To retrieve a patron image, we can call Koha::Patron::Images->find or
Koha::Patrons->find->image
Both will return a Koha::Patron::Image object.
Test plan:
1/ From the patron/member module, open all tabs on the left (Checkouts,
detail, fines, etc.)
The image should be correctly displayed.
2/ At the OPAC, on the patron details page (opac-memberentry.pl) the
image should be displayed as well.
3/ Same on the sco module.

The patron's information displayed in the member module
(includes/circ-menu.inc and includes/member-display-address-style-*.inc)
are not always displayed the same way.
Sometimes the streetnumber is missing, sometimes it's the streettype.
Sometimes the streettype is after the address, sometimes before...
Test plan:
Go on a patron detail page, and open all the tabs on the left (Check
out, Fines, Notices, etc.)
Without this patch, the patron's info displayed will differ from one page to
another.
With this patch, they will be displayed the same everywhere.
Followed test plan, works as expected. (Tested both patches together.)

Test plan:
1) Go to any detail page in staff
2) Click on the modification log tab
3) Verify, that the object is prefilled with the records biblionumber
and you can also see it as parameter in the url
4) Click a second time on modification log to reset your search
Before this patch, the object parameter was empty.
It now contains the value of the biblionumber.

This patch displays the address information in the left column of the patron's pages using the new system preference.
The address is formatted in member-display-address-style-us.inc and member-display-address-style-de.inc
To test:
- Apply patch on top of 1st and 2nd patch
- Select 'German style' in system preference 'addressformat' in I18N/L10N
- Verify that the address information displays properly in the left column of all patron's pages.
- Verify that the address displays properly in the main area of moremember.pl as well (Note: In right column, Alternate address /contact are not yet touched))
- Switch system preference to US style, repeat checks

If you come from the biblio detail page and click on "modification log",
you should get the circ menu, not the tools menu.
Test plan:
1/ Go on a biblio detail page
2/ Click on the "modification log" tab
3/ You should get the modification log page with the circ menu.

The modules and actions selected by the user are now selected when a
log search is done.
Note that this patch also add the multiple attribute to the actions
select in order to add the ability to select several actions.
The code to do that already existed.
Test plan:
1/ Go on the log viewer tool (tools/viewlog.pl)
2/ Launch a search with modules and actions selected.
3/ Confirm that the values you have selected is still selected after the
search.
Patch works as expected.

Prior to perl 5.12 keys can only operate on a hash. So although
$data[0] ( thats an abysmal variable name! ) will contain a hash ref
the perl compiler cannot deduce that from the context and gives
a syntax error. Add the hash sigil to make the context explicit and
the compiler can generate the correct code.

When you try to export the result of tools/viewlog.pl in csv, file
cannot be correctly loaded :
- newline is missing after each record,
- strings should be enclosed in ""
- columns are not the same as for screen output
This patch corrects this by using like other export Text::CSV.
Adds a header line made with the keys of first data. For that, all data
values are initialiszed with empty string.
Test plan :
- Use a database with some logs, see sysprefs
/cgi-bin/koha/admin/preferences.pl?tab=logs
- Go to export page /cgi-bin/koha/tools/viewlog.pl
- Select a module
- Click on "To a file" and choose a file name
- Click on "Submit"
- Open file
=> Without this patch : newline is missing, multi-lines cells are not
enclosed in "", there are no column headings
=> Without this patch : each line is a data line, complexe cells are
enclosed in "", there are column headings
- Test the export of all modules to see that all headings are necessary
- Check the output to screen in the browser

The CSV export is significantly improved. I question the usefulness of
including biblioitemnumber in the output. A better inclusion would be
itemnumber.

Differences between circ-menu.tt and circ-menu.inc always crop up when a
new menu item is added--usually only to circ-menu.inc as happened with
Bug 9261.
Other sidebar differences are present due to differences in the patron
data passed by various patron-related script to their templates. This
patch also irons out some of these inconsistencies.
To test, apply the patch and check out to a patron whose record has more
than just basic data: othername, country, patron attributes, street
number, road types, etc. View the following pages and compare the patron
data and visible tabs to confirm that they match:

The only difference I've found which is not fixed by this patch is the
display of extended patron attributes in the sidebar of moremember.pl.
This is a piecemeal fix for a problem which really deserves a
centralized solution, but at least it gets us back to consistency for
the moment.

Since we switched to Template Toolkit we don't need to stick with the
sufix we used for HTML::Template::Pro.
This patch changes the occurences of '.tmpl' in favour of '.tt'.
To test:
- Apply the patch
- Install koha, and verify that every page can be accesed

This patch adds the first name and surname of the librarian and the
user involved in a transaction log, if available.
If neither the firstname or the surname is available, then the 'object'
number will be prefaced with the 'Member' qualifier.
_TEST PLAN_
0) This patch depends on Bug 11473, so you must apply it first
Before applying this patch (11477):
1) View the logs.
2) Note that the Librarian column just has a number
3) Note that the Object column will just say Member X (where X is a
number), in the circulation, fines, and patron/member modules.
Apply the patch.
4) Reload the logs (you don't need to make new ones)
5) Note that the Librarian and Object columns mentioned above now
have firstname and surname appearing (where available)

This patch adjusts the check on action_logs.info to better detect
if the event concerns an item. This fixes a problem where the links
from log entries on item modifications would, if followed, result
in internal server errors.

This is ok in this case, as we are not doing any post/get of binary
data, but I note from the man page
This makes CGI.pm treat all parameters as UTF-8 strings. Use this with
care, as it will interfere
with the processing of binary uploads. It is better to
manually select which fields are expected
to return utf-8 strings and convert them using code like
this:

The routing list tab displays on patron pages even if the RoutingSerials
preference is OFF. Display of the tab should be conditional on that pref
being turned on.
This patch adds a check for the RoutingSerials preference to the menu
include files and amends the affected scripts to make the variable
available on the pages where those includes are used.
To test, view the following pages with RoutingSerials both on and off.
The routing list tab should be shown and hidden accordingly:
- Circulation
- Patron details
- Patron fines
- Pay fines
- Pay amount/selected (click from the Pay fines page)
- Create manual invoice
- Create manual credit

Works as advertised, doesn't affect display for non-organisational patrons.
Note: Display change in OPAC only affects the summary tab.
It would be a little bit more consistent to make the name show the
same on all tabs in OPAC patron account.

The intended functionality of this system preference was never
implemented. To avoid template changes prior to 3.2.0, put in
hard-coded string 'CSV' to (accurately) identify the type of
the output files in the affected reports.

Updated all scripts appearing on the tools page
to respect a granular permission defined for
each of them.
The tools menu and home page have been changed so
that only the specific tools that a user has
access are displayed. This is simple, but depending on
the module and circumstance, it may be better to
display functions that the user has does not have
access to, but disable the links and do some sort
of visual styling to indicate that a function exists
but requires additional privileges to access.
