This patch makes capitalization corrections to many templates in the
OPAC and staff interface. A exhaustive test plan would be huge, so I
recommend examining the patch to confirm that it contains correct case
changes.

This patch prevents the cancellations we were seeing. Transfers were
being created pre-emtively for reserves in branchtransfers before the
librarian had selected their prefered action. As such, we were getting
double lines in the branchtransfers table.

These patches replace the 'Waiting' button on the transfers page with a 'Transfer' button
and correct some other related problem by passing the hold object to the template and
using that to fetch patron info as well as passing the reserve_id through to ensure the correct hold is
affected at all times
To test:
1 - Place a hold for delivery at Library B
2 - Sign in at Library A
3 - Browse to Circulation->Transfers
4 - Attempt to transfer an item on the title with the hold to Library B
5 - You get a notice that hold was found (missing patron/branch info)
6 - You have the option to set the hold waiting - click it
7 - The transfer is generated and marked completed
8 - The hold is marked as waiting, but the item is still at Library A and no transfer is active
9 - The patron is notified that the hold is waiting
10 - Revert the hold or cancel and place a new one
11 - Apply patches
12 - Attempt transfer again
13 - You now have the option to transfer the hold
14 - Click that
15 - Hold is in transit and transfer is generated correctly
16 - Transfer again and choose 'cancel'
17 - Confirm hold is cancelled and transfer generated

Swapped the order of the page titles to have the unique information
first, i.e. the name of the specific page displays first, and the name of the website (e.g. Koha) displays at the end.
To test:
1) Apply patch
2) Ensure each of the files in the circ folder are swapped around
to display the most unique information first, and the website name is at the end
3) Ensure the pages displayed on the Staff Client that correspond to
these files also display the changes

Modified breadcrumbs to be accessible, in particular for a

Made the block of breadcrumbs be a <nav aria label="Breadcrumb"

also has aria-current="page" to specify that it is the current page.

in a <nav aria label="Breadcrumb" class="breadcrumb"> block
4) Ensure that there is an ordered list in the block of breadcrumbs
5) Ensure that the last breadcrumb has aria-current="page"
6) Ensure that the breadcrumbs on each page of the staff client
belonging to these files look the same as before, but the '>' symbol
is replaced with '/' and the last breadcrumb has bold text

This prevents checking out to a patron an item with hold to someone
else in the In Processing state via staff interface.
Also the checkout error message via SIP is now a more clearer one: "Item is
on hold for another patron." Before it was "Item cannot be issued:
$confirmation".
Also the branch transfer and batch checkout pages are adapted to this new
confirmation message as well.
To test:
1) Create bib level hold to an item for patron A
2) Check-in that item via SIP2, now the hold state should be "In processing"
3) Apply patch
4) Try to checkout the item to patron B via staff interface and
notice we get now confirmation prompt do we really want to do it
because it is in processing.
In order to not have to setup SIP2 server, alternatively steps 1) and
2) can be done so that you check-in the item in staff interface and
make it Waiting, and then with SQL change it to "In processing":
UPDATE reserves SET found = "P" WHERE reserve_id = XXX;
UPDATE reserves SET waitingdate = NULL WHERE reserve_id = XX
UPDATE reserves SET expirationdate = NULL WHERE reserve_id = XXX;

The patch "Bug 19116: Hold not set to waiting after transfer" added a
new meaning to 'Reserved' return value of C4::Reserves::CheckReserves
function. Let's remove double usage and have separate Transferred
return value so we can differentiate between attached and non-attached
holds. This will come useful in future refactorings.
This patch does no changes to the logic except in the
/cgi-bin/koha/circ/branchtransfers.pl and circulation.pl we now give
similarly to waiting state notice about hold being transferred.
To test:
1) Apply this patch
2) Create a new item level hold so that pickup library is different
than where the item is currently. Then return the item so that hold
is being attached and transferred.
3) Go to branchtransfers.pl and try to create a new transfer: it
should prompt you with message "Item is attached to a hold and
being transferred for XXX" and provide you with option to cancel
the hold or to ignore the transfer.

At branchtransfers.pl, one selects a destination branch and scans in any
number of items to generate transfers to that branch. However, anything
that makes the page reload causes your branch selection to be lost,
reverting you back to whichever branch comes first alphabetically.
This is an invitation to error when one has a stack of books to
send all to the same branch. Could that error handling get moved
into a modal or something that won't reload the page?
Test Plan:
1) Place a hold on an item and set it to waiting
2) Initiate a branch transfer from branchtransfers.pl for any branch but
the first in the pulldown branch selector
3) Choose to cancel the hold and transfer
4) Note the pulldown reverts to the first option
5) Apply this patch
6) Repeat steps 1-3
7) Note the pulldown retains your preveiously selected branch!

In record detail page, item location is displayed with CSS using class "shelvingloc".
Many many places at intranet and OPAC can use this class.
It allows to change display in all places using CSS customisation.
This patch removes the CSS "display:block" for class "shelvingloc".
Some places where using "inline" to correct the display.
I think the display should not be managed in template.
So it will be inline by default and it can be changed by custom CSS, on all places or depending on a selctor.
Test plan :

Here we go, next step then.
As we did not fix the performance issue when autofiltering
the variables (see bug 20975), the only solution we have is to add the
filters explicitely.
This patch has been autogenerated (using add_html_filters.pl, see next
pathces) and add the html filter to all the variables displayed in the
template.
Exceptions are made (using the new 'raw' TT filter) to the variable we
already listed in the previous versions of this patch.
To test:
- Use t/db_dependent/Koha/Patrons.t to populate your DB with autogenerated
data which contain <script> tags
- Remove them from borrower_debarments.comments (there are allowed here)
update borrower_debarments set comment="html tags possible here";
- From the interface hit page and try to catch alert box.
If you find one it means you find a possible XSS.
To know where it comes from:
* note the exact URL where you found it
* note the alert box content
* Dump your DB and search for the string in the dump to identify its
location (for instance table.field)
Next:
* Ideally we would like to use the raw filter when it is not necessary
to HTML escape the variables (in big loop for instance)
* Provide a QA script to catch missing filters (we want html, uri, url
or raw, certainly others that I am forgetting now)
* Replace the html filters with uri when needed (!)

In order to simplify and make uniform the code, the controller scripts send
a Koha::Patron object to the templates instead of all attributes of a patron.
That will make the code much more easier to maintain and will be less
error-prone.
The variable "patron" sent to the templates is supposed to represent the
patron the librarian is editing the detail.
In the members module and some scripts of the circulation module, the
patron's detail are sent one by one to the template. That leads to
frustration from developpers (making sure everything is passed from all
scripts) and to regression (we got tone of bugs in the last year because
of this way to do).
With this patch set it will be easy access patron's detail, passing only
1 variable from the controllers.
Test plan:
Play with the patron and circulation module and make sur the detail of
the patron you are editing/seeing info are correctly displayed.

The file intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/circ/branchtransfers.tt contains two
ambiguous words 'to' and a sentence splitted up by html tags, leading to weird
translations. Example in German: "Sie können keine Exemplare aus itemtype
transferieren BK für: Airfield"
To test:
- Apply patch
- Set up transfer policies for item types and collection codes in
Home > Administration > Set library checkin and transfer policy
Make sure that you have rules that deny and others that allow transfers
- Verify that syspref 'UseBranchTransferLimits' is set to 'Enforce'
- Set 'BranchTransferLimitTypes' to 'item type'
- Go to Home > Circulation > Transfers
- Transfer an item that is allowed for item type
- Verify that the table of transferred items displays information
about Item type, Collection code and Destination
- Transfer an item that is not allowed for the item type
- Verify that the information about not allowing the transfer displays
properly and is meaningfull
- Set 'BranchTransferLimitTypes' to 'collection code'
- Repeat the transfer steps above for allowed / not allowed collection code

- Better checking of error codes in the script to control
