bc2d9f869a Bug 22422: improve item location display with class "shelvingloc"
In record detail page, item location is displayed with CSS using class "shelvingloc".
Many many places at intranet and OPAC can use this class.
It allows to change display in all places using CSS customisation.

This patch removes the CSS "display:block" for class "shelvingloc".
Some places where using "inline" to correct the display.
I think the display should not be managed in template.
So it will be inline by default and it can be changed by custom CSS, on all places or depending on a selctor.

Test plan :
1) Compile SCSS to CSS
2) Add to preferences IntranetUserCSS and OPACUserCSS : .shelvingloc { color:red }
3) Go to pages impacted by patch, be sure to look at cart with "more details"
4) You see item location italic and red

255af719e6 Bug 22303: Correct bottom in virtualshelves/addbybiblionumber.tt
In virtualshelves/addbybiblionumber.tt the include intranet-bottom.inc which closes the HTML last tag is not the last line of the template.

This patch moved bottom include to last line and uses popup-bottom.inc.

Test plan :
1) Permission OK :
1.1) Login in staff interface with user 'Bob'
1.2) Create a new list 'Readme' : category public and allow changes to contents from anyone
1.3) Perform a search
1.4) Check some results
1.5) Click 'Add to list' and on the list 'Readme'
1.6) A popup window opens

2.5) Change : category private and allow changes to contents from owner only
2.6) On session of 'Bill'
2.7) Click 'Add to list' and on the list 'Readme'

6c7c97f67c Bug 22015: Move DataTables CSS to global include
DataTables are used on enough pages in the staff client that it
doesn't make sense to put inclusion of the CSS into each template
where it is needed. This patch moves includes of datatables.css from
individual templates into the global header file.

To test, apply the patch and view various pages which have DataTables.
View various styles of DataTables, e.g.

 - Full pagination, like item search results
 - Four-button, like Saved SQL reports

Everything should look the same as it was.

4b82ed3549 Bug 21751: Replace fixFloat with HC-sticky to fix Chrome display
This patch replaces the fixFloat jQuery plugin with a new one: HC-sticky
(https://github.com/somewebmedia/hc-sticky). This plugin provides the
same functionality without the page-reflow problems fixFloat suffers
from.

To test, apply the patch and regenerate the staff client CSS. Test the
behavior of the floating toolbar on these pages:

 - Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Vendor details
 - Acquisitions -> Vendor -> View basket
   - On both these pages, test toolbar behavior before and after
     expanding the "Orders search" options at the top of the page.
 - Administration -> System preferences
 - Authorities -> Create or edit an authority
 - Catalog -> Advanced search
   - Search results
 - Catalog -> Item search
 - Cataloging -> Add or edit a record
   - Open the plugin window for the 008 field
 - Tools -> Label creator -> New label batch -> Add items -> Search ->
   Results
 - Patrons -> New patron
   - Test before and after expanding the patron search options at the
     top of the page
   - Test editing a patron too
 - Tools -> Automatic item modifications by age -> Edit
 - Tools -> Notices & slips -> Edit
 - Lists -> View list

Check that the About page has been updated with information about the
plugin.

7dbf36e83f Bug 21573: Move lists barcode and biblionumber entry form to modal
This patch modifies the staff client lists page so that the
barcode/biblionumber entry form from the left hand sidebar into a modal
window, triggered by a button in the toolbar.

To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff client CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).

 - View the contents of a list in the staff client, logged in as a user
   who has permission to add items.
 - Click the "Add items" button. A modal window should appear with the
   barcode/biblionumber entry form.
 - Submit barcodes and/or biblionumbers and confirm that the correct
   titles are added to the list.
 - Log in again as a user who does not have permission to add to the
   list. Confirm that the button isn't present.

be691d86e3 Bug 21096: Do not display loggedinusername in template
This patch is a little fix for a much bigger hidden issues.

The original issue:
1. Set the firstname and surname values of a paontr to utf-8 characters
("wide characters"), for instance 月月
2. Use this patron to login at the staff interface
=> In the header the logged in patron's info (concat of firstname and
surname) are displayed correctly
3. Hit whatever link
=> In the header the info are now displayed incorrectly
("ææ")

What happens?
After that the user loggin, loggedinusername is set with the value from
the DB (borrowers.userid)
On next hits it is picked from the session (which contains the decoded
utf8 value, see first lines of C4::Context->set_userenv)
From C4::Auth::checkauth:
834             $s_userid = $session->param('id') // ''

The quick fix is to use the logged_in_user variable in the template, but
it seems that issues may occurred if external authentication is used
(ldap, shib, cas). Could someone test this?

Test plan:
Make sure the original issue is fixed

d352b3c9c6 Bug 19039: (follow-up) Results of virtual shelves (lists) not sortable by date
In the staff client, when viewing the content of a list, it can be sorted by 'title', 'author' or 'call number' but not by 'date added'.

    This patch adds 'date added' as an option for default sorting of lists. It also makes it available as a sorting option while viewing lists.

    Test plan:
    In the staff client and the opac:
    1) View a list containing several items
      => Notice that you can't sort by 'date added'
    2) Try to edit the list or create a new one
      => Notice you can't choose date added as the default sort order
    3) Apply the patch
    4) When viewing the list you should now be able to sort by date added
      => Make sure it orders correctly
    5) Edit or create a list and choose date added as default sorting order
      => Make sure it uses date added as default
      => On the staff client: test that the filter for 'sort by' works for date added

dcd1f5d48c Bug 13618: Add html filters to all the variables
Here we go, next step then.
As we did not fix the performance issue when autofiltering
the variables (see bug 20975), the only solution we have is to add the
filters explicitely.

This patch has been autogenerated (using add_html_filters.pl, see next
pathces) and add the html filter to all the variables displayed in the
template.
Exceptions are made (using the new 'raw' TT filter) to the variable we
already listed in the previous versions of this patch.

To test:
- Use t/db_dependent/Koha/Patrons.t to populate your DB with autogenerated
data which contain <script> tags

- Remove them from borrower_debarments.comments (there are allowed here)
update  borrower_debarments set comment="html tags possible here";

- From the interface hit page and try to catch alert box.
If you find one it means you find a possible XSS.
To know where it comes from:
* note the exact URL where you found it
* note the alert box content
* Dump your DB and search for the string in the dump to identify its
location (for instance table.field)

Next:
* Ideally we would like to use the raw filter when it is not necessary
to HTML escape the variables (in big loop for instance)
* Provide a QA script to catch missing filters (we want html, uri, url
or raw, certainly others that I am forgetting now)
* Replace the html filters with uri when needed (!)

ed7543287b Bug 20538: Remove the need of writing [% KOHA_VERSION %] everywhere
Having to write [% KOHA_VERSION %] for each url is bad because:
- It's easily forgettable when adding new <script> or <link>
- It prevents grep'ing for the full filename
- It violates the DRY principle
- If at some point we want to change the "force js and css reload"
  mechanism, it will be tedious

This patch:
- adds a Template::Toolkit plugin that generates <script> and
  <link> tags for JS and CSS files, and inserts automatically the Koha
  version in the filename
- use the new plugin to remove all occurences of [% KOHA_VERSION %]
- remove the code that was adding KOHA_VERSION as a template variable

Test plan:
1. Apply patch
2. Go to several different pages in Koha (opac and intranet) while
   checking your browser's dev tools (there should be no 404 for JS and
   CSS files, and the Koha version should appear in filenames) and the
   server logs (there should be no "File not found")
3. `git grep KOHA_VERSION` should return nothing
4. prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Template/Plugin/Asset.t

Note: The Anyone permission is not relevant if it is a private list that
has no shares. Note that looking at the prefs OpacAllowPublicListCreation
and/or OpacAllowSharingPrivateLists is not decisive. You should look at
list permissions and shares in the database; turning off the Sharing pref
does not automatically remove all shares in the system. It only blocks
creating new shares.

We only need changes in opac-shelves.tt and virtualshelves/shelves.tt.

Test plan:
[1] Verify that you see the remark now in OPAC and staff.

a58aca056b Bug 18228: Implement the new columns in code
The two new columns as mentioned in the commit message of the table
revision must be used in the codebase now.

Highlighting some changes in Koha::VirtualShel[f|ves]:
[1] Additional methods is_public and is_private.
[2] Method add_biblio did not check permissions. Does now. No impact on the
    interface, but one call in the unit test was affected.
[3] Method remove_biblios is signficantly simplified. Removed a FIXME.
[4] Method can_biblios_be_removed now redirects to can_biblios_be_added.
    A followup report may deal with unifying those routines.
[5] Condition in get_some_shelves changed.
[6] The reference to allow_add in get_shelves_containing_record can simply
    be removed.

opac-shelves.pl and shelves.pl now pass the default setting of Owner only
to the template.
Templates shelves.tt and opac-shelves.tt now include the new permission
field with three choices as mentioned in the table revision patch.

opac-addbybiblionumber.pl and addbybiblionumber now need a check on
allow_change_from_owner; search conditions slightly adjusted to the new
permission scheme.

Test plan:
When we refer to visibility in the test plan, please check the Add to-combo
on opac search results and staff results. And check opac-addbybiblionumber
by clicking Save to Lists from opac results.
The step 'Check delete' means: open the list in opac and check if you see
the Delete button below the entries (only check, do not delete).

[ 1] Create private list I01 (perm=Owner)
[ 2] Check visibility: Seen.
[ 3] Add a book. (Change by owner should be allowed.)
[ 4] Check delete: Yes.
[ 5] Edit list I01, set perm=Nobody
[ 6] Check visibility: Not seen.
[ 7] Check delete: No.
[ 8] Share list I01 with another patron.
[ 9] Check visibility for the other patron: Not seen.
[10] Check delete for the other patron: No.
[11] Change permission of list I01 to Anyone (by owner).
[12] Check visibility for the other patron: Seen.
[13] Let other patron add a book (change is allowed).
[14] Let owner delete the same book again (change allowed).

[15] Create public list U01 (perm=Owner)
[16] Check visibility: Seen.
[17] Add a book. (Change by owner should be allowed.)
[18] Login as other user. Check visibility: Not seen. Check delete: No.
[19] Change permission of U01 to Nobody (by owner)
[20] As owner: Check visibility: Not seen. Check delete: No.
[21] As other user: Check visibility: Not seen. Check delete: No.
[22] Create public list U02 (perm=Anyone)
[23] Add a book by owner.
[24] Delete the same book by other user. Add another book.

Language menus in pop up windows are not necessary and can hide the contents

For an example, see screenshot in comment #3

This patch allows to mark pop p menus not to display the language footer.

To test:

fcf2e1325e Bug 16897 - Re-focus on "Add item" in Lists
Bug 11325 add solved a focus on "Add item" missing in Lists page.
Since revamping of this page, the add item form exists both in page.
The one corrected by Bug 11325 is not visible because it checks a bad
var allowaddingitem instead of can_add_biblios.

This patch removes the first form and corrects the second form.
It moves the form at left part of page so that it is always shown
(usefull when there are a lot of items). It does not add the list name
after "Add item" besause it whould be huggly for long names and because
listname already exists in breadscrumbs and on top of the table.
It also adds autocomplete="off" on barcode input because there can be
problems with a scanning device.

Test instructions:
1. Create a list
2. Make sure you have an object with an assigned barcode
3. Go to the list
   => The barcode entry interface should be at left and has the focus
4. Enter the barcode and press enter (or use a scanner)
   => The item is added to the list

ed449a5b5b Bug 16005 - Standardize use of icons for delete and cancel operations
This patch makes changes to Font Awesome icons in order to make icon
choice consistent for common actions.

<i class="fa fa-trash"></i> where something is deleted, removed, or
emptied.

<i class="fa fa-remove"></i> where an operation is cancelled (also where
selections are cancelled, as in checkboxes).

<i class="fa fa-times-circle"></i> for "close," as in baskets and
windows.

the correct icon is used:

- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Vendor delete button.
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Edit -> Delete contact button.
- Acquisitions -> Invoices -> Delete menu item.
- Cataloging -> Edit record -> Authority search pop-up (triggered from
  the tag editor for a tag linked to an authority) -> Clear field button

- Serials -> Subscription details -> Subscription close button.
- Administration -> Budgets -> Delete menu item.
- Administration -> Item search fields -> Delete button.
- Administration -> Z39.50/SRU servers -> Delete menu item.
- Catalog -> Advanced search -> Clear fields link.
- Cataloging -> Advanced editor -> Macros -> Delete macro button.
- Circulation -> Checkout -> Check out an item which is on hold for

- Course reserves -> Course -> Delete course button.

6381d1853d Bug 16241 - Move staff client CSS out of language directory
The staff client CSS is not language-specific, so it can be moved out of
the en/ directory and thus not be duplicated for every translation.

In order to be able to have a generic path to the YUI CSS files, the YUI
directory is moved by this patch to the staff client's lib/ directory.

To test, apply the patch and visit various pages in the staff client.
Look in particular at pages which include more than the standard CSS.
For example:

- The staff client login page.
- The staff client home page.
- Patron -> Set permissions.
- The advanced cataloging editor.
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Basket groups.

df13a5d3e7 Bug 15476: Listname not always displayed in shelves.pl
To reproduce:
  - In staff client, go to List and click on the name of an
    existing list.
  - At the bottom of the screen, you see a title "Add an item to "
    but no list name.

To test:
  - Apply patch

d7b1ce4bdd Bug 15208: Ease translation for shelves messages
This string patch only puts <span>...</span>
around shelves messages. It split a monster
translation string into its components.
This kind of string to translate is error-prone.

Also fixed a typo on opac, 'deleteing'

To test:
1) Search for 'An error occurred when updating this list'
on your preferred language translation file for staff
or opac
(xx-YY-staff-prog.po or xx-YY-opac-bootstrap.po)
You will see a 'big' string to translate

2) Apply the patch

3) Update translation files for your language

4) Search again, big one is gone and there are
new individual strings to translate.

Sorry for not spotting this before string freeze

75c70d42a5 Bug 14517: List shelves list is broken for translated interfaces
The translation script adds quotes ("") around translated string (Edit

Which breaks the json structure.

Example:

3/ Translate the templates to any language like:
  $ cd misc/translator/
  $ perl translate install es-ES
4/ Enable the translated templates on the sysprefs
5/ Switch to the translated language
6/ Go to the lists page (Mas > Listas in es-ES)

3ce2c0235c Bug 12405 - Search links on callnumber fails on intranet results page
On intranet results page, the callnumber of items is a search like :
/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/search.pl?idx=callnum&amp;q=[% result.itemcallnumber |url %]

The callnumber should be URI-escaped to avoid special URI characters like & , ? ...
If the callnumber contains some CCL words or parenthesis, the search will fail, it should be wrapped with double-quotes.

This patch adds this to catalogue/results.pl and catalogue/shelves.pl :
- uri TT filter instead of url
- adds double-quotes using there URI code %22 since its in a HTML attribute using double-quotes

Test plan :
- Edit an item callnumber with : & ABC 123
- Index zebraqueue
- Perform a search returning this item
- Click on the callnumber
=> Without this patch you get no result, because URL parameters are : idx=callnum&q=& ABC 123
=> With this patch you get results
- Set syspref QueryWeightFields off (because this is no bug if on)
- Edit an item callnumber with : AB(C) AND OR

b3cd7f110a Bug 8521 - Error in warning message when deleting list
When deleting a list the operation is blocked if there are items still
on the list, and the interface shows a warning which includes a count of
the items on the list. This count is broken for lists containing more
items than the number specified in the numSearchResults system
preference.

This patch corrects the item count to use an actual count of the total
number of results, not the total number of results in the first page of
results.

The template change to the staff client copies some language logic from
the OPAC template for dealing with a single number of list entries.

Test in both the OPAC and the staff client.

Check the number specified in the numSearchResults system preference and
locate or create a list containing more than that number of items. Try
to delete the list. You should receive a warning message stating the
correct total number of items on the list.

Test also with a list which contains fewer than numSearchResults
entries, and a list which contains zero entries.

6d77304c98 Bug 11357 - biblioitems.size value not correctly displayed in list emails sent from OPAC and intranet
The size column in biblioitems is a bit problematic when used in TT, because instead of the size value from the biblio column it will give you the size of the variable.

It's currently used in the templates for sending shelves from OPAC and intranet and maybe also in other places:

[% END %]
   [% IF BIBLIO_RESULT.size %]
   , [% BIBLIO_RESULT.size %]
[% END %]

This patch corrects by using item() TT method.
See http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2311303/how-can-i-handle-hash-keys-containing-illegal-identifier-characters-in-template.

Test plan :
In each display :
=> Without this patch you see biblioitems.pages and then a number
=> With this patch you only see biblioitems.pages

- Create a record with biblioitems.pages defined (like "12p") but without biblioitems.size defined
Same for OPAC and intranet :
- Add it to the cart
- Open the cart
- Check the "Title" column
- Click on "More Details"
- Check the "Details" row
- Send the basket via email and check the result
- Add to a list

1e69481103 Bug 12107 - Move checkboxes jQuery plugin outside of language-specific directory
This patch moves the checkboxes jQuery plugin to
intranet-tmpl/prog/lib/jquery/plugins so that it will not be duplicated
for each set of translated templates.

To test, apply the patch and confirm that select all/clear all controls
continue to work on the following pages:

- Acquisitions -> Late orders
- Acquisitions -> Add to order from an external source (search targets)
- Acquisitions -> Suggestions
- Administration -> Funds -> Planning (show/hide all columns)
  * Some unused code has been removed
- Administration -> Library transfer limits
- Staff client cart
- Authorities -> New from Z39.50 (search targets)
- Cataloging -> New from Z39.50 (search targets)
- Circulation -> Check out to a patron (renew/check in selections)
- Circulation -> Offline circulation -> Pending operations
- Patrons -> Patron detail (renew/check in selections)
- Patrons -> Fines -> Pay fines
- Serials -> Subscription -> Serial collection
- Tools -> Label creator -> Batches -> Search results
- Tools -> Patron card creator -> Batches -> Search results
- Tools -> Tags moderation
- Tools -> Batch item deletion
- Tools -> Batch item modification
- Tools -> Inventory -> Submit a batch of barcodes
- Lists -> List contents view

080c05eee2 Bug 8262: explicitly warn that database admin account cannot create lists
Since kohaadmin has no borrower number, it cannot create lists.
A database error is logged, but the user is not notified.
This patch alerts the user.

In the incidental case that a normal user gets a database error,
they are notified too that the list could not be created.

Test plan (for prog and bootstrap):
* This patch should be applied on top of 9032 patches.
* Login as as the database admin user
* Create a list in opac and staff. Check the message.
* Login as a normal user.
* Force a database error on list creation (I renamed category
  in the table with alter table change column..)
* You should have a different error message.

d97c4b9665 Bug 9032: add ability to accept list share invitations and remove shares
This patch handles:

[1] The response (acceptance) by the invited person.

If the person accepts this share, the private list of the sender will
be shown under Your lists on the shelves page. In OPAC 'Your private
lists' has been renamed to Your lists (just as in Staff). The Type
column shows Private or Shared for these lists; a list appears as
Shared as soon as an invitation has been accepted. The owner has the
options to Edit, Delete or Share; the invited person does not have
these options on the shared list.

[2] Removing an accepted share.

If a user accepted a share, they should also be able to remove it again.
The Remove Share button is visible on OPAC when viewing Your lists or
a particular shared list.

Note: AddShare has been extended to return a possible database error.
If the share invite could not be added, a mail will not be sent.

Test plan (for prog theme):
Enable pref OpacAllowSharingPrivateLists
User 1 creates new private list P1, perms: D-A-D, adds 2 items, sends share
User 1 checks your lists display: is P1 Private with Edit button?
User 2 accepts share: sees P1, but cannot add or delete items
User 2 checks your lists display again: P1 shows Shared without Edit?
User 1 checks your lists display again: P1 shows Shared with Edit?
User 2 tries to accept share again: should fail now
User 3 tries to accept share: should also fail
User 3 tries again, modifies shelfnumber and/or key in url: should also fail

User 2 creates new private list P2, perms: A-A-A, no items, sends share
User 2 checks your lists display: P2 shows Private with Edit?
User 1 accepts, adds one item
User 1 checks your lists display: P2 shows Shared without Edit?
User 2 checks your lists display: P2 shows Shared with Edit?
User 2 deletes item of user 1 (allowed)
User 2 deletes list P2
User 1 checks your lists display in opac or staff: P2 is gone?

User 1 creates private list P3, sends a share.
User 1 creates private list P4, adds one item, sends a share.
User 2 accepts the share for P3.
User 2 checks the shelves display, and removes share P3.
User 2 accepts the share for P4.
User 2 views shelf P4 with one item and confirms Remove share on that form.
User 2 checks shelves display again.

0f7b89633e Bug 12034: standardize alerts referring to lists and list items
The staff client lists template contains a warning which differs from
the same warning in the OPAC. The OPAC version is correct because it
refers to a list rather than a shelf. This patch copies the OPAC version
to the staff client template.

This patch also corrects a few of other instances where the incorrect
term "shelf" is used.

To test, apply the patch and view a list in the staff client which is
populated with items. Check the box next to one or more items on the
list and click the "Remove selected" button. You should see the message,
"Are you sure you want to remove these items from the list?"

4677bb5261 Bug 11789 - Use validation plugin when creating new list
The page for adding a new list includes some custom form validation
JavaScript which can be removed in favor of HTML5 validation attributes
and Koha's built-in validation plugin. This patch does so.

Other edits: Minor validation fixes.

To test, apply the patch and go to Lists -> New list. Try submitting the
form without entering a list name. This should trigger a validation
warning.

Submission of the form with valid data should work correctly. Editing an
existing list should also work correctly.
