This patch makes changes the button markup in reports templates so that
all submit buttons and any buttons that should should be styled as
primary buttons have the Bootstrap class "btn btn-primary."
To test, apply the patch and view reports pages to confirm that
everything looks correct. In most cases there are no visible changes.

This patch makes some tweaks to the style of Bootstrap modals in the
staff interface, including making a correction to the style of .dialog
<div>s within modals.
The patch makes a correction to the modal markup generated by the guided
reports template for SQL previews so that the modal footer displays
correctly.
The patch also removes CSS which makes links inside headings the same
color as the heading text. The effect of this was to make links
invisible in the headings of hold confirmation modals.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- Test the hold confirmation modal in check-in:
- Place a hold on an available title.
- Check in an item from that record and confirm that the modal
looks correct. The "Check in message" box should take up the whole
width of the modal, and the links in the modal header should be the
standard green.
- Test the SQL preview modal in reports:
- Go to Reports -> Use saved.
- Click the actions menu associated with one of your saved reports and
choose "Preview SQL." The modal should look correct.
- Other modals which might be tested: MARC previews from the
bibliographic detail page, the cataloging search page, the Z39.50
search page, etc.

in the first input field of the form: Report name

We are adding one column (the one with the checkboxes) at the beginning
of each row if it's possible to export the report to CSV.
However the column settings were not modified. We need to append one
object representing this column.
Test plan:
To test:
* Create a CSV profile of type SQL for exporting lost items
* Make sure you have some lost items
* Run Reports > Items lost
=> You can hide the notes (last column)

The idea rely on the KohaDates TT plugin for the date formatting. We
should not have any output_pref calls in pl or pm (there are some
exceptions, for ILSDI for instance).
Also flatpickr will deal with the places where dates are inputed. We
will pass the raw SQL value (what we call 'iso' in Koha::DateUtils), and
the controller will receive the same value, no need to additional
conversion.
Note that DBIC has the capability to auto-deflate DateTime objects,
which makes things way easier. We can either pass the value we receive
from the controller, or pass a DT object to our methods.

This patch modifies the reports interface to change the reports toolbar
in two ways:
1. The Edit, Duplicate, and Delete buttons are now combined into a
button menu. My original idea was to have it be a split button, but
the logic for handling various permissions made the template logic
too convoluted.
2. The "Show SQL code" button is converted to a "Single toggle" button
(https://getbootstrap.com/docs/3.3/javascript/#buttons-single-toggle).
This type of button is specifically designed for this kind of
interface element.
This patch includes indendation changes, so please diff accordingly.
To test, apply the patch and go to Reports -> Saved reports.
- Logged in as a user with Create and Delete report
permissions:
- View an SQL report. In the toolbar you should see an "Edit" button
menu with three options: Edit, Duplicate, and Delete. Check that all
work correctly, including a deletion JavaScript confirmation dialog.
- Logged in as a user with Create but not Delete report permissions, you
should see an "Edit" button menu with two choices: Edit and Duplicate.
- Logged in as a user with Delete but not Create report permission (??)
you should see only a standalone delete button.
- Logged in as a user with Execute report permission, run an SQL report.
Test the "Show SQL code" button. The text should change to "Hide SQL
code" and the button should be styled to look like its "pressed"
state.

And a few minor fixes when they where causing issues for
translatability.
And rephrased a string about password reset to have it identical to
other strings with the same meaning.
Simplified via wrapping strings with <span> to split to huge
concatenated strings with a lot of %s everywhere.
== Test plan ==
This patch needs mainly proof reading. Still it's possible to do some
basic testing to demonstrate that adding a <span> in an IF doesn't
break anything.
Pick in one of the 110 modified templates a string that you know how to
display. Otherwise:
1. acquisitions => vendor => basket => add to basket =>
search "from existing record" => add order
2. Cancel the order
3. You see without issue "Bibliographic record will not be deleted"
4. administration => Patron categories
5. Try to delete a used and unused category
6. You see as expected

This patch removes an extra point after the number of shown results.
Test plan :
- don't apply patch
- run a report that brings you more than 20 results, e.g. SELECT * FROM biblio LIMIT 50
- see extra ' .' after the number of shown results
- apply patch
- run the report again and see the point isn't displayed anymore
- check the behaviour is still correct when you change the number of rows displayed
- sign off !

This patch removes whitespace in the template around the markup of
report author first name and surname. This prevents unwanted spaces in
the output.

This patch updates the saved reports page so that it uses Bootstrap tabs
instead of jQueryUI.
To test, apply the patch and go to Reports -> Use saved.
- On the Saved Reports page you should see multiple tabs.
- Each should look correct and work correctly.
- Clicking each tab should result in the table of reports filtering
correctly for that tab (Patrons tab showing only patrons reports).
- If necessary, edit one or more reports so that they have a subgroup.
- Confirm that each subgroup selector is correct for each tab, i.e. a
subgroup created under "Catalog" should only be available under the
Catalog tab.

from the controller, but perl code does not sort either.

The syspref NumSavedReports can be moved to the table settings config
Test plan:
1. Set the syspref to a given value
2. updatedatabase # execute the atomic update
3. Go to the table settings page and confirm that the syspref's value
has been retrieved
4. Select a specific colonne for the default sort
5. Go to the report list view and confirm that the "Show X entries" has
the correct selected value and that the table is sorted as you expect.

We already have 2 tables that are configurable, on acqui/basket and
reports/orders_by_budget.
This patch is modifying a bit the existing code to transfer the
responsability/logic to the KohaTable constructor instead of the
template that is creating the object.

have one <h1> tag showing that describes the page, rather than the <h1>
describing the logo.
The hierarchy of heading tags may be broken in many pages, but this
will be dealt with in an additional bug.

There are 2 prefs that control the default view of biblio detail pages:
IntranetBiblioDefaultView for staff and BiblioDefaultView for OPAC.
There are as well viewISBD, viewLabeledMARC and viewMARC to allow/don't
allow access to those page for staff members.
This code need to be in a single place to avoid discrepancy.
Test plan:
Play with BiblioDefaultView and IntranetBiblioDefaultView and confirm
that the links of biblio point to the correct view.

This patch updates the way the NumSavedReports preference value is used
on the saved reports page so that the setting is correctly incorporated
into the DataTable.
The patch also expands the description of the NumSavedReports preference
in order to clarify the expected behavior when no value is saved.
To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> System
preferences and note the value of NumSavedReports.
- Go to Reports -> Use saved.
- Confirm that the first page of saved reports shows the number
specified in NumSavedReports.
- In the "Show" dropdown menu, confirm that the number from
NumSavedReports is preselected by default.
- Expand the dropdown menu to confirm that the NumSavedReports number
is positioned sequentially with the default values. For example, if
NumSavedReports = "78," the menu options should be
"10, 20, 50, 78, 100, All".
- Test with various values of NumSavedReports. A blank value should
result in the "All" option being selected. A non-numeric or
non-positive value should result in the default set of options being
used ("10, 20, 50, 100, All").

The SQL report batch operations dropdown menu has divider list items
which add a border between sections (Bibliographic records, item
records, etc.). This element is redundant because the sections have
"headers" which also add a border.
This patch removes them.
To test, apply the patch and run an SQL report which will return results
that trigger the batch modification menu:
SELECT biblio.biblionumber , biblio.title, items.itemnumber,
items.itemcallnumber, items.barcode, borrowers.firstname,
borrowers.surname, borrowers.borrowernumber, borrowers.cardnumber

This patch modifies the output of reports so that if certain columns are
returned the data in the colums automatically offer menus of actions:
- borrowernumber: View, edit, check out
- cardnumber: Check out
- itemnumber: View, edit
- biblionumber: View, edit
Like the menu of batch operations, this functionality is available only
if the column is returned with its original name (e.g. biblionumber or
[[biblionumber|Biblio number]] but not "biblionumber AS `Biblio
number`).
To test, apply the patch and run a report which will return examples of
each kind of data. I used:
SELECT biblio.biblionumber , biblio.title, items.itemnumber,
items.itemcallnumber, items.barcode, borrowers.firstname,
borrowers.surname, borrowers.borrowernumber, borrowers.cardnumber
FROM issues
LEFT JOIN borrowers ON borrowers.borrowernumber=issues.borrowernumber

When the report runs you should see that the data in each affected
column is displayed as a link, each of which should trigger the correct
menu. Test each case to confirm that the correct page is opened.
Test the "toggle data menus" control. Clicking it should hide and show
the menus in the report results. The selection persists until the
user logs out.

This patch modifies the SQL report creation process so that the list of
runtime parameters includes an option for bibliographic framework.
To test, apply the patch and go to Reports -> Create from SQL.
- Click the "Insert runtime parameter" menu button and select
"Bibliographic framework."
- You should be shown a modal dialog in which you can change the label
on the framework input.
- Click "Insert parameter." The SQL field should now contain the correct
parameter, e.g. <<Framework|biblio_framework>>
- Use the parameter to define an SQL query, e.g.
"SELECT * FROM biblio WHERE frameworkcode =
<<Framework|biblio_framework>> LIMIT 10"
- Run the report. You should be asked to choose a framework. Confirm
that the report runs correctly.

This patch adds an option to insert "Source of classification or
shelving scheme" as a runtime parameter in SQL reports. The ability to
use cn_source as a parameter seems to have always been part of this
feature but wasn't documented.
To test, apply the patch and go to Reports -> Create from SQL.
- Click the "Insert runtime parameter" button and select
"Classification source."
- Customize the parameter label if you wish and click "Insert
parameter."
- The parameter should be inserted like this:
<<Source of classification or shelving scheme|cn_source>>
- Use it to create a valid SQL report, for example:
SELECT * FROM items WHERE cn_source = <<Source of classification or
shelving scheme|cn_source>> LIMIT 10
- Confirm that upon running the report you are prompted to select a
classification source.
- Confirm that the report runs correctly.

This patch alters the form shown when using the "Insert runtime
parameter" button in SQL reports. It makes the label field required and
removes "optional" from the field hint.
To test, apply the patch and go to Reports -> Create from SQL.
- Click the "Insert runtime parameter" button and select "Authorized
value."
- Clear the "parameter label" field and click "Insert parameter."
- The form should display an error asking you to fill in the label
field.
- Test that the category field is also required.
- Close the modal and select a different runtime parameter.
- Test again that the label field is required.
- Test that the form submits correctly when the label field is
populated.

- Confirm that upon running the report you are shown a textarea. Enter
two or more values in the textarea, each on a separate line.
- Confirm that the report runs correctly. The SQL above would show you
this when you click "Show SQL code":

The template conditional for showing the limit menu should be changed
to:
[% IF ( unlimited_total > 10 && limit <= 1000 ) %]
- "unlimited_total > 10" so that the "rows per page" button only shows
if there are more than 10 total results, because 10 is the smallest
increment the "rows per page" control offers.
- "limit <= 1000" so that the "rows per page" button will show when the
current result limit is less than or equal to 1000, because 1000 is
the upper limit to the "rows per page" control.

To test, apply the patch and go to Reports -> Saved reports.
- Test the appearance and functionality of the "Rows per page" button in
various situations:
- A report that returns more than 10 results
- A report that returns fewer than 10 results
- A report that returns no results
- Test that the batch operations button menu appears correctly when
there are biblionumbers, itemnumbers, or cardnumbers in the results.
- When there are no results, or fewer than 10 results with no batch
operations possible the toolbar shouldn't appear at all.

When we auto select the last used tab, we hit code that hides the Subgroup
dropdown
Clicking to other tabs shows the dropdown again
There is code on the tab selection to hide subgroups on the 'All' tab,
the other line seems superfluous
To test:
1 - Create a report and assign a group and subgroup, creating if necessary
2 - Browse to "Reports->Use saved"
3 - Click on the tab for the report you just created, see the subgroups dropdown
4 - Reload the page, Subgroups dropdown disappears
5 - Apply patch
6 - Relaod the page
7 - It's back!
8 - Confirm dropdown filters as expected

This patch changes accounts.inc to use the credit/debit type codes directly
rather than needlessly fetching the credit_type/debit_type object jsut to get
the code. This allows the BLOCK to work on non-object lines
We also only pass a debit or credit type to csv (accountline cannot be both)
empty-line.inc is also removed in favor of correcting the markup
one more column added to total line
To test:
1 - Add some debits and credits to accounts
2 - Browse to Reports->Cash register
3 - Select transaction type 'All transactions'
4 - Output to screen
5 - Run report
6 - Note transaction types column is empty
7 - Output to a file
8 - Run report
9 - Open file and note:
amount column is out of place
extra line before total
10 - Apply patch
11 - Repeat and note display and export are correct

This patch moves to using a data-start_for attribute to point the 'from'
flatpickr to the 'to' flatpickr.
We also fix the date validation issue in the onClose handler inline.
Test plan.
1. Check that the from/to datpicker combinations work on each of the
changed pages.
2. Look at the console for errors, there should be none

This patch removes some jQueryUI datepicker code from
reports/cash_register_stats.tt which was left behind by Bug 28949.
To test, apply the patch and go to Reports -> Cash register statistics
wizard. The "From" and "To" date fields should work correctly, since
Flatpickr code is unchanged.
