This patch does some refactoring of JavaScript to make handling of
required fields more robust. It also moves some template JavaScript to
the footer and some to a separate file.
A fallback "pattern" attribute is added to the quantity field, requiring
0-9+ values.
The "required" property of the funds dropdown is now dependent on the
value set under the "Default accounting details" tab. If a default is
selected, the individual item funds are preselected and not marked
required.
To test, apply the patch and begin the process of ordering from a staged
file.
- Select all items to import.
- Under each item, the fund should be marked mandatory.
- The quantity field should accept only numbers.
- Select the "Default accounting details" tab and select a default
fund.
- Return to the "Select to import" tab. Your selected default fund
should now be preselected under each item. The fund should no
longer be marked required.
Un-selecting a default fund should result in each item fund
select becoming required.

DataTables are used on enough pages in the staff client that it
doesn't make sense to put inclusion of the CSS into each template
where it is needed. This patch moves includes of datatables.css from
individual templates into the global header file.
To test, apply the patch and view various pages which have DataTables.
View various styles of DataTables, e.g.
- Full pagination, like item search results
- Four-button, like Saved SQL reports
Everything should look the same as it was.

This patch undoes the changes to addorderiso2709.tt introduced by Bug
19753. The item information tab can include embedded JavaScript for
cataloging plugins, and these don't currently work with JS in the
footer.
To test, apply the patch and test the JavaScript driven features of the
"Add to basket from a staged file" page:
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Basket -> Add to basket from a staged file
- MARC and Card previews, select all/clear all
- Item information tab: Cataloging plugins for fields like date
acquired, barcode
- Default accounting details tab: Show inactive control

Bug 13618 took care of the KohaDates output but not if it is called
with a parameter (eg. [% var | $KohaDates with_hours => 1 %]).
We could avoid unnecessary processing by removing the extra html filter.

Modals in the staff client which load data via AJAX require an "on
close" action in order to clear the modal of the loaded data. The
problem presents itself the second time the modal is opened: The
"loading" message doesn't appear, and the data from the previous link
is shown until the new data loads.
To test, apply the patch and test the following pages. In each case,
click multiple instances of the modal trigger link/button to confirm
that the "loading" message always appears between re-displays of the
modal.

Here we go, next step then.
As we did not fix the performance issue when autofiltering
the variables (see bug 20975), the only solution we have is to add the
filters explicitely.
This patch has been autogenerated (using add_html_filters.pl, see next
pathces) and add the html filter to all the variables displayed in the
template.
Exceptions are made (using the new 'raw' TT filter) to the variable we
already listed in the previous versions of this patch.
To test:
- Use t/db_dependent/Koha/Patrons.t to populate your DB with autogenerated
data which contain <script> tags
- Remove them from borrower_debarments.comments (there are allowed here)
update borrower_debarments set comment="html tags possible here";
- From the interface hit page and try to catch alert box.
If you find one it means you find a possible XSS.
To know where it comes from:
* note the exact URL where you found it
* note the alert box content
* Dump your DB and search for the string in the dump to identify its
location (for instance table.field)
Next:
* Ideally we would like to use the raw filter when it is not necessary
to HTML escape the variables (in big loop for instance)
* Provide a QA script to catch missing filters (we want html, uri, url
or raw, certainly others that I am forgetting now)
* Replace the html filters with uri when needed (!)

This patch updates various unrelated templates to use the Bootstrap
grid. In each case, confirm that the indicated page looks correct.
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Add to basket -> From a staged file.
- Logged-in user menu (in the upper right) -> Search history.
- With plugins disabled in koha-conf.xml, go to Tools -> Tools plugins.
- With the EasyAnalyticalRecords system preference set to 'Display,'
view a bibliographic record.
- Choose Edit -> Link to host item.
- Submit a barcode to be linked.
- Configure a MARC subfield (e.g. 100$a) to use the
unimarc_field_225a_bis plugin.
From the MARC edit page, trigger the plugin and confirm that the
page in the popup window looks correct. Confirm that changes made in
the popup window are saved to the corresponding field in the editor.
- Administration -> Funds -> Edit a fund.
- Click 'Select owner.'
- Search for a patron.

Bug 19453 "fixed" the fund validation that never actually worked. This validation should be removed altogether instead. It is overly simplistic and simply checks to see if each record in the batch has a fund selected regardless of whether that record will be imported or not.
In addition, the code completely ignores items generated by MarcItemFieldsToOrder such that even if items on that page have a fund selected, the javascript forces the librarian to make a selection from the left-hand fund pulldown even though it will not be used.
Considering this bad validation is basically 'new' as it never worked before, the most sensible course of action would be to 'undo' the change and remove the validation.
Test Plan:
1) Add records to a basket from an import batch
2) Select only some of those items in the batch
3) Note Koha will not let you import them unless you set funds for *all*
records in the batch
4) Apply this patch
5) Note Koha no longer forces a budget to be selected in the pulldown

Having to write [% KOHA_VERSION %] for each url is bad because:
- It's easily forgettable when adding new <script> or <link>
- It prevents grep'ing for the full filename
- It violates the DRY principle
- If at some point we want to change the "force js and css reload"
mechanism, it will be tedious
This patch:
- adds a Template::Toolkit plugin that generates <script> and
<link> tags for JS and CSS files, and inserts automatically the Koha
version in the filename
- use the new plugin to remove all occurences of [% KOHA_VERSION %]
- remove the code that was adding KOHA_VERSION as a template variable
Test plan:
1. Apply patch
2. Go to several different pages in Koha (opac and intranet) while
checking your browser's dev tools (there should be no 404 for JS and
CSS files, and the Koha version should appear in filenames) and the
server logs (there should be no "File not found")
3. `git grep KOHA_VERSION` should return nothing
4. prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Template/Plugin/Asset.t

Bug 19453: Incorrect jQuery selector for fund drop down validation
Prior to bug 19453 the check on the existence of the fund did not work
as expected, no select with name='budget_code' existed and the error was
never raised.
Now it works but expect a fund to be selected for every record to
import.
This check must only be done if there is no default value selected.
Test plan:
- Create an order from a staged file
- Do not select any funds
=> You must get a warning
- Select a specific fund for some of the records
=> You must get a warning
- Select a default fund in the last tab
=> You must not get a warning and the records must be imported and
inserted with the correct fund

JavaScript is included in the footer instead of the header.

This followup tweaks some CSS and markup in order to correct conflicts
between default Bootstrap styles and the expected (previous) style of
the staff client. Included:
- Corrections to the widths of some modals.
- Corrections to the style of the <pre> tag, seen often in MARC preview
modals.
- Corrections to the default active and hover states for dropdown menus.
To test, apply the patch and view various pages which use Bootstrap
modals, confirming that they look correct.

When you order from a staged file you're getting duplicate warnings that
are inaccurate. For example, when you order a file of 50 DVDs for
example and they don't have ISBNs they're matching on the books. And
then you have to order them one by one.
This patch replaces the use of FindDuplicates with Koha's match point
system. This means you can select from the same match points defined
and used in the batch record importer, or you can opt to skip matching
altogether!
Test Plan:
1) Import a record with a title, isbn and author.
2) Delete the from the record and stage it again
3) Attempt to add it to a basket via the staged record
4) You should note the gives you the "No records imported" message
5) Apply this patch
6) Create a matcher for ISBN
7) Create a matcher for Author/Title
8) Attempt to add the record to your basket using the ISBN matcher
8) Koha should find no match and import the record to the basket
9) Stage the record again
10) Attempt to add the record to your basket using the Title/Author matcher
11) You should recieve the "No records imported" message.

This patch moves the JavaScript files in prog/en/js to prog/js.
JavaScript files do not need to be in the directory which is processed
by the translator.
To test, apply the patch and visit various pages in the staff client to
confirm that JavaScript files are still loading correctly.
Revised: I intended for this to be built on top of Bug 15883 as well as
Bug 16242. Now it is.

The staff client CSS is not language-specific, so it can be moved out of
the en/ directory and thus not be duplicated for every translation.
In order to be able to have a generic path to the YUI CSS files, the YUI
directory is moved by this patch to the staff client's lib/ directory.
To test, apply the patch and visit various pages in the staff client.
Look in particular at pages which include more than the standard CSS.
For example:
- The staff client login page.
- The staff client home page.
- Patron -> Set permissions.

On editing biblios or items, the marc_lib, marc_value and javascript
values are often populated with html code which needs to be displayed
raw.

In order to reduce the number of dependencies for common interactions we
should attempt to use Bootstrap modals in place of Greybox ones.
This patch modifies the page in Acquisitions for ordering from a staged
file so that the "MARC" and "Card" previews display in Bootstrap modals.
To test:
1. Apply the patch and navigate to Acquisitions.
2. Locate an exsiting basket or create a new one.
3. Add to the basket using the option to order from a staged file.
4. Click "Add orders" from any staged file.
5. Test the "MARC" and "Card" links for multiple results and confirm
that the correct data is shown each time.
Followed test plan, works as expected

'Show all' in acquisition makes the inactive funds in the fund list
box visible. This patch changes the text to 'Show inactive' to be more
clear about the functionality.
Patch changes 2 pages. To test:
1) Order from staged file
- make sure you have uploaded a few records via the tools
- create a new order using the 'From a staged file' option
- select a file to order from - 'Add orders'
- Verify the 'Select to import' tab now displayed the text
'Show inactive funds' and that it works as expected
- Switch to the 'Default accounting details' tab
- Verify the text there is also changed to 'Show inactive' and
works like expected.
2) Receive shipment
- receive a new shipment for a vendor with unreceived orders
- Verify the label next to the fund list has changed to
'Show inactive' and works as expected.

When adding a batch of records to a basket, duplicates are skipped and
an alert is displayed with a link to them so as they could be treated
individually.
Test plan :
You need the 2 test attached files TestFile1.mrc and TestFile2.elc
(TestFile1 includes only the title "Amilec ou La graine d'hommes" that
is also included in TestFile2)
1) go to “Stage MARC records for import” page, upload TestFile1 and
stage it (select iso 5426 encoding).
2) Manage staged record and import the batch.
3) Make sure that the new record is indexed (depending to your indexing
system and test platform).
4) Go back to go to “Stage MARC records for import” page upload
TestFile2 and stage it (select iso 5426 encoding).
5) Go to acquisitions module and create a new basket.
6) From your basket, in the “Add order to basket block” choose 'From a
staged file'.
7) Then click File2 (‘addorder button').
8) Go down the "Import all" block and save.
9) You are redirected to the basket page : a warning is displayed to
tell you that some duplicates have been found and skipped.
There's a link on the warning throughout you can go back to the list of
remaining records and treat them individually if necesary.
10) Click the link : you fall upon the title of TestFile1 (of course as
it's a duplicate).
11) Check that the imported records have been indexed.
11) Go down the "Import all" block and save.
12) A warning is displayed saying that no records have been imported
because they all match an existing record. The “Import all” block is not
any more visible.

This patch fixes a regression introduced (by me)
on Bug 12673.
I adds the code needed to display properly all fields
To test:
1) Check that 'AcqCreateItem' syspref is set to 'placing an order'
2) Satage a file with some items
3) Go to a Vendor, create a basket, clic add from staged file, select your file
4) On 'Item information' tab fields are displayed wrong
5) Apply the patch
6) Reload, display must now be fixed

Bug 2060 renames columns num_biblios with num_records in the
import_batches table. The addorderiso2709 files had not been fixed.
Test plan:
Add an order from a staged file to a basket and verify the "# Bibs"
columns is correctly filled. Before the patch, the column was empty.

This patch repairs the JavaScript that selectively removes unselected
bibs from the form submission, fixing a problem where selecting
bibs from the middle or end of the list would cause them to be ordered
without the appropriate quantities, funds, and prices.
