This patch makes the calculation of suspension expiration configuration
detached from the finesCalendar syspref. This way libraries have more
flexibility when setting circ rules.
I wrote this path as a bugfix, because the recent change pushed by bug 19204
changed this behavior and libraries have been complaining since they got
upgraded.
It is a minor change, just adding the new syspref, and replacing the
single place in which it is used for debarment calculation for the new
one.
The tests are updated similarly, just adding the new mocked syspref as
it was with the old one.

Elasticsearch indexing uses 999$c to store record id by deleting the all field first !
So you can not store anything in field 999, even in UNIMARC and even in authorities records.
Looks like it is quick fix code added to start Elasticsearch use.
This behavior is disturbing and very strange for UNIMARC flavour.
This patch corrects by defining record ids mandatory in Koha::SearchEngine::Elasticsearch::Indexer::update_index().
This ids array is actually always given (except in UT).
I think it is useless to allow adding a record without its id.
Test plan :
1) Use Elasticsearch as SearchEngine
2) Create a subfield 999$z in default framework
3) Create a record with default framework
4) Enter a random string (never used in catalog) like "tototata" in 999$z
5) In Search engine configuration, define search field "subject" for 999$z
6) Rebuild record : misc/search_tools/rebuild_elasticsearch.pl -b -bn <biblionumber> -v
7) Search for the random string => You get a result
8) Optionnaly look at records in ES : <es server>:9200/<es index name>/data/<biblionumber>

This patch introduces tests for the new to_api method introduced in
Koha::Object(s).
It uses Koha::City as a sample for simplicity. And it also uses
Koha::Illrequests to test the case in which there's no to_api_mapping
method defined on the class, to highlight that a fallback to calling
TO_JSON is done. [1]
[1] This is done under the assumption Illrequests controller code
doesn't use any kind of mapping as the rest of the API controllers do,
so there's little chance it would be added in a future.
To test:
1. Apply this patchset

A change to the way we hide/expose the user menu in the opac resulted in
the authentication selenium tests failing. This was due to the logout
button being identified as hidden under the new code and as such the
logout action not being triggered correctly between each login test. The
was was simply to add an additonal 'click' event called on the menu
button to put the logout link into the visible viewport.

Generate a list of fields for the query_string query fields parameter,

The following endpoints are added:
PUT /public/patrons/:patron_id/guarantors/can_see_charges
PUT /public/patrons/:patron_id/guarantors/can_see_checkouts

It keeps the allrecords,AlwaysMatches='' portion of the query so it still catches
records with the tested indexed missing.
These shouldn't exist except in the case of missing data, but kept for future use as well as
it has no negative impact and minimizes the change made.
Note that availability in this sense means not check out and not lost. Transfers, holds, and not for loan statuses
should probably have indexes built in the same way as bug 18098 (there are related FIXMEs in the code)
This updates the export_records file used for testing - adding three records with a not-onloan-count (999$x) of 1,
but marking the item on the third record lost to prevent its return
To test:
1 - make sure SearchEngine pref is set to 'Zebra'
2 - Do a search on the OPAC that returns some records
3 - Find a record in those results with more than one 1 item, and checkout 1 leaving 1 (or more) available
4 - Find another record with only 1 item, check that item out
5 - Limit opac search to available items - both records disappear
6 - Apply patch
7 - Restart all the things
8 - Repeat search
9 - First record should show, but no second
10 - Mark other items of first record as lost, return items on second record
11 - Repeat search, first record should not be in results, second should
12 - prove -v t/db_dependent/Search.t

This patch makes Koha::Patron::Attribute::Types inherit from

Tests are adjusted so it is clear that there is no behaviour change

The find method in RefundLostItemFeeRules had been overloaded to only
support a hash being passed, however find can be called with a bare
array of primary key values (i.e. id in this case). TestBuilder relies
on this functionality and started to fail; This patch simply restores
the original behaviour for when a single value (or array of values) is
passed.

AddBiblio was being called in scalar context in
Biblio_and_Items_plugin_hooks.t and this was leading to difficult to
reproduce test failures. If the tests was run after any other test that
also called AddBiblio then it would fail, but if it was run as the first
test it would pass. This is due to a fluke in processing which meant the
the final return value of the list (itemnumber) happened to match a
biblionumber.

For a biblio with multiple ISBNS we sometimes get our own record back when
check XISBN, we should test for this
To test:
1 - Edit a record in the catalogue, add two isbns:
0521240670
0521284198
2 - Enable ThingISBN and FRBRizeEditions and OPACFRBRizeEditions
3 - View the record in staff and OPAC
4 - You should see editions tab pointing to the same record
5 - Apply patch
6 - Reload the record details, you should no longer see editions tab
7 - Add the second ISBN to another record
8 - Reload details for original record, you shoudl see editions linking to the record with second ISBN
9 - prove -v t/db_dependent/XISBN.t

This patch introduces tests for new plugin hooks added to
C4::Biblio::{Add|Mod|Del}Biblio and C4::Items::{Add|Mod|Del}Item.
They are tested together as for creating an item you need to first create
a biblio and tests looks basically the same.
The testing strategy is
- Make sure the plugin is passed the right params
- Throw an exception at plugin-level, to be trapped by the C4::Biblio
and C4::Items lib, and converted into a warning. So we test for the
warning.
- Also, the fact that C4::Biblio and C4::Items warns, means the
exception was cought, and then Koha won't break on faulty plugins or
fatal errors from plugins.

This patch removes the constraint of only passing 5 facets to the template unless the list is expanded, in fact, it removes the 'expanded' attribute from Search.pm
Now that all facets are passed to page it adds a 'show more' link at the bottom of lists and allows user to expand or collapse any facet set without reloading page.
Updated tests included.
To test:
1 - Perform an OPAC search that returns more than 5 of any given facet type
2 - Click the "Show more" link on the facets and see that the search is reloaded
3 - Apply patch
4 - Repeat search
5 - Note that you can click "Show more" without reloading page
6 - Test that page load is not greatly affected
7 - Ensure that all facet links function normally
8 - Ensure that facets are the same a prior to patch
9 - Repeat for staff client
10 - Prove t/Search.t
NOTE: This patch makes it much easier to see that there is an existing issue with marking the "active" facet. Ending punctuation seems to confuse the matcher.
