Find closest ul for value builders.
Since Bug 22399 changes in biblio editor, value builder unimarc_field_4XX.tt JavaScript
code does not do its job anymore.
This is because a div is added and this call is now wrong:
var subfields = whichfield.parentNode.parentNode.getElementsByTagName('input');
Test plan 1:
1) Use a UNIMARC DB
2) Define value builder unimarc_field_4XX on 463$t
3) Create a record B1 with 200$a, 200$f
4) Create a new record B2
5) Click on value builder in 463$t
6) Search for record B1
7) Click on "Choose"
=> Without patch only 463$t is filled with a value
=> With patch 463 $t, $a, $0 and $9 are filled with a value
Test plan 2:
1) Use a MARC_21 DB
2) Define plugin marc21_linking_section.pl on 773$t
3) Make sure 773$t and other subfields are visible in intranet/editor
4) Create a new record in basic cataloging editor
5) Click on value builder in 773$t
6) Search fro a record
7) Click on "Choose"
=> Without patch fields are not fileld
=> With patch subfields are correctly filled

For names and uniform titles, when you do a z39.50 search from an authority
record, we prefill what's in the relevant tag's subfield a in the search
form, but for subjects, we don't, both because GetMandatoryFieldZ3950 thinks
the param is topic when it's actually subject, and because
z3950_auth_search.tt doesn't bother putting the value of &subject into the
form.
Test plan:

Swapped the order of the page titles to have the unique information
first, i.e. the name of the specific page displays first, and the name of the website (e.g. Koha) displays at the end.
To test:
1) Apply patch
2) Ensure each of the files in the cataloguing folder are swapped around to display the most unique information first, and the website name is at the end
3) Ensure the pages displayed on the Staff Client that correspond to
these files also display the changes

This patch removes the "size" attribute from <select> tags where the
value of the attribute is 1. The attribute is unnecessary because the
default value when the attribute is undefined is 1.
This will allow for more careful sizing of <select> tags without a size
attribute while preserving the desired behavior of <select> tags which
have a size greater than 1.
The patch modifies 83 files but makes the same minor corrections to
each. I think examining the diff is sufficent, or testing a
representative set of pages:
- Administration -> MARC frameworks -> MARC structure -> Edit tag:
The "Authorized value" select.
- Patrons -> New patron: The "Library" select.
- Reports -> Patrons with no checkouts: The "Into an

The page title should also reflect this change.

Functional change: Instead of requiring two clicks for each option in
the Actions menu, we add a default action based on previous activity.
NOTE: In order to prioritize MARC and Card preview actions, we will only
remember Import and Order when it is not preceded by a preview. In other
words: If you directly click Import, Import comes back. If you click Card
and Import, Card comes back.
Technical changes:
[1] Combine Preview and Order button on Acquisition Z3950 search.
[2] Use Actions link as default action and add button with caret to open the dropdown.
[3] Keep last action in localStorage (sessionStorage makes not much sense for the popups), prioritizing previews.
[4] Where needed, add title attributes to dropdown links. Use class 'chosen' to differentiate preview popups from import/order actions.
[5] Replace previewMARC by previewData in Authority Z3950 search. Remove duplicate code.
[6] Use link href from template instead of constructing link in javascript.
[7] Removing unused linktools markup from acqui template.
Test plan:
[1] Start on acqui Z3950. Choose Card once from the menu and then Order.
[2] Start auth Z3950. Verify that Default is MARC now. Close popup.
(Since Card is no option here.)
[3] Start cataloguing Z3950. Verify that you have Card as default.
Click Import rightaway.
[4] Back to auth Z3950. Verify that Import is default. Click Import.
[5] Back to acqui Z3950. Verify that MARC is default (no Import here).
Click Order. Go back and verify that Order is now default.

6 - Click the 'Create authority' link
7 - A new authroity form pops up, the info from the cataloging editor is prefilled
Click the 100 field heading to expand and confirm info is transferred
8 - Fill in necessary fields and save the new authority
9 - The cataloging screen now has the 9 subfield populated and is green
10 - Click "Link authorities automatically" again
Dialog says "No authority link was changed"
11 - In another tab go to System preferences and set AutoCreateAuthorities to 'Generate'
12 - Add random information to the 650 field
13 - Click 'Link authorities' button
14 - Dialog says:650 - No matching authority found. A new authority was created automatically.
15 - The subfield 9 is green and has the id of the new authority record

This patch changes the default width paramter passed to the
select2 plugin. This allows the basic MARC editor's Select2
widgets to be styled differently than on other pages.
To test, apply the patch and view various pages where the select2 plugin
is used:
- Basic MARC editor
- Items edit
- Batch item edit
- Authority editor
In each case check that the Select2 plugin works correctly to style
fields like collection code and home library.
On the basic MARC editor page these <select>s should have a width
that adjusts as the browser window changes. On other pages the width
should be fixed.
Check the browser console and confirm that there are no JavaScript

This patch implements a few changes in the way authority records are
displayed in search results.
- In most cases heading type is now displayed as a separate column in
the table of search results.
- The heading itself is now linked rather than a separate "details"
link.
In the authority search results for MARC editor plugins the heading link
triggers a modal with the authority details instead of linking to a
separate page.
To test, apply the patch and go to Authorities.
- Perform an authority search which will return results.
- In the search results headings should be linked to the
corresponding detail page.
- There should be a separate column for heading type.
- Go to Cataloging and create a new record using a framework which has
a field linked to an authority type (e.g. 100a -> PERSO_NAME ).
- Perform a search which will return results.
- In the search results, clicking a heading link should trigger a
modal window with the authority details.
- Test multiple entries in the results and confirm that each
time the correct data is loaded into the modal window.
- Test the same process for a field which is linked to the
unimarc_field_210c.pl plugin.
- Go to Tools -> Batch record modification and submit multiple
authority record numbers.
- In the results list the heading should be linked correctly to the
corresponding detail page. Heading type is not present in this
view.
- Perform the same test with batch record deletion.

This patch makes markup and style changes to the basic MARC editor in
order to improve the page's handling of smaller browser widths. It adds
flexbox styling to elements of the form to help accomplish this.
To test, apply the patch and load a record for editing in the basic MARC
editor.
- Adjust your browser width and confirm that the form adjusts well
to various widths.
- Test that the markup changes haven't broken the JavaScript-driven
features in the editor:
- Clone tags
- Delete tags
- Expand and collapse tags
- Clone subfields
- Delete subfields
- Re-order subfields
- Cataloging plugins:
- Focus-driven plugins like on tag 000
- Popup plugins like 008 or authority-linked tags
- Select2-styled dropdowns (e.g. 942$c Item type).
- Test the add/edit items form to confirm that it is still styled as it
was before.

the "width" configuration option. It still defaults to "element."

options (choose one), set "Plugin" to "unimarc_field_128a.pl"
- Save changes.
- Open a bibliographic record for editing using the framework you
modified.
- Click the plugin link next to the subfield you modified, e.c.
245$a.
- This should trigger the "UNIMARC field 128a builder" popup window.
- Select "partsong" in the dropdown. Save.
- In the MARC editor, the field you modified should contain the
value "pt#"
- Trigger the popup window again and click "Save" without making
changes.
- The value in the MARC editor should be the same.

This patch eliminates the use of a separate include file containing
translatable strings in favor of embedding translatable strings in the
JavaScript itself.
To test, apply the patch and clear your browser cache if necessary.
- Perform a catalog search in the staff interface.
- Select two results to merge. Click Edit -> Merge records.
- Click "Next" on the "Merging records" page.
- On the "Source records" page click the second tab where all the
checkboxes are unchecked.
- Check the box for a tag which is non-repeatable, e.g. 245.
- You should see a message, "The field is non-repeatable and
already exists in the destination record. Therefore, you cannot add it."
- Check the box for a subfield which is non-repeatable, e.g. 245$a.
- You should see a message, "The subfield is non-repeatable and
already exists in the destination record. Therefore, you cannot
add it."
TESTING TRANSLATABILITY
- Update a translation, e.g. fr-FR:
> cd misc/translator
> perl translate update fr-FR
- Open the corresponding .po file for JavaScript strings, e.g.
misc/translator/po/fr-FR-messages-js.po
- Locate strings pulled from prog/js/merge-record.js for
translation, e.g.:
#: koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/js/merge-record.js:72
msgctxt "Bibliographic record"
msgid ""
"The field is non-repeatable and already exists in the destination
record. "
"Therefore, you cannot add it."
msgstr ""
- Edit the "msgstr" string however you want (it's just for testing).
- Install the updated translation:
> perl translate install fr-FR
- Switch to your newly translated language in the staff client and
repeat the test plan above. The translated string should appear.

This patch moves translatable strings out of z3950_search.inc into
z3950_search.js, wrapped in the double-underscore function for
translation.
To test, apply the patch and go to Cataloging.
- Click "New from Z39.50/SRU"
- In the search form, uncheck all search targets and submit the form.
You should get an error: "Please choose at least one external target"
- Peform a search which will return multiple pages of results.
- Test that you can enter a number in the "Go to page" form to
navigate to a specific page.
- Enter a non-number in the field and submit. You should get an error,
"The page entered is not a number."
- Enter a number in the field which is greater than the number of pages
of results. Submitting the form should trigger an error, "The page
should be a number between 1 and 10."
- Perform the same tests from the other Z39.50 search results
interfaces:
- Acquisitions -> Add to basket -> From an external source.
- Authorities -> New authority -> New from Z39.50/SRU.
TESTING TRANSLATABILITY
- Update a translation, e.g. fr-FR:
> cd misc/translator
> perl translate update fr-FR
- Open the corresponding .po file for JavaScript strings, e.g.
misc/translator/po/fr-FR-messages-js.po
- Locate strings pulled from
koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/js/z3950_search.js for translation,
e.g.:
msgid "The page entered is not a number."
msgstr ""
- Edit the "msgstr" string however you want (it's just for testing).
- Install the updated translation:
> perl translate install fr-FR
- Switch to your newly translated language in the staff client
and repeat the test plan above. The translated strings should
appear.

This patch set attempts to replace all the <i> tags with <em> and all
the <b> tags with <strong> in the staff interface.
I attempted to get all the templates, includes, and xslt files.
To test:
1. Review the changes as best as possible, looking for mistakes.
2. grep for <i> and <b> in the modules, includes, and xslt folders. You should get nothing/
3. If you grep '<\/i>' you should only see instances of Font Awesome.
4. If you grep '<\/b>' you should only see instances where caret is used.

This patch updates the basic MARC editor to provide a plugin name
variable to the template, allowing us to make a check on the name and
conditionally show an upload link if the "upload.pl" cataloging plugin
is selected.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff client CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- Go do Administration -> MARC bibliographic framework -> MARC
structure -> 856 -> Edit subfields.
- Edit the "u" subfield and select "upload.pl" as the plugin under
"Other options."
- Go to Cataloging and create or edit a MARC record.
- Under tab 8 look for the 856 tag, subfield u. There should be an
"Upload" link corresponding to the form field.
- Click the upload link to confirm that it triggers a popup window with
the upload form.
- Confirm that other similar plugin links (for instance 100$a, 600$a)
display the old "tag editor" icon.

The publication year and edition columns were present in
the Z39.50 results in cataloguing, but were missing in
acquisitions.
To test:
- Go to acquisitions
- Create a new basket
- Create an order within it from 'external source'
- Search for a title, for example with LOC
- In a separate tab, go to cataloguing
- Search the same record with Z39.50
- Compare result lists, date and edition are missing from acq
- Apply the patch
- Repeat search in acquisitions
- Verify result lists now match up
- Bonus: Date was changed to Year which is more fitting and
will translate better.

We do a bit of refactoring to make the code reusable.
Test plan:
Same as the first patch but when adding/editing an item
QA note: There is a warning from the QA tools
FAIL koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/cataloguing/additem.tt
FAIL js_in_body
A <script> tag found inside head, must be moved to the body (see bug 17858)
I don't think how we could avoid it.

This whole patch set adds the ability to create a new authorised value
directly from the cataloguing module.
It will prevent the cataloger to leave and reload the page if they need
a new one.
Test plan:
If you are logged in with a patron with the manage_authorised_values
subpermission you will be able to:
* Edit a bibliographic record
* Search for a subfield linked to an authorised values (not the "fake"
AV like itemtypes, branches, cn)
* Click the dropdown list and start searching for a value that does not
exist
* Click enter
* Fill the fields in the popup
* Save
=> Your dropdown list has the new AV :)
Note: This does not work for the advanced editor. It does not have
select2 applied to the selects. I have hardly tried but failed.

In the previous version of Select2 we had only 1 'a' tag that was
visible, next to the invisible select.
Now we have a 3 nested span elt, the last one (with a role=combobox
attribute) is the one we want to style.
