Test plan:
1) Go to admin, then to MARC frameworks, then to default
frameworks structure, then subfield stucture for 952
2) Verify that 'q'
is described as 'checked out'
3) Go to <intranet>/cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/additem.pl?biblionumber=x
4) Verify
that 'q' is also descirbed as 'Checked out' in
5) Apply patch and update
your database
6) Verify that the description of 'q' has changed to 'Date
due'
7) Go to <intranet>/cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/additem.pl?biblionumber=x

When ordering, the bibliographic details contain the title, author,
publisher code, publication year, isbn and series info.
To avoid regression to provide the same behaviour, we will add these
fields to the ACQ framework
NOTE: This patch makes the change only for
- en
- fr / unimarc complet
Other frameworks will be updated before to be pushed, to avoid
unecessary rebases

We are replacing the values -5 or 8 here by 1 for the hidden field in
auth_subfield_structure.
Note that 1 is mainly used in MARC21 and -5 in UNIMARC.
Since it is a boolean, I choose here for keeping 0 and 1.
The value 8 was only used for field 942 in MARC21 files.
The value -5 was replaced in
en/marcflavour/unimarc/mandatory/authorities_normal_unimarc.sql
it-IT/marcflavour/unimarc/necessari/authority_framework.sql
pl-PL/marcflavour/unimarc/mandatory/authorities_normal_unimarc.sql
NOTE: The french unimarc files
fr-FR/marcflavour/unimarc_complet/Obligatoire/autorite_default.sql
fr-FR/marcflavour/unimarc_complet/Obligatoire/autorites_norme_unimarc.sql
fr-FR/marcflavour/unimarc_lecture_pub/Obligatoire/autorites_norme_unimarc.sql
seem to display all fields, since hidden is 0 everywhere.
Test plan:
Test a new install in one of the languages.
Or run the sql script on an empty database.

In the upgrade from 2.2 to 3.0 (some time ago already) the table
additionalauthors has been dropped. Unfortunately, a reference to this
table has not been removed from the MARC framework installer files.
This patch clears kohafield for 700$a or 200$g in 32 installer files.
Note: The reference to additionalauthors in field kohafield is silently
ignored in AddBiblio/ModBiblio since the routines _koha_add_biblio,
_koha_add_biblioitem, _koha_modify_biblio and
_koha_modify_biblioitem_nonmarc simply do not use it. You can define a
Koha to MARC mapping for a biblio/biblioitem field but if the field is not
referenced in one of those routines, nothing happens..
Also note that C4::Items::_koha_modify_item does not hardcode all fields
and will respond to a new item mapping.
Test plan:
[1] Run a new install or verify somehow that the change to these sql files
is correct.
The change is a result of: sed -i -e "s/'additionalauthors.author'/''/g"

Needs Bug 13669
Rewrite autorites_norme_unimarc.sql to
use only one INSERT IGNORE.
New load method complains about duplicate keys,
and both auth files are mandatory!
Also removed blank space from sample_labels.sql
Tested with unimarc_complet and all sample files.
To test
1) Apply the patch
2) Try fr-FR web installer, unimarc_complet + all sample files
There must be no errors
Don't know if fr-FR marc21 and unimarc_lecture_pub are used,
need a look from french users.

This patch updates the sql installer files for new installations.
Occurrences to the three plugins marc21_field_003, 040c and 040d are
replaced by marc21_orgcode.pl.
This has been generated by one sed statement.
Test plan:
[1] Run a new installation or run some of the changed sql files manually.
[2] Verify that marc21_orgcode is linked to fields previously linked to
the three old plugins.
[3] Do a git grep on the three plugin file names. No occurrences expected.

To Test
---------
1) Apply the patch
2) Export some MARC bibliographic records from Koha
3) Import those same MARC bibliographic records using the
"ISSN(022$a)" record matching rule.
4) The incoming records should match perfectly
5) Check the mysql tables (marc_matchers, matchpoints,
matcher_matchpoints, matchpoint_components,
matchpoint_component_norms) to make sure the values were
inserted as expected.
For new Koha installation
1) create the koha database
2) Go to the staff client page, and do a "fresh" install making
sure to select lots of optional marc 21 matching rules so
the .../marc21/optional/marc21_default_matching_rules.sql
gets triggered.
3) Check the mysql tables (marc_matchers, matchpoints,
matcher_matchpoints, matchpoint_components,
matchpoint_component_norms) to make sure the values were
inserted as expected.

942$e is mapped to biblioitems.cn_edition, which doesn't exist and
to an authorized value CN_EDITION, which doesn't exist either.

This patch must be tested on top of bug 11021
This patch adds 3 fields to unimarc_complete french framework
- 359 (2-a-b-c-d-e-f-g-h-i-p-u-v) used by Sudoc network, to be displayed in tab 3
- 947 (c) used by Electre
- 969 (a-h) used by Electre
I don't know the difference between 969a and 969h so I gave them quite the same name
To test :
1) take a fresh Koha with unimarc marcflavor
2) in web installer, select french language, unimarc marflavor and "Grilles de catalogage complètes".
3) check default framework in Administration > MARC Frameworks : it should contains 359/947/969 fields

First patch, for "complete" framework, used by academic libray
900, 901, 910, 918, 920,950,960,970,980,987 fields were useless. I removed them.
I kept only the fields mentionned in Sudoc documentation http://documentation.abes.fr/sudoc/formats/loc/index.htm
916 field is not cited in that page, but it belongs to Sudoc format.
I kept also 2 fields specific to Electre in 2013 :
902 niveau de lecture (Electre)
903 indexation (Electre)
I also added to the name of the 9XX fields I kept the mention (Sudoc) / (Electre) / (Koha), so it could be easier for librarians to know what is the purpose and the origin of each field
I don't make an updatedatabase, because some libraries could still be using these fields for good or bad reasons.
To test :
1) take a fresh Koha with unimarc marcflavor
2) in web installer, select french language, unimarc marflavor and "Grilles de catalogage complètes".
3) check default framework in Administration > MARC Frameworks : it should be without 900,901,910,918,920,950,970,980,987

This patch adds some categories of values in French installer :
- SUGGEST
- OPAC_SUG
- REPORT_GROUP
- LOST
- DAMAGED
SUGGEST and OPAC_SUG are used by Suggestions module.
REPORT_GROUP is used by Reports module.
It also adds a new status for "ETAT" (en commande)
It creates a 995$2 subfield in french frameworks when it did not exist.
It links existing 995$2 subfield with LOST category.
It cleans up the list of authorised values installed with "Lecture
publique" framework :
- some codes are moved in general 1-Obligatoire/authorised_values.sql
(SUGGEST, REPORT_GROUP)
- some are suppressed, because they are also defined in
1-Obligatoire/authorised_values.sql (langue, COUNTRY, statut)
- the code for inserting the ones left is changed (I suppress the `id`
column)
To test :
1. Take a fresh new Koha
2. Install Koha choosing French installer and UNIMARC Lecture publique
3. Check the authorised values are imported
4. Check the cataloguing frameworks are usable :
especially 995 $2 field, which must be mapped with LOST values :
Perdu, Long retard, Perdu et remboursé, Introuvable
you can also check 101$a (language codes), 102$a (country codes)
5. In OPAC, make a suggestion. See if you can select a cause for your
suggestion ("Bestseller" or "'L'exemplaire en rayon est endommagé")
6. In staff interface, manage some suggestions. See if you can select a
cause for rejection or acceptation ("Bestseller", "Budget
insuffisant" etc)
7. In reports, see if you can sort reports according to values of
REPORT_GROUP ("Circulation", "Catalogue", "Adhérents" etc)
