Delivery notes weren't translatable. This patch adds
them in notices.tt. If note is Mail::Sendmail error generic
'Error occured while sending email' is shown.
Also fixes MySQLisms and adds AFTER to atomicupdate file.

This patch adds additional delivery notes to messages in message queue as there
can be multiple reasons for a delivery to fail.
Currently in message_queue we are given only two delivery statuses for messages,
"sent" and "failed". When the status becomes failed, we have no idea why it fails.
This feature can be useful with SMS gateway providers. Many SMS gateways inform
the application the reason of SMS delivery failure. With this feature, this
information can now be stored. As well as for emails, instead of simply logging
failures, we can now store the reason of failure directly into the message row
of message_queue.
Test plan:
1. Enable EnhancedMessagingPreferences syspref
2. Find a borrower with notices at members/notices.pl
3. Observe that there is no column for Delivery notes
4. Apply patch and run the given database update
5. Repeat step 1.
6. Observe that there is now a column for Delivery notes

'Updated' which shows the timestamp of the accountline.

This patch fixes the tests for when a negative amount is passed to the
pay method. Prior to now, a negative amount would have been passed
through and recorded. This was inconsistent with all other accounts
methods and has been deprecated to ensure consistent amounts handling.
This patch also introduces basic validation to prevent negatives being
entered into the UI.

This patch updates C4::Letters to allow use of existing koha template
includes from notices, then updates the printfeercpt and printinvoice
slip print option to use GetPreparedLetter rather than calling getletter
directly.
As part of this work, we also add credits and debits handling to the
_parseletter_sth and _get_tt_params routines in C4::Letters to allow for
recognisable variable names in the notice template.
Test plan
1/ Update the ACCOUNT_CREDIT and ACCOUNT_DEBIT notices to use
'accounts.inc' include for account descriptions
1a/ Add `[% PROCESS 'accounts.inc' %]` to the top of the notice
1b/ Replace manual account descriptions with `[% PROCESS
account_type_description account=credit %]`
2/ Print one of each slip and check that descriptions are properly
substituted
3/ Clone the notice to another language

Add "if" check to the template so that it uses the value of
"debit_type.default_amount" only if it's true, i.e. not null or 0.
The reason for this patch is there's requirement from librarians -
to have this field completely empty if it's 0, so they could paste the
amount (as they usually do) without the need to clear the field first.
And anyway if you try to save the form with 0.00 value,
it won't accept it saying "Debit amount passed is not positive" so
in my opinion there's no point to preset it with zeroes to begin with.
To reproduce:
1) head to /cgi-bin/koha/members/maninvoice.pl?borrowernumber=XXXX
and check that field "Amount" is prefilled with 0.00;
2) apply patch;
3) refresh page and ensure that field "Amount" is empty now;
4) go to /cgi-bin/koha/admin/debit_types.pl and change default
amount to some decimal amount;
5) refresh manual invoice page again and ensure that "Amount"
field is prefilled with that exact decimal number;

Swapped the order of the page titles to have the unique information
first, i.e. the name of the specific page displays first, and the name of the website (e.g. Koha) displays at the end.
To test:
1) Apply patch
2) Ensure each of the files in the members folder are swapped around
to display the most unique information first, and the website name is at the end
3) Ensure the pages displayed on the Staff Client that correspond to
these files also display the changes

This patch centralises the payment/transaction type select options
handling so the SIP types are properly in all cases.
Test plan
1) Check that SIP payment types are properly hidden on the following
modals.
1a) Refund modal on the borrower account page (The 'Account credit'
option should appear here)

This patch modifies the output of the AJAX patron search results so that
the number in the card number column is wrapped in a <label> tag which
triggers the corresponding checkbox.
To test, apply the patch and go to the Patrons module.
- Perform a patron search which will return more than one result or
click on a letter to browse.
- In the search results, confirm that clicking any card number triggers
the corresponding checkbox.

This patch removes the "size" attribute from <select> tags where the
value of the attribute is 1. The attribute is unnecessary because the
default value when the attribute is undefined is 1.
This will allow for more careful sizing of <select> tags without a size
attribute while preserving the desired behavior of <select> tags which
have a size greater than 1.
The patch modifies 83 files but makes the same minor corrections to
each. I think examining the diff is sufficent, or testing a
representative set of pages:
- Administration -> MARC frameworks -> MARC structure -> Edit tag:
The "Authorized value" select.
- Patrons -> New patron: The "Library" select.
- Reports -> Patrons with no checkouts: The "Into an
application" selects.
If anyone would like help testing any particular template I can
follow-up.

This patch modifies instances in the template where variations of "Call
number" are used. Instead of "Call no." "Call no" or "callnumber," "Call
number" is used instead.
To test, apply the patch and test the following pages to confirm that
the label has been correctly updated. In the staff interface:

of checked-out items.
- Check out to a patron who is guarantor to a patron with checkouts ->

This patch modifies several patron templates to replace the use of
the "title-string" DataTables sorting method with the newer "data-order"
attribute.
To test, apply the patch and view a patron record in the staff
interface. Check the following pages to confirm that columns containing
dates sort correctly when using any setting of the "dateformat" system
preference:
- Details: DataTables initialization removed because it is obsolete.
Confirm that table of holds in the holds tab is still a working
DataTable.
- Accounting
- Accounting -> Transactions,
- Accounting -> Transactions -> Details of a fee (DataTables-related
markup removed because there are no DataTables).

This patch adds an option to compare two patron records during the
patron merge process. It can't work with more than two patrons, so the
option only appears if one has selected only two patrons to merge.
This patch also adds links to the patron names for opening the patron
record in a new tab.
To test, apply the patch and perform a search for patrons in the staff
client Patrons module.
- Select two patrons in the list of search results and click "Merge
selected patrons."
- On the merge patron records page, confirm that the two patron names
are links which, when clicked, open the patron details in another
tab.
- Click a radio button to select the patron whose record will be
the basis of the merge. The "Compare patrons" button and "Merge
patrons" should go from disabled to enabled.
- Click the "Compare patrons" button. A modal window should display
highlighting the differences in some selected values in the patron
record. The patron you selected as the basis for the merge should
appear on the left.
- Close the modal and select the other patron as the basis of the
merge. "Compare patrons" again. The other patron should now appear in
the left pane of the comparison.
- Test that the "Merge patrons" button in the modal window works
correctly to submit the merge form and that the correct patron is
used as the basis for merging.
- Repeat the same process above but select more than two patrons for
merging. The "Compare patrons" button should not appear.

Modified breadcrumbs to be accessible, in particular for a
screen-reader.
Made the block of breadcrumbs be a <nav aria label="Breadcrumb"
class="breadcrumb"> with an ordered list inside. The last breadcrumbs
also has aria-current="page" to specify that it is the current page.
To test:
1) Apply patch
2) Build scss file
3) Ensure each of the files in the members folder have breadcrumbs that
are in a <nav aria label="Breadcrumb" class="breadcrumb"> block
4) Ensure that there is an ordered list in the block of breadcrumbs
5) Ensure that the last breadcrumb has aria-current="page"
6) Ensure that the breadcrumbs on each page of the staff client
belonging to these files look the same as before, but the '>' symbol is
replaced with '/' and the last breadcrumb has bold text
7) Ensure that when the last breadcrumb is clicked it takes you to the
page you are currently on

Do not show the empty dropdown with no options if borrowerRelationship
is disabled (empty) in the syspref.
To reproduce:
1) Go to system preferences and disable borrowerRelationship.
2) Create a new patron or modify the existing one.
3) Under "Guarantor Information" click on "Search to add" button.
After performing the search, select different patron to act as
guarantor.
4) Observe that there's empty dropdown for the relation type.
5) Apply the patch.
6) Repeat steps above.
7) Observe that dropdown is no longer there.

On bug 27715 we restrict the order by dt params for security reasons.
However in some cases the param passed is "columnname" instead of
"table.columnname".
We should make sure the table is part of the sort fieldname.
Test plan:
Do a "normal" patron search (from the patrons home page) and another
patron search (guarantor for instance).
Sort by cardnumber, date of birth, expiration date, asc, desc and
confirm it works as expected.

This patch adds the "fh-fixedHeader" class to the floating toolbar so
that the floating DataTable header knows what element to append itself
to.

This patch modifies the patron search results page so that the toolbar
with results-related controls "floats" when the user scrolls down. This
gives access to the controls for adding patrons to a list and for
merging patrons.
Other templates are modified to incorporate a change to the CSS which
changes "#searchheader" to ".searchheader," enabling multiple instances
of a <div> styled with the .searchheader class.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS
(https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Working_with_SCSS_in_the_OPAC_and_staff_client).
- Go to Patrons in the staff interface.
- Perform a patron search which will return many results.
- Scroll down the page far enough to trigger the floating toolbar.
- Confirm that the toolbar is positioned correctly when paging through
results.
- Confirm that the patron list and merge controls still work correctly.
- Confirm that other pages which used the "#searchheader" id are still
styled correctly:
- Catalog search results
- List contents
- Patron list contents
- Add orders from MARC file

This patch add the noExport class to all "Actions" columns in the
codebase.
It's a stupid search and replace, maybe the class is added to table
where there is no export button.
Test plan:
Search tables where the export button is available. Confirm that the
"Actions" columns is not exported.

If patrons category is changed during add or edit password
minimum value doesn't change. This patch adds ajax call to
fix this.
To test:
1. Add password minimum length for patron
categories A and B.
2. Create a new patron with category A.
3. Change patrons category to B.
4. Note that password minimum value doesn't change
on hint text.
5. Apply patch.
6. Repeat patron creation, password minimum value
should now change correctly.

Hint for password minimum length should use minimum length
set for patron category not "minPasswordLength" value.
To test:
1. Set "minPasswordLength" e.g. 6
2. Set "Patron" category minimum password length e.g. 4
3. Create new a patron.
4. Note that hint after password input field reads "Minimum

4) Click 'Select all', confirm all checkboxes get selected
5) Unselect one checkbox (not superlibrarian), and confirm that the
superlibrarian checkbox also gets unselected
6) Confirm that saving still works as expected

Test Plan
1. Go to My account and go into accounting
2.Create manual invoice (If you already have invoices skip this step)
3.On the Make a payment tab click on Write off under actions of an
invoice
4. Click on Writeoff amount label and make sure that the amount written
is highlighted in green.

This patch changes all instances of type="number" in inputs to adhere
with the ACC2 guidelines
In addition, all "min" and "step" attributes have been removed from
these inputs (Thanks Owen).
Test plan:
Go through the boraccount.tt file and insure that no instances of
type="number" were missed.

With AllowStaffToSetCheckoutsVisibilityForGuarantor and
AllowStaffToSetFinesVisibilityForGuarantor set to Allow, one can only see the
controls for these values in the patron record *after* the patron has been saved
with a guarantor. That makes a frustrating 2-step process. We should be able to
set those values regardless of whether or not there is currently a guarantor on
the account.
Test plan:
Create a guarantee and confirm that the 2 options "Show checkouts to
guarantors" and "Show fines to guarantors" are displayed
Select Yes, save
Confirm that the values have been correctly saved

This patch adds support for unseen renewals.
Here we retrofit knowledge of unseen renewals and add the display of unseen
renewal counts and warnings, in addition to adding the ability to
specify a renewal as being "unseen".
The functionality added here is goverened by the UnseenRenewals syspref.
