It is an update of this file, here there are the specific customization for
italian users. There are simple changes on defaults values.
To test it:
1 - Start a web installation with italian language.
2 - Select Marc21 as biblio format
3 - Select all optional .sql files
4 - Conclude the installation.
5 - Go to MySQL command line and do:
SELET value FROM systempreferences where variable = 'BorrowersTitles'
You see: 'Sig|Sig.ra|Sig.na'
6 - Apply the patch.
7 - Drop and recreate the mysql db
8 - Redone the installation with italian language.
9 - Use the same options written above.
10 - Conclude the installation.
11 - Go to MySQL command line and do:
SELECT value FROM systempreferences where variable = 'BorrowersTitles'
You see: 'Sig|Sig.ra|Dott.|Dott.ssa'
12 - Refactor is OK

You might want to add a simple SQL statement to your English
custom.sql in order to verify the execution.
Run a Koha install (in English).
Check if the data shows your custom sql action.

It must be "us" not "US" otherwise you get
Template process failed: file error - member-main-address-style-US: not found at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Templates.pm line 122" because the system expects "us", not "US".

It adds a new localization directory that could
host a custom SQL file for each language,
xx-YY/custom.sql
This will be the last file to be loaded at
install time, it can be used to set any difference
from default values.
It can't be deselected at install time.
Moved corresponding files for de-DE, it-IT,
nb-NO and completed es-ES
To test:
1) Apply the patch
2) Install es-ES/de-DE/it-IT/nb-NO translation (any lang)
( cd misc/translation; ./translate install es-ES )
3) Do a clean install using es-ES
4) After all files have been loaded check:
* A new section labeled "Localization data added"
with one file, custom.sql
* Inspect the value of FrameworksLoaded syspref,
last entry must be custom.sql
5) Remove/rename the file or localization dir and
repeat 3/4, install must proceed normally
