ed047fead8 adding XSLT for intranet (UNIMARC only, MARC21 will be done by kf)
- the XSLTParse4Display sub now has a new parameter : the interface (intranet or opac)
- the XSLTdisplay sysprefs is common to staff & opac (Auth.pm)
- added UNIMARC xslt in intranet templates (modified to deal with staff/opac differences)

391a6d3261 bug 2001, 2432: improve unAPI implementation
Improves Koha's unAPI support as follows:

* The implementation no longer depends on there being
  an accessible Zebra or SRW server. Instead, responses
  are created by running the bib MARCXML through local
  stylesheets.
* unAPI now works for all bibs, not just ones that have
  an ISBN. The ID format is changed from koha:isbn:ISBN
  to koha:biblionumber:BIBNUM.
* unAPI now correctly advertises the formats it supports.
* This implementation now passes validation testing at
  http://validator.unapi.info/ .
* MODS3 support now works correctly. As a consequence, this
  patch fixes bug 2432 (Zotero support when using the XSLT
  OPAC stylesheets).

TODO: as additonal XSLT stylesheets are created to convert
UNIMARC bibs to additional formats, the stylesheet map
in opac/unapi should be updated.

28d653dd38 Add a UNIMARC to Dublin Core XSL
This XSL transforms XML UNIMARC biblio record into
its DC representation. It is the equivalent of
MARC21slimOAIDC.xsl.

4c4f815a34 Adds a stylesheet for Zebra to do an on-the-fly conversion of the
Koha 952 item fields to the MARC21 standard 852 location fields:

Please add the following to the documentation in a section explaining
the setup of a SRU/Z39.50 server. You can also pull info from:

http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=en:development:z3950sru

Modifying Output of Your Records On-the-fly

Koha supports modifying the output of your MARC records for public-facing
Z39.50 and SRU servers. You can set up custom mappings to convert fields such
as 952 (Koha items) to 852 (MARC21 location fields). For example here would
be a popular mapping:
Name: Koha Field Mapping in MARC21
---------------------------
Location: 	952 $b => 		852 $b
Barcode: 	952 $p => 		852 $p
Price: 		952 $v => 		852 $r
Item type: 	952 $y => 		852 $w
Notes:		952 $z => 		852 $z

This would make the output from the SRU server suitable for a
resource sharing network that used the above convention for location
information. To add this configuration to your Zebra, add the following
block of code in the koha-conf.xml in the <retrievalinfo> area:

<retrieval syntax="xml" name="marc21location">
         <backend syntax="usmarc" name="F">
           <marc inputformat="marc" outputformat="marcxml"
                 inputcharset="utf-8"/>
           <xslt stylesheet="/path/to/koha/koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/xslt/MARC21slim9522852.xsl"/>
         </backend>
 </retrieval>

The retrieval set name (in this case, marc21location) is arbitrary and
should be set as required by your resource sharing network, so long as it won't
conflict with internal usage within Koha itself. It's the retrieval set name
that is used to trigger the server to respond and parse the record through the
stylesheet and apply the mappings.

In SRU, this is set as follows:

http://example.com:210/biblios?version=1.1&operation=searchRetrieve&query=it&startRecord=1&maximumRecords=20&recordSchema=marc21location

In Z39.50 it's the elementset name construct.

030fbd2e80 Microformat support:
Needed to restore OpenSearch capabilities, and did the following while
I was at it:

  * add support for unAPI: http://unapi.info/
  * add basic support for COinS and OpenURL:
    http://ocoins.info;
    http://www.niso.org/committees/committee_ax.html
  * ^^ Gives us Zotero Support!
  * adding some XSLT stylesheets for handling additional transformations
    NOTE: English and MARC21 specific unfortunately
  * adding back opensearch/rss feed <link>s for autodiscovery

TODO: after the installation, to get the Zebra system running on an external
port it's necessary to hand-edit the configs. I'm looking into Virtual Hosts
which could solve that problem (run on both the socket and a port).

Need to add better error handling to the unapi and opensearch scripts

aabea3417b WARNING: Updates to Index Defs for Authorities
This commit is a partial fix to authority control for MARC21,
and better authority handling in general (for UNIMARC too).
Before this patch, authority searching, editing, saving, was
not functioning, or was extremely buggy.

WARNING: You will need to re-index your authority database after
applying this commit.

The following changes have been made:

  * Normalizing record.abs index names (in both MARC21 and UNIMARC)
  * Synching authorities/bib1.att, ccl.properties, AuthoritiesMarc.pm
    with new indexes (UNIMARC too)
  * Clean up biblios/bib1.att (remove duplicate att defs)
  * Clean up authorities-* templates to conform to new styles
  * Fixed search failure when using Default framework (now searches
    All)

Also included are several fixes to the built-in SRU server for
Authority and Biblio, it's recommended that you update your
koha-conf.xml file:

  * adding explain-authorities.xml and explain-biblios.xml
  * adding necessary info to koha-conf.xml to enable SRU/W
  * adding several example XSLT stylesheets, that can be used
    for SRU on-the-fly transformations (to MODS, DC, RDF, etc.)

Still remaining for 3.0 are the following tasks:

  * update MARC21 frameworks (authority and cross-reference bib)
  * update display code/templates in authority results list
  * update search code/templates to utilize index points
  * implement 'grouping' of authtypes for searching (Name, Title, Subject)
  * repair utility to import auths and perform matching
  * repair bibliographic import to match auths and warn if no match
