640124829a Bug 9757: Make staff client list contents view more like search results
This patch revises the staff client list contents view to better match
staff client search results, showing more information and offering more
ways to interact with the contents than before.

- List contents output has been modified so that the staff client can
use XSLT-formatted data just as the OPAC can. As in the OPAC it
  depends on XSLTResultsDisplay being enabled.
- A "toolbar" has been added which is similar to that in search results,
offering the option to add items to a Cart, add them to a different
list, place multiple holds, remove items from the list, or merge
  records.
- This toolbar has been made to float on scroll like the one on the
  MARC edit page.
- Library and shelving location have been added to the display of call
numbers. Call numbers are linked to a search as they are in search
  results.
- Edit links are included just as they are in search results.
- Automatic focus on the add by barcode form has been removed so that
the page doesn't jump to the bottom unnecessarily.
- basket.js's "addMultiple" function has been modified so that it
receives an array of checkboxes rather than looking for checkboxes in
a specific form. This helps abstract its functionality for use on both
search results and lists. results.tt is modified accordingly.
- The page layout has been widened to make room for the increased amount
  of information on the page.
- A new "merge" icon has been added to the default Bootstrap sprite.

To test:

- View both public and private lists in the staff client.
- View lists with and without contents.
- Test the functionality of options in the toolbar: Add to cart, add to
lists, place multiple holds, remove items, merge items.
- Test with users with and without cataloging privileges to confirm that
catalog-related controls are correctly shown or hidden.
- Test with XSLTResultsDisplay set both to "default" and empty.
- Since the staff client and OPAC use some of the same code, test that
lists in the OPAC have not broken.
- Since JavaScript was modified which affects both lists and search
results, confirm that adding items to the Cart and Lists from search
results hasn't been broken by this patch.

Revision corrects conditional display of hold link, hiding it in cases
where there are no items or the record's itemtype is not for loan.

Also corrected is the behavior of the Cart/List "save" button in order
to prevent it from submitting the "remove items" action which is the
default for the form.

b5497a5f46 Bug 9571 - Fix width for textareas in Edit Item screen
This patch adds a style for textareas on the Edit Item screen of addbiblio.pl so that they are roughly the same length as the other input elements around it on the page.

To test:

Before applying patch...

1) Create a new item for any biblio with a URL (subfield u) of over 100 characters (you can use www.lettercount.com to count the number of characters in your URL).
2) In any browser (I've already looked at IE, Firefox, and Chrome on Windows), edit the item (either by clicking "Edit Items" from the Normal view of the bib record then clicking "Edit" next to the applicable item, or clicking on the "Items" view in the bib record and clicking "Edit item" next to the relevant item).
3) Notice that the textarea for the url is absolutely tiny. Difficult to read and difficult to interact with.

Apply patch.

1) Notice that the textarea is roughly the same size as the other input elements on the page.

7f5b305d79 Bug 9672 - Replace YUI buttons on MARC editor page with Bootstrap
This patch converts the buttons on the MARC editor page to Bootstrap,
replacing YUI button and menu code with Bootstrap markup.

Various workflows must be tested to confirm that functionality
remains unchanged:

- Edit existing record. Clicking the "save" button should redirect
you to the default "view" page for that record.
- Create a new record. Clicking the "save" button should redirect you to
  the add/edit items screen.
- When creating or editing a record, test the dropdown menu attached to
the "save" button. Each function should work correctly.
- Test using a user who does not have "edit items" permission. There
should be no menu attached to the "save" button.
- Test using fast cataloging through circulation. A single save button
  should appear, redirecting to items.

In all cases validation should proceed before saving. Leave a required
field empty to test.

Testers should also confirm that Z39.50 button works as expected and
changing frameworks still works as usual.

7420421a71 Bug 9154 - On item edit page, highlight row of item being edited
This patch changes the item edit page to add a highlighting
background color to the row in the table of all items corresponding
to the item being edited. Changes to JavaScript have been made
to allow row color changes on hover.

Other minor edits: Capitalization corrections.

String changes, changes to JavaScript.
All tests pass.

Test plan:
1) 'Edit items' on a record with some items.
2) Check edited item is highlighted correctly in table above.
3) Add, edit, delete an item, should all work the same as before.

da916a368c Fix for Bug 7135: Save button options
This patch adds a jQuery plugin which will cause
an element to remain "fixed" at the top of the
screen if it would otherwise scroll up out of
view.

dc439dcb7b Alternate fix for Bug 2534 - Viewing items table on item edit screen requires horizontal scrolling
This patch doesn't eliminate horizontal scrolling, but simplifies
the situation:

- The left-hand sidebar has been moved below the table of items.
- The "overflow:scroll" style has been removed from the table of items.
Having overflow set meant that it was often necessary to scroll twice
to reach data in the table: once using the scrollbars on the table
and again using the page's scrollbars.

The NEKLS catalogers also extend their thanks for this fix.

c48da8131d bug 1909: add delete field/subfield button to MARC editor
A button to delete (non-mandatory) subfields and fields
is added to the bib and authority MARC editors. This button,
which displays as a hypen or minus sign after the plus sign
to clone a field, acts as follows:

[1] When deleting a whole MARC field, if at least
one other repeat of that field exists, deletes
the field from the editor page. If the field
to be deleted is the last instance of that tag,
the contents of the field are cleared, not removed.
This allows one to delete all 650 tags, then
add a new one without having to reload the
    record in the editor.

[2] When deleting a subfield, if at least one other
repeat of that subfield and its tag occurs
*anywhere else in the record, not necessarily in the same tag*,
    deletes the subfield.
Otherwise, if the subfield is the last occurrence
of that tag/subfield combination, clears the input
    form instead.

Documentation note: new screenshots for MARC editor, plus
description of the '-' button.

and the UnCloneField JavaScript function.

ee49d6d372 kohabug 2207 - improve indicator input in MARC editor
Instead of having one input field for both indicators
of a variable field, the bib and authority MARC editor
now has an input field for each indicator. This has
two main advantages:

* it is easier to tell what the indicator values are,
even when the first indicator is a space
* it is easier to set the first indicator to blank
and the second indicator to non-blank.
