Bug 12446: Ability to allow guarantor relationship for all patron category types
This adds a new field "Can be guarantee" to patron categories so it
becomes possible for any category type to have a guarantor.

To test:
1) Have a patron category of type 'Adult' and one of type 'Child'
2) Confirm, by searching for the "Patron guarantor" fieldset in the
edit/create form, that:
=> a patron of the first category can't have a guarantor
=> a patron from the second category can
3) Apply patch and run updatedatabase.pl
4) Edit the categories and note the new "Can be guarantee" field
5) It should have been set to "yes" for the "Child" and to "no" for
the "Adult"
5) Repeat step 2. It should behave in the same way.
6) Edit the "Can be guarantee" for any of the category and check
that the fieldset only appears when "Can be guarantee" is set to "yes"
7) prove t/db_dependent/Patrons.t
    => tests should still pass

e53667105d Bug 29844: Fix ->search occurrences
and some more...

There are lot of inconsistencies in our ->search calls. We could
simplify some of them, but not in this patch. Here we want to prevent
regressions as much as possible and so don't add unecessary changes.

ecb6703d7a Bug 27554: Clarify and add tests for update_category_to
This patch adds a comment to the existing tests, clarifying what they test, and verifying the expected patron is affected. The
original test should be broken by 26307 when the behvaiour is prevented

I additionally add a test for 'too old'

To test:
1 - Apply patch
2 - Prove tests, they should pass
3 - Verify the comments make sense

Test plan:
- Have a patron with nothing in accountlines
- run update_patron_categories to find patrons with fines under $5 (-fu=5)
  - Your patron is not found
  - Give your patron a manual charge of $1
  - rerun the cron, your patron is found
  - pay off your patron's fine, putting their balance at $0

Bug 17168: Add a command line script for updating patron category based on status
This patch adds a new script update_patrons_category.pl which allows for
updating patron categories in a batch upon meeting provided criteria.
This script additionally can replace j2a.pl.

To test:
1 - perl update_patrons_category.pl -h
2 - Ensure help text makes sense and covers all options
3 - Test converting patrons supplying only fromcat and tocat
    perl update_patrons_category.pl -f PT -t J -v --confirm
    perl update_patrons_category.pl -f J -t PT -v --confirm
4 - All patrons should have been switched to and from Juveniles
5 - Try without --confirm switch
    perl update_patrons_category.pl -f PT -t J -v
6 - Should list all patrons but not update
7 - Set the age for juvenile patrons to be outside the range provided in
categories (or set the upper age limit for juveniles to '2')
8 - Test with verbosity and with without --confirm
    perl update_patrons_category.pl -f J -a -t PT -v
    perl update_patrons_category.pl -f J -a -t PT -v --confirm
9 - Repeat above and verify linked/unlinked guarantors are removed in above scenario
10 - Test various fine and registration limits
11 - Test matching on specific fields i.e. --field surname=acosta
12 - Sign off

253dbb758a Bug 9302: (QA follow-up) Consistency follow-up
This patch moves the Koha::Patrons->merge method into
Koha::Patron->merge_with in the line of the discussed implementation for
bug 15336. I agree with that implementation so I provide this follow-up.

Tests are adjusted, the controller script is adapted too. The behaviour
remains.

11a2970d0e Bug 9302: Add ability to merge patron records
It would be great if there were a merge patrons feature. If you
accidentally end up with one patron with two cards it would be nice to
merge their records together so that you don't lose their history or
holds or anything.

This patch adds a basic patron merge feature. It attempts to relink all
patron related tables from the patron(s) to be merged. It does not
attempt to relink librarian account related tables at this time. This
feature does not attempt to automatically resolve issues such as
duplicate holds. Such a feature could build upon this one though.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Find two or more patrons
3) Perform a patron search that will bring them up on the same page of
results, or add them all to a list of patrons.
4) Use the 'merge' button to begin the merging process
5) Choose a patron to keep
6) Verify the deleted patrons data ( checkouts, holds, etc )
are now linked to the kept patron

5c2618d653 Bug 17742: Fix t/db_dependent/Patrons.t
Moves the getting of testing date for updated_on just after the storing
the test patron data to make the gap between generating data and now
date as short as possible

Fixes test 7

Use Koha::Database instead of C4::Context->dbh

Test plan
1. prove t/db_dependent/Patrons.t
2. read the diff

NOTE: Only minor improvement could be using test builder to
generate the category and branch codes, rather than assume
data exists. However, that is beyond scope of this bug.

3691bd8419 Bug 15548: Move new patron related code to Patron*
The 'borrower' should not be used anymore, especially for new code.
This patch move files and rename variables newly pushed (i.e. in the Koha
namespace).

Test plan:
1/
  git grep Koha::Borrower
should not return code in use.

2/
Prove the different modified test files

3/ Do some clicks in the member^Wpatron module to be sure there is not
an obvious error.
