d08d9e3fb7 Addressing bug 1782 
Adding New Systempreference AddPatronLists
This systempreference allow administrator to choose if patrons are created on categorycode lists or category_type ones.

Overloading GetBorrowerCategory so that if no parameter provided, it returns the list of category records
Changing memberentry.pl in order to use the categorycode when provided.
Bug Fixing Circulation.pl so that doesnot come up with Error 500
with no category selected for GetBorrowerCategory

20241fd686 more XHTML corrections for new circ reports 
Note: I question the use of GROUP_CONCAT(... SEPARATOR '<br/>'),
because that puts knowledge of the output mechanism (currently HTML)
into the SQL query.  However, I am not fixing this right now.

8cafcef8bf All patches to Koha 3 beta to date. All work with branches. 
Billing.pl     -- new, gives bills that occur in a range, works
 pendingreserves.pl  -- fixed, works now, with branches also
 reserveratios.pl  -- indicates distressed reserves
 itemslost.pl  -- Fix to this to make it more useful and fix bugs
 Itmes.pm -- small change to work for itemslost, should not affect
             anything else
 and all tmpl files.

9222f7a6ca created old_issues and old_reserves tables 
The new tables have the same structure and constraints
as the tables they archive with the following exceptions:

* borrowernumber and biblionumber in old_reserves can be
  NULL
* the FK constraints (e.g., for itemnumber) on old_reserves
  set the child column to NULL if the parent row is deleted
  instead of deleting the child row.
* there is no FK constraint on old_issues.branchcode, allowing
  a branch to be deleted without changing archived requests.

Some miscellaneous cleanup was done as part of this patch:

* GetMemberIssuesAndFines (C4::Members) now uses bind variables
* fixed POD for GetMemberIssuesAndFines

9d4d8897b2 item rework: various changes 
* Move CheckItemPreSave to C4::Items (from C4::Biblio)
* Modified C4::Biblio::AddBiblioAndItems to use appropriate
   internal routines from C4::Items
* Moved GetItemnumberFromBarcode to C4::Items
* Removed duplicate C4::Biblio::_koha_new_items
* Removed disused C4::Biblio::MARCitemchange

Currently AddBiblioAndItems is a special routine that
uses private subs from both C4::Biblio and C4::Items.
This needs to be refactored.

0e675ef820 - Changes to the way patron renewals are handled. Circulation page now offers 'renew' link alongside warning about patron expiration (as in dev_week), using the new setstatus script. 
- Member pages now use member toolbar include instead of circ one
- setstatus.pl now uses 3.0's patron renewal function
- Adding missing item-bullet.gif (Bug 1659)

958b5a097c new C4::Auth::get_session for single place to get CGI::Session object 
Refactoring to provide single place to get CGI::Session ojbject;
fixes bug for DB storage method other than 'mysql'.

This refactoring is also part of the patch series for
handling large input files for staging and processing
MARC records.

371efb047b adding item-level itypes: based on systempref: item-level_itypes, we use items.ccode as the circ code rather than biblioitems.itemtype. This is initial commit -- still requiring interface changes basic loanlength, maxissues should be by ccode now.

Subject: [PATCH] Borrower name autocompletion improvement
 Autocompletion is selected by syspref directly in circ-search.inc.
 This way it could be activated elsewhere just by adding CircAutocompl
 param into page using circ-search.inc.
 Done for example in circ/branchtransfers.pl. Must be done in all other
 circ/*.pl pages.

b4d14e4558 Adding new circulation-home, what we ultimately hope to be a "dashboard" interface for circulation functions. circulation-home.pl was created by copy-and-paste, so it should be reviewed. Circulation sub-pages' breadcrumb links have been updated to point to circulation-home.

a5bd240321 FIX for Date calculation 
Rule :
- always format_date() before sending date to template
- always format_date_in_iso immediatly after reading a date coming from a parameter
- deal internally only with dates in iso

Note that :
- I could not test things related to issues stats due to the my DB -issues.issuedate not filled, see commit about 3.00.00.006
- acquisitions_stats does not work when you filter on date

34b67109d1 A couple more tweaks to member entry form. Still unfinished: inline CSS will have to be generalized and moved to external stylesheet. Trying some changes to circ page, including moving patron info into sidebar, consolidating messages and warnings. Also unfinished!

100e6a9808 functions that were in C4::Interface::CGI::Output are now in C4::Output. 
So this implies quite a change for files.
Sorry about conflicts which will be caused.
directory Interface::CGI should now be dropped.
I noticed that many scripts (reports ones, but also some circ/stats.pl or opac-topissues) still use Date::Manip.

193e22714f Add a new system preference 'AutomaticItemReturn' : 
if this prefence is switched on: the document returned in another library than homebranch, the system automaticly transfer the document to his homebranch (with notification for librarian in returns.tmpl) .

switch off : the document stay in the holdingbranch ...
