This patch overloads the 'options' accessor generated by Class:Accessor.
It does so the passed options are used to refresh the loaded filters.
Tests are added for this overloaded method as well.
To test:
1. Apply this patches
2. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/RecordProcessor.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!

This patch:
- makes the Koha::RecordProcessor code more clear
by removing the unnecessary newrecord variable.
- revises the filter to be more clear about the
expectation that operations are done directly on
the record parameter.

prove t/db_dependent/Filter_MARC_ViewPolicy.t
run koha qa test tools

The docs say that Koha::RecordProcessor accepts more than one filter
at a time. But as the regression tests show it doesn't.
This is really important to extend its usage in record processing
(either to enforce policy, transform, etc).
This patch makes ->new evaluate the reference type of the passed filters
and builds an array with a single item if a scalar has been passed. The
loop now explicitly casts the filters as an array.
To test:
- Apply the test patch
- Run
$ prove t/RecordProcessor.t
=> FAIL: tests fail because Koha::RecordProcessor doesn't hanlde
more than one filter at a time.
- Apply this patch
- Run
$ prove t/RecordProcessor.t
=> SUCCESS: tests now pass
- Easy, right? Sign off :-D
NOTE: Read code. Don't like the ? operator logic, but it is
functional despite readability issues.

This patch adds the Koha::Indexer::RecordNormalizer and
Koha::Indexer::MARC::RecordNormalizer::EmbedSeeFromHeadings packages
to enable the inclusion of alternate forms of headings in bibliographic
searches. When the new syspref IncludeSeeFromInSearches is turned on
(default is off) rebuild_zebra.pl will insert see from headings from
authority records into bibliographic records when indexing, so that a
search on an obsolete term will turn up relevant records.
To test:
1) Enable IncludeSeeFromInSearches
2) Add a heading that has an alternate form to a record (for example,
"Cooking" has the alternate form "Cookery," if you have authority
records from LC)
3) Index the zebraqueue (or reindex if you haven't indexed your system
yet)
4) Confirm that if you search for "Cookery" you get the record you
just modified
