85092daa56 Warning: Big Commit. Fixing Virtual Shelves 
* prior to this commit, virtual shelvesn't did not function in
    the OPAC! Now they do, except for deletion from virtual shelves
    in list form
  * I've re-named 'Virtual Shelves' to 'Lists' as per our agreed
    upon convention

  * while vshelves aren't perfect yet, they're in enough of a working
    state for the RC1 now

d177095f61 adding _() to strings for translator 
Note that it DOES not work as expected. It seem that the translator misses the _() string inside expandable button
(it does not miss them in simple button)

31b3746ea9 viewlog.tmpl + calendar.inc: builds Date_from_syspref javascript function. 
This is likely the durable fix to bridge the gap between syspref on the server
and client side validation scripts.  It may be useful to separate Date_from_syspref
from the calendar js, but at this time their applicability is 1-to-1.
Note also js debug variable and CGI param('debug') responsiveness.

0e675ef820 - Changes to the way patron renewals are handled. Circulation page now offers 'renew' link alongside warning about patron expiration (as in dev_week), using the new setstatus script. 
- Member pages now use member toolbar include instead of circ one
- setstatus.pl now uses 3.0's patron renewal function
- Adding missing item-bullet.gif (Bug 1659)

15356575c2 Fix so that if you edit a borrower from circ, or change a password from circ you are taken back there 
Toolbar needs to be made for members too, its using the same one as circ, which isnt right, will do this next

fe64096e69 Lots of work to standardize elements like Save/Cancel buttons and delete confirmations. A couple of changes to auth_subfields_structure.pl in order to enable display of tagfield and tagsubfield without outputting hidden form field at the same time (for breadcrumbs).

b453d173ae Standardizing information shown in sidebar when patron-related pages are displayed (making sure address, phone, email variables are available to all templates). Adding tabs to account-related pages as means of section navigation.

63cb08fc8d Enabling AutoComplete on resident circ search form. Putting dependent YUI files into doc-head-close.inc along with button/menu-related YUI js and css. Moving menu.css, button.css, and dependent graphics into lib/yui. Removing "yui-skin-sam" class from body tags and altering css accordingly.
