When there is only one result line, the text "Checked out" would
show directly after the icon at the end of the title. This makes sure
there will always be a little space between them.

This patch replaces the uses of first_valid_email_address with
notice_email_address in waiting_holds, transferstoreceive, clubs and
sendbasket so that we take EmailFieldPrimary into account for these
notices too.

This updates the other occurrences and adds html_line_break to all
except the edit page - it seems html or raw doesn't affect the value of the textarea,
but moved to raw for consistency
To test:
1 - Add an HTML note to a patron, make sure to add a line break:

2 - Checkout to patron and return
3 - Confirm note shows correctly

This is a consistency patch: we already allow adding HTML tags
to the patron circulation note and the contents display
correctly in the patron account and in the patron search results
in the staff interface. But the HTML tags are printed on the
checkins page.
To test:
* Add a circulation note including HTML tags to a patron
Example: <h1>This patron is great!</h1>
* Check an item out to this patron
* Verify that the note displays formatted in patron search results
* Verify that the note displays formatted in the patron record
* Return the item
* Verify the note shows the printed tags
* Apply patch
* Check item out again and check it in again
* Verify the note now displays correctly in list of checkins

This commit fixed two cases:
1. Fixing "Select all" and "Clear all" links on the page.
2. Fixing the interaction with selected entries when switching between the "New" and "Pending" tabs.
To test:
(Create article requests if they don't exist)
Case 1:
1. Go to /cgi-bin/koha/circ/article-requests.pl and don't switch between tabs.
2. Click on "Select all" and verify that it's not working -- the checkboxes are not selected.
3. Activate any checkbox and click "Clear all" -- the checkbox is not cleared.
4. Apply the patch.
5. Restart the page and, without switching between tabs, repeat steps 2 and 3. Verify that it works now.
Case 2:
1. Go to /cgi-bin/koha/circ/article-requests.pl.
2. Switch between tabs and leave "New" active.
3. Select any entry and delete or move it to another tab.
4. Verify that the entry remains in the table until the page reloads.
5. Apply the patch.
6. Restart the page and repeat steps 2 and 3. Make sure that everything works now.

This patch updates the article requests management and holds awaiting
pickup templates in the staff interface so that they use the new WRAPPER
directive for building tabs.
To test, apply the patch and make sure the ArticleRequests system
preference is enabled.
- Go to Circulation -> Article requests
- You should see three tabs, "New," "Pending," and "Processing."
- The tabs should look correct and work correctly.
- Go to Circulation -> Holds awaiting pickup
- You should see three tabs, "Holds waiting", "Holds waiting over X
days," and "Holds with cancellation requests." ("X" is the value in
the ReservesMaxPickUpDelay system preference)

Since Bug 30718, date due uses flatpickr.
The JavaScript code setting due date via on-site checkout checkbox needs to be adapted.
Sort of like Bug 30717.
This patch renames the variable sent to template
'today_due_date_and_time' to avoid confusion with variable 'todaysdate'
used in other templates.
Test plan :
1) Enable system preference 'OnSiteCheckouts'
2) Go to a patron circulation page /cgi-bin/koha/circ/circulation.pl
3) Click on settings icon inside barcode input
=> Check due date input is empty
4) Click on 'On-site checkout'
=> Check due date input is filled with today date at 23:59
5) Fill barcode input and do check-out
6) Check due date is correct

This patch adds a button in the "bundle verification" modal to skip
this step and do the checkin anyway.
Test plan:
1. Create an items bundle (see bug 28854 comment 458)
2. Check out this bundle, then return it. The "bundle verification"
modal should appear
3. Leave the textarea empty and click on "Confirm checkin without
verifying bundle contents"
4. Confirm that the bundle was correctly returned, and no items were
marked as lost

The patch also makes a minor change to bookcount.pl to allow for correct
display of the record title using the biblio-title include.
Navigation context for bookcount.tt has been changed to "catalog" from
"circulation" because the page is linked to from a catalog-related page.

6. As User2, to to the main login screnn amd try logging in. You should be able to but if you try and switch your libraray to anything beside the user's home branch it will not work. You will be logged in at your home branch.
7. For User2, set the new top level permission 'Allow staff to change logged in library (loggedinlibrary).
8. Now you should be able to successfully switch libraries before log in.
9. Turn the 'loggedinlibrary' permission back off for User2.

10. With User1, click on your name/branch in the top right, you should see the the link 'Set library' at the top. If you turn on 'UseCirculationDesks' the link will be 'Set library and desk'.
11. With User2, click on your name/branch in the top right. If you have 'UseCirculationDesks' on, you should see 'Set desk', otherwise you should see nothing.
12. Repeat step 7.

This patch updates all search header include files so that they have
Bootstrap tab markup instead of jQueryUI. jQueryUI-related JavaScript is
updated to work with Bootstrap.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS. Clear your
browser cache if necessary.
Test that keyboard shortcuts work correctly: Alt-U for circulation,
Alt-R for returns, Alt-W for renewals, and Alt-Q for search. Each
shortcut should either activate the correct search tab (if present on
the page) or redirect you to that page.
Cursor focus should be automatically placed in expanded header search
form, whether it be on page load or when switching tabs.
Test search header forms with additional search options work correctly:
Clicking the "settings" icon should expand the panel with additional
fields.

This patch brings the CatalogConcerns feature to the staff client
allowing non-cataloguers to report issues with catalog records from the
record details page.
Test plan
1) Enable the new `CatalogConcerns` system preference
2) Confirm that without the `edit_catalogue` permission your user can
submit a catalog concern via `New -> New catalog concern` from the
toolbar on a records detail display.
3) Confirm that the right user was recorded as the reporter on the
catalog concern management page (You must have logged in again as a
user with the `edit_catalogue` permission to see this page.

A tag that only contains 0 is turned into an empty tag by
the translation scripts. This turns "Claims ( 0 0 )" into
"Claims ( )" in translated templates.
To test:
* Install an additional language (fr-FR, es-ES) and activate
it in the system preferences
* Look at the checkouts and details tabs in any patron account
in the staff interface
* Verify the claims tab shows without the zeros as described above
* Apply the patch
* Update the translation so the templates are recreated with the change
* Verify that the 0 0 now show correctly.

This patch reindents the holds awaiting pickup template so that it has
consistent indentation.
This patch also corrects a markup error that was causing a layout issue.
Incorrectly closed <div>s caused the circulation sidebar menu to
disappear.
To test, apply the patch and test all aspects of the page, including:
- Correctly functioning tabs and DataTables
- Cancel selected holds waiting
- Cancel selected holds waiting past ReservesMaxPickUpDelay
- Cancel all holds waiting past ReservesMaxPickUpDelay
- Cancel individual holds with cancellation requests (Cancellations
of waiting holds via the OPAC. See "Default waiting hold cancellation
policy" in Circulation and Fine rules).

replacing it with a reference to patron.restrictions in the template and

This patch corrects a typo in the missing items from bundle pop-up
header.
To test:
I created a MARC21 file of records to use as an example. It assumes
you have the sample branches and itemtypes that come with Koha. You
can use any record you have in your database, you need at least three
records each with at least one item.
0. Apply patch
1. If using the example records, import the records
1.1. Download the attached earlyliteracy.mrc file
1.2. Go to Cataloging > Stage records for import
1.3. Click the button and select the file on your computer
1.4. Click 'Upload file'

When checking out a bundle, it can be useful to know the number of items
in this bundle, so that librarians can quickly check if items are
missing.
Test plan:
1. Create a bundle (see bug 28854 comment 458)
2. Check out the bundle.
3. Verify that you have the bundle size in the message below the barcode
input ("Checked out: [...]. Bundle of X items. Due on [...]")

When using IndependentBranches, usually all branches are removed from the drop-down menus. But in the Holds Queue page, there is the possibility to choose "All branches". From there, you can see holds from all libraries.
To recreate :
1) Activate IndependentBranches, IndependentBranchesPatronModifications and IndependentBranchesTransfers
2) Create a staff user with limited permissions (NOT a superlibrarian), including holds permissions. Here are mine as an example
- circulate (all)
- catalogue
- borrowers
- delete_borrowers
- edit_borrowers
- reserveforothers (all)
- reports (all)
3) Create (or make sure you already have) a patron in another branch (we'll call them patron X)
4) Place a hold for patron X on an available item from their own library
5) Run misc/cronjobs/holds/build_holds_queue.pl
6) Go to Circulation > Holds queue and make sure you can see the hold
7) Log in as your limited staff patron
8) Go to Circulation > Holds queue
9) In the drop-down menu, choose "All" and click Submit
-- Notice you see the hold of the patron from another branch under Patron
column: "A patron from library <library name>"
11) Apply the patch.
12) Notice that the "All" option is no longer available for the limited patron. Limited patrons can't see holds from other libraries anymore.

Librarians would like the page to be automatically refreshed every X minutes.
This patch is suggesting to have a checkbox at the top of the page to
let the user refresh the page given the delay they want.
We could later improve this by setting this value in a localStorage
variable.
Test plan:
Go to the curbside pickup page
Notice the new checkbox at the top
Notice that the "Refresh" button has been moved at the top as well
Play with the checkbox and the input, and confirm that the behaviour is
consistent

This patch adds a new class to toolbars in certain contexts: Where the
toolbar contains only text links (as opposed to Bootstrap-styled
controls). This lets us set some comfortable padding on the links.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS.
Test the following pages to confirm that the toolbar of selection links
("Select all," "Clear all," etc.) has legible spacing.
- Cataloging -> Batch item modification -> List of submitted barcodes
- Cataloging -> Batch item deletion -> List of submitted barcodes
- Cataloging -> Batch record modification -> List of submitted records
- Cataloging -> Batch record deletion -> List of submitted records
- Circulation -> Checkout notes
- Tools -> Batch extend due dates -> Preview results
- Tools -> Batch patron modification -> List of submitted patrons
- Tools -> OPAC problem reports

This patch adds a .page-section div to various circ-related pages in
order to provide a consistent page structure.
To test, apply the patch and view the following pages in Circulation to
confirm that the primary page content is wrapped in a container with a
white background:
- Overdues
- Overdues with fines
- Transfers to receive: Your system should have items which have been
transfered from at least two other libraries.
- Transfers to send: Your system must have one or more items in the
branchtransfers table with the datesent value = null.
- On-site checkouts
- Catalog -> Bibliographic record -> Items -> View item's checkout
history

When creating a new pickup the dates in the past won't display any
available slots. It would be better to disable them in the date picker.
Test plan:
Setup curbside pickups for your library (see bug 30650 test plan if
needed)
Create a new pickup (staff and OPAC) and confirm that the date picker widget
has the dates in the past disabled.
QA note: More work would be needed to sync calendar.inc code between
OPAC and staff. Also note that the "clear date" code wasn't needed
(please confirm).

This patch makes changes the button markup in Circulation templates --
including offline circulation -- so that all submit buttons and any
buttons that should should be styled as primary buttons have the
Bootstrap class "btn btn-primary."
To test, apply the patch and view pages in Circulation to confirm
that everything looks correct. In most cases there are no visible
changes.

We disable dates from the date picker that do not have slots defined in
the configuration.
Note that dates that have slots configured but none are available will
still be displayed. To implement that we would need to calculate the
availability for all the dates displayed on the widget (1 month) and
that will (certainly) slow down considerabily the UI.
Test plan:
Configure curbside pickup for a given library. Define slots for several
days of the week (not all).
Schedule a pickup and confirm that only the days with slots defined are
available in the date picker widget

Bug 24434 reinstated the 'updateWrongTransfer' call here, but made the assertion that
the transfer should not be sent until 'Ok' was clicked.
I see how unsent transfers are useful for rotation, but I believe for wrong transfer we shouldn't require a confirm or print. If a library does want to, the 'transfersblockcirc' system preference will enforce clicking the button
to continue
This patch also confirms a transfer when item already has a transfer and only options are Confirm/Print because the transfer already exists
To test:
1 - Disable TransfersBlockCirc system preference
2 - Manually transfer an item from branch A to branch B
3 - Check in the item at branch A
4 - Dismiss modal without confirming
5 - View item on biblio details page, item not in transit
6 - Check in item, confirm transfer
7 - Note item in transit on details page
8 - Check in the item at branch C
9 - Dismiss modal without confirm
10 - View item on biblio detail, not in transit
11 - Checkin at A, cancel transfer
12 - Apply patch
13 - repeat 1 - 4
14 - Confirm item appears in transit
15 - Check in at branch C, dismiss modal
16 - Confirm item in transit
