. Notice the URL of the second pop-up is:  /cgi-bin/koha/circ/hold-transfer-slip.pl?reserve_id=
6. There is no reserve id so the template is not found.
7. Apply patch
8. Repeat 1-6
9. You should no longer have two print dialogs

cbd8655157 Bug 25765: Replace LoginBranchname and LoginBranchcode with use of Branches template plugin
The template plugin Branches contains a method GetLoggedInBranchcode that returns current branch code.
This patch adds GetLoggedInBranchname to get current branch name.
It is used to replace vars LoginBranchname and LoginBranchcode sent to all templates in C4/Auth.pm.

In labels and patrons cards modules, I choose to remove a unseless display of
current branch in a hint.

In acqui/acqui-home.tt, I choose to remove a useless display of current
branch and also because table of founds contains a filter on library.

Test plan:
Check pages source code to see branch code or name is correct.

b31fdc8f55 Bug 25907: When cancelling a waiting hold on returns.pl, looks for new hold to fill without rescanning barcode
Right now, after canceling a hold on the checkin screen, a librarian
needs to rescan the item barcode to check and trap the next hold. This
is an extra unnecessary step.

Test Plan:
1) Place two or more holds on a record
2) Check in the item
3) Confirm the hold
4) Check in the item again
5) Cancel the hold
6) Koha should now display the modal asking to confirm the next hold
   without the need to rescan the barcode!

c4cff589ba Bug 25799: Add edition information to "Holds queue" report
Added a feature that displays edition information of the book
together with title in "Holds queue" report.

Edition information is fetched from "biblioitem" table
as "editionstatement" and transferred to template.

1. Place a hold on a book with edition information.
2. Run build_holds_queue.pl cron job.
3. Go to /cgi-bin/koha/circ/view_holdsqueue.pl and check the "title"
table of that book that you placed hold on.
4. Observe that there's no information about edition of that book.
5. Apply patch.
6. Repeat step 3.
7. Observe that cinformation about edition of that book appeared
in the title table after book's title and author.

58abd5b39b Bug 25798: Add copyright year to "Holds to pull" report
Display copyright year (publication year) of book
together with title in "Holds to pull" report.

Copyright year is fetched from biblio -table as "copyrightyear"
and displayed when the preferred marc is set to MARC21.
Publication year is fetched from biblioitems -table as "publicationyear"
and displayed when the preferred marc is set to UNIMARC.

1. Place a hold on book with known copyright year.
2. Go to /cgi-bin/koha/circ/pendingreserves.pl and check the "title"
table of that book that you placed hold on.
3. Observe that there's no information about publication year in that
field.
4. Apply patch.
5. Repeat step 2.
6. Observe that copyright year (publication year) of book appeared
in the title table after book's title and author.

e441cb35fb Bug 25868: Fix transfers page to show effective itemtype
In transfers page /cgi-bin/koha/circ/branchtransfers.pl :
Itemtype is always from biblioitems.itemtype, regardless of system preference item-level_itypes.

Patch also changes template to use the object Koha::Item.

Patch also fixes a small typo : closed <form> tag.

Test plan :
1) Test with both values of system preference 'item-level_itypes'
2) Go to Circulation > Transfert
3) Enter a barcode
4) Enter another barcode
5) Check you see in table all datas and that 'Item type' is correct

de54267510 Bug 24156: move ColumnsSettings to TablesSettings
We are preparing the ground with this patch. As the "Columns settings"
page will now add the ability to modify settings for the whole table, it
makes sense to rename the file and the variables.

Note that the controller script (admin/columns_settings.pl) and the yml
(admin/columns_settings.yml) files have not been moved to not break
shortcuts and abits people could have. But if QA decides, it could be
easy to do.

8ab8df3866 Bug 25537: Page reload at branchtransfers.pl loses destination branch
At branchtransfers.pl, one selects a destination branch and scans in any
number of items to generate transfers to that branch. However, anything
that makes the page reload causes your branch selection to be lost,
reverting you back to whichever branch comes first alphabetically.

This is an invitation to error when one has a stack of books to
send all to the same branch. Could that error handling get moved
into a modal or something that won't reload the page?

Test Plan:
1) Place a hold on an item and set it to waiting
2) Initiate a branch transfer from branchtransfers.pl for any branch but
   the first in the pulldown branch selector
3) Choose to cancel the hold and transfer
4) Note the pulldown reverts to the first option
5) Apply this patch
6) Repeat steps 1-3
7) Note the pulldown retains your preveiously selected branch!

4f70682c56 Bug 25615: Remove empty entries in the filter dropdowns of "holds to pull"
On the "Holds to pull" view there are filters that are built on the
value of the cells.
Bug 22536 improved the ergonomic by adding a ul list, but the filters
are now broken, the ul and li tags are retrieved and put in the filter
list.

The idea of this patch is to remove the HTML tags and skip if the value
is then empty.

Test plan:
Place a hold on an item
Go to Home › Circulation › Holds to pull
Open the "libraries" filter
=> Without this patch you see empty entries
=> With this patch the filter contain only the libraries

To make sure we are going to display the correct hold's info we need to
pass the reserve_id.

== Test plan ==
1. Add some content to HOLD_SLIP notice, e.g.

  <h2>[% branch.branchname %]</h2>
  <div>[% biblio.author %]<br>[% biblio.title %]<br>[% item.barcode %]
  <ul><li> Reserve ID:  [% hold.reserve_id %]</li>
  <li>Expiration date: [% hold.expirationdate %]</li></ul>

2. Add 2 holds for 1 patron to a single record
3. Check the reserve IDs in the reserves table - on a clean sandbox, they will be 1 and 2
4. Check in one of the items from the record and print the slip
5. Note that the reserve ID on the slip is 2 and the expiration date is blank
6. Repeated check ins do not change this
7. Check in a second item from the record
8. Note that the reserve ID for this hold is also 2, but this time the expiration date is filled in
9. Check in the first item again - the reserve ID stays as 2, but this time the expiration date is filled in
10. Apply patch
11. cancel the holds to come back to a clean state
    (and maybe ensure items aren't in transit)
12. redo the test and see the following differences
13. 1st checkin:
    1. expiration date ok
    2. the reserve ID is the one of the first hold
14. 2nd checkin:
    1. expiration date ok
    2. the reserve ID is the one of the second hold

Bug 25301: removed URI parameter "categorycode" from "circulation.tt"
"Edit details" links in patron's circulation check-out page
was sending empty query parameter "categorycode" because there is no
defined template parameter in "circulation.pl"

This patch removes the URI parameter from "circulation.tt" template.

To test:
    1) You need to create or find expired or expiring patron.
    2) Head to patron's circulation check-out page.
    3) Inspect "Edit details" link.
    4) Observe empty parameter "categorycode=" in that link.
    5) Apply patch.
    6) Repeat step 3.
    7) Check that there's no "categorycode=" in the link anymore.

Bug 24098: Standardize Fines/Fees & Charges
This patch suggests to adopt the terminology used in the OPAC
to only use charges and leave off the Fines or Fees.

To test:
- Add a charge to your account
- Check the note on the details and checkouts tabs
- Check the tab name on the details tab
- Activate batch checkouts via systempreferences for your
  patron category:
  - BatchCheckouts
  - BatchCheckoutsValidCategories
- Add a guarantee to your patron and allow to see fines
  (requires: AllowStaffToSetFinesVisibilityForGuarantor)
- Add a manual fine for the guaranee above NoIssuesChargeGuarantee
- Go to the batch checkout tab of your patron and verify note there

Bug 25133: Fix time part of due date for 12hr
With Timeformat system preference set to 12 hours format:

Prior to 19.05.08, when due date was specified at checkout,
the time in the box would show in 24hr format (e.g. 15:59)
while the due date in the patron's checkouts would show
in 12hr format (e.g. 3:59 PM).

After 19.05.08, the format in the specify a due date box
shows in 24hr format and the due date in 12hr format
(in patron checkouts) as before.

But when checking out multiple items using the specify due
date option for the session, the time changes from PM to
AM.

To test:
- Check out an item with specified due date 15:50 PM
- Check out a second item in same transaction
- Verify date changed to AM
- Apply patch
- Repeat
- Verify this time the date is kept as set

Bug 23433: Make consistent use of patron-title.inc in hold confirmation dialogs
Use of patron-title.inc on the checkin page is inconsistent, resulting
in patron names being displayed differently under different
circumstances. This patch makes it more consistent.

To test, apply the patch and check in items with the following statuses:

 - On hold for a patron at your library
 - On hold for a patron not at your library
 - On hold and already marked 'Waiting'
 - On hold while HoldsAutoFill preference is enabled
 - An item which has been marked with a LOST status in the
   'ClaimReturnedLostValue' system preference.
 - An item which was checked out to a manually-restricted patron and
   checked in with a back-dated checkin date. See test plan on Bug
   24776.

Bug 25282: Correct Bootstrap dropdown button markup
Incorrect markup surrounding Bootstrap dropdown buttons causes display
problems with the buttons are in a DataTable. Dropdown wrapper <div>s
must have a "btn-group" class.

To reproduce the problem, look at the MARC bibliographic frameworks
page. The "Actions" menu when triggered will not line up with the
button.

In almost all cases, dropdown buttons inside tables should also have the
"dropup" class on their wrapper so that the menu appears above the
button. This prevents the menu from disappearing off the bottom of the
window when the button is positioned low in the viewport.

To test, apply the patch and test the button menus in tables on the

Bug 22468: Standardize on labelling ccode table columns as Collections
We now display the descriptions everywhere, so we should drop the
'code' from labels.

This changes text in a lot of playes in Koha, including:

- The relatives checkouts table when displayed for the guarantor
- The new order and order receive forms in acquisitoins (item creation)
- The description of CCODE in the authorised values table
- The column description on results in item search
- The branch tranfers page
- Course reserves: add reserve items (one and in batch)
- Patron account > statistics tab

Bug 24829: ClaimReturnedWarningThreshold is always triggered if patron has one or more claims
ClaimReturnedWarningThreshold is supposed to display a warning if a patron has more than the number of claims specified in the system preference. Currently the warning is displayed for any number of claims over zero.

Test Plan:
1) Make 3 return claims for a patron
2) Set ClaimReturnedWarningThreshold to 4
3) Note the claims warning displays for the patron on circulation.pl
4) Apply this patch
5) Reload circulation.pl, the warning should go away
6) Set ClaimReturnedWarningThreshold to 2
7) Reload the page, the warning should reappear

Bug 24476: Allow patrons to opt out of auto-renewal
To test:
1 - Verify on staff side that patron can be edited to opt in our out of auto renewal
2 - Check out some items to a patron opted in to auto renewal
3 - Ensure the items are checked out and set to autorenew
4 - Login on the opac at the patron
5 - Verify items cannot be renewed as scheduled for auto-renewal
6 - On staff side, opt patron out of auto renewal
7 - Verify on opac items are no longer marked for auto renewal
8 - Run the auto renewal cron job, items are not renewed
9 - Set 'no renewal before' to a setting that would prevent renewal
10 - Verify that opting patron in or out of auto renewal changes only the reason items cannot be renewed
11 - Set 'no renewal before' to a setting that would allow for renewal
12 - Verify that opting patron in/out changes their ability to renew
13 - Verify that when opted out cron does not renew
14 - Verify that when opted in the item is auto renewed
15 - Reset the due date, opt out, verify manual renewal succeeds

Bug 24953: Minor corrections to hold ratios report sidebar
This patch makes some minor corrections to the sidebar form on the hold
ratios report page:

 - Correct markup errors
 - Change the text of labels from "included" to "include"
 - Move checkboxes to the left of labels

To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff client CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client)

 - Go to Circulation -> Hold ratios
 - In the sidebar, confirm that the labels "Include ordered" and
   "Include suspended" appear to the right of their associated
   checkboxes.
 - Validate the source of the page. There should be no errors.

Bug 24907: Add 'include suspended' to holds ratio report
Some libraries would like the option to ignore suspended holds when using the holds
ratio report

Note: this report fails with strict mode enabled, please disable to test

To test:
1 - Add enough holds to a record (3) to make it show on the holds ration report
2 - Browse to Circulation->Holds ratio
3 - Run with default settings and confirm the title shows up
4 - Suspend one of the holds
5 - Run report again and confirm title still shows
6 - Apply patch
7 - Reload the report
8 - Note new option
9 - Run report - title does not show
10 - Lower ratio to 2 and confirm the hold shows

Bug 24776: Remove Borrowers.IsDebarred call
Borrowers Template Toolkit plugin contains method IsDebarred that can be directly called from Koha::Patron object.

Also in template circ/returns.tt, when patron is restricted and checkin was backdated, var "patron" is undefined, should be "issue.patron".

Test plan :
1) Enable system preference SpecifyReturnDate
2) For a patron without restriction create a checkout
3) Create a manual restriction to debarre patron
4) Go to return page and click on "Checkin settings"
5) Specify a date in the past, barcode and click "Check in"
6) You see message "Jon Doe is restricted. Please verify this patron should still be restricted."

Bug 24627: Correct style of clubs search results during hold process
This patch updates some markup and CSS so that the process of selecting
a club from search results during the hold process looks the same as
when selecting a patron: Club names should be links (like patron
names are) and the table row should have a hover color to help indicate
that it is clickable.

This patch also changes the markup of the Patrons/Clubs tabs a little
bit to make the information clearer: Superfluous Bootstrap-related tab
markup has been removed, and the patron and club search results have
been moved into their respective tab containers. This means that if you
search for a patron but then switch to the clubs tab the patron list
doesn't still display.

To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff client CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client)

 - You should have more than one patron club defined.
 - Begin the process of placing a hold on a title.
 - Test the process of searching for both patrons and clubs.
   - In each case the name (patron or club) should be an active link.
   - Hovering your mouse over the table rows should change the row
     background to yellow.
   - Clicking the other tab at this stage should hide the search results
     from your last search.
   - Whether you click the linked name or elsewhere in the table row
     you should be correctly redirected to the next step in the holds
     process.

Bug 24767: Hide the "Claim returned" tab if the feature is turned off
The ability to claim an item "claim returned" is not there if the syspref is empty, however, the Claim Returned tab is stil present on the patrons detail page.

Test Plan:
1) Ensure ClaimReturnedLostValue is not set
2) Note the claims tabs on the circulation and patron details pages
3) Apply this patch
4) Refresh those pages
5) The claims tabs should be gone!

Bug 24662: Remove global variables MSG_* from datatables.inc
Now that bug 21156 is pushed, we don't need to have global variables in
.inc or .tt files for translation in .js file. We can simply declare our
translatable strings where they are used.

This patch removes all global variables used in DataTables configuration

Test plan:
1. cd misc/translator && ./translate update fr-FR
2. Translate strings in misc/tranlator/po/fr-FR-messages-js.po
3. cd misc/translator && ./translate install fr-FR
4. Go to the staff interface, in english, and check that DataTables
tables are still working. You should check at least the following pages:
    - catalogue/detail.pl
    - circ/circulation.pl
    - tools/quotes.pl
    - tools/letter.pl
5. Switch to french and check again DataTables tables, and verify that
   strings are translated

Bug 24777: Use patron.is_debarred instead of patron.debarred in return.tt
In return page return.tt, when there is an hold message, patron is said as restricted even if restriction end date is in the past.

Test plan :

Bug 23268: Make "Suspend all holds" calendar select a date from tomorrow
This patch removes "circulation" and moremember" templates functions
for Datepicker plugin. They now use options common for all inputs with
"datepicker" class and get "minDate" option from class "futuredate" assigned
function in "calender.inc".

To test:
- Apply patch
- Add holds for patron
- Use "Suspend all holds" calendar
=>Calendar greys out dates past from today

Bug 17845: Remove unused code related to printers
There is some quite old and unused code in Koha related
to printer configuration and network printing. These code
hasn't been functional in a long time and should be removed.

This patch:

- Removes printcirculationslips system preference
- Removes table printers
- Removes branchprinter column from branches

Check that:
- Go to administration
- Open any age there, but change the last bit to: printers.pl
- Apply patch, run the database update
- Verify the hidden page no longer exists
- Verify that logging in and out still works correctly
- Verify that checkout and returns work correctly
- Switch to another branch using the "Set library" option

Bug 11281: Printing holds awaiting pickup prints both tabs
This patch adds columns configuration to the holds awaiting pickup
tables. Doing so helps solve the printing issue by adding a "Print"
option to both tables. Using this print function will provide a
printable version of only that table.

To test you should have multiple holds in your system which are marked
"waiting" and some which have been waiting longer than the value
specified in the ReservesMaxPickUpDelay system preference.

Apply the patch and go to Circulation -> Holds awaiting pickup.

 - On both the "Holds waiting" and "Holds waiting over..." tabs the
   DataTable should display correctly and all the controls should work,
   including the columns settings and the choices in the export menu.
 - Confirm that the "Print" action creates a printable version of only
   the table you are viewing.

 - Go to Administration -> Columns settings -> Circulation.
 - Change some visibility controls for the tables under the
   "holds_awaiting_pickup" heading (id=holdso and id=holdst). Confirm
   that these changes are reflected in the "Holds waiting" interface.

Bug 24171: Preserve auto_renew when triggering itemBarcodeFallbackSearch
The auto_renew parameter is not sent to the template when the popup
triggered by itemBarcodeFallbackSearch is displayed.

Test plan:
- Turn on itemBarcodeFallbackSearch
- Open a patron account
- Check the checkboxes for automatic-renewal
- Search for a title keyword in the checkout input box
- Verify that auto-renewal flag is set

Note for QA: The auto_renew flag will be set in any cases. Should we
expect regression?

Bug 23944: (follow-up) Update circulation to use new library
This patch updates the circulation page to use the new JavaScript Cookie
library for cookie management.

To test, apply the patch and open a patron record for checkout in the
staff client.

 - Click "Search to hold" in the toolbar and perform a catalog search
   which will return results.
 - On the search results page, the toolbar at the top of the results
   should include a split "Place hold" button. The button's menu should
   include "Place hold for <patron>" and "Forget <patron>" options. Test
   that these work correctly.
 - In the table of search results each title should include a "Place
   hold for <patron>" link.
 - Go to the checkouts page for a patron with one or more checked-out
   items.
   - Check the "Always show checkouts immediately" checkbox.
   - The patron's checkouts should load.
   - Open another patron for checkout who has checked-out items.
   - The table of checkouts should load automatically.

When checking out and sticky due date is selected, on the next screen
the due date is displayed iso-formatted, instead of following the
dateformat syspref

Bug 21296: suspend hold ignores system preference on intranet
This patch modifies the DataTable configuration for the table of holds
which displays under the "Holds" tab on the patron's checkout and
details pages. A variable is now defined in the JavaScript with the
value of the "SuspendHoldsIntranet" system preference. This variable is
passed to the DataTable configuration to determine whether the column is
visible or not.

One of the changes made in this patch moves a <script> block so that it
appears before some of the JS includes on the page. This helps keep the
string-defining JS together in one block.

To test, apply the patch and set the "SuspendHoldsIntranet" system
preference to "Allow."

 - Open the checkout page for a patron with one or more holds.
 - Under the "Holds" tab, the table of holds should have a "Suspend"
   column with controls for suspending or resuming holds.
 - Check that the same is true on the patron detail page.
 - Set the "SuspendHoldsIntranet" system preference to "Don't allow."
 - Test the checkout and detail pages again and confirm that the
   "Suspend" column does not appear.

Bug 24337: Checkout note cannot be marked seen if more than 20 exist
This patch modifies the event handler on the individual "Mark seen" /
"Mark unseen" buttons in the table of checkout notes. For an event to be
successfully attached to a hidden element it must be given a context.

To test you should have multiple checkout notes to work with, both seen
and unseen. Apply the patch and go to "Checkout notes pending" from the
staff client home page.

 - Navigate to the second "page" of data in the DataTable.
 - Test the functionality of the "Mark seen" and "Mark unseen" buttons.
   They should work correctly.

Bug 24335: Cannot mark checkout notes seen/not seen in bulk
This patch changes the way checkbox events are handled on the checkout
notes page so that checking a checkbox enables the batch operation
controls.

Note: The addition of a "markseen" class is a preventative measure to
avoid future problems where using the "btn-small" class might not be
specific enough.

To test you should have multiple checkout notes to work with, both seen
and unseen. Apply the patch and go to "Checkout notes pending" from the
staff client home page.

 - Check any checkbox. The "Mark seen" and "Mark not seen" should go
   from disabled to enabled.
   - Test that the buttons work correctly.
 - Click the "Select all" and "Clear all" controls and confirm that the
   buttons are enabled and disabled correctly.

Bug 24257: Fix close of modal on 'Yes, print slip'
When a item-transfer-modal is prompted by returns.tt and the option
"Yes, print slip" is selected the transfer is not initiated and the
modal does not disappear.

The print_slip hidden input must be in the same form as the
submit/button .print, otherwise the browser logs
  this.form.print_slip is undefined

Test plan:
1. set AutomaticItemReturn to "don't"
2. Check out an item and attempt to check it in at a branch it doesn't
belong to.
3. When the popup modal appears select 'Yes, print slip'.
=> Observe that the transfer does initiate and the modal closes
