Since we switched to Template Toolkit we don't need to stick with the
sufix we used for HTML::Template::Pro.
This patch changes the occurences of '.tmpl' in favour of '.tt'.
To test:
- Apply the patch
- Install koha, and verify that every page can be accesed

The scripts did not define the status printed on the first line of
HTTP headers correctly: they were sending 200 OK,
which was confusing for browsers.

No warnings were generated in the logs, except that the template for 402 does not exist. I will follow this up with another patch.
