To test:
- add a new comment to a record in the OPAC
- Your comment (preview, pending approval) is not translatable
- update po files by running 'perl translate update <language>'
- Open po file and check if strings are there, translate
- install language again by running 'perl translate install <language>'

An invalid template syntax for defining a variable's default
value is found in the circ report template and several
others:
[% DEFAULT LibraryNameTitle="Koha Online" %]
Based on the T:T docs this appears to be the correct way of defining
a default value:
[% LibraryNameTitle or "Koha Online" %]
