This patch removes some UNIMARC cataloging plugins which were
essentially duplicates of each other and renaming the remaining version
to reflect that it's for use with multiple subfields.
UNIMARC 123$d, e, f, and g can all be filled with
unimarc_field_123defg.pl
It's easiest to test if you have UNIMARC sample data. In KTD, run
'reset_all_unimarc'
- Apply the patch and run the database update process.
- Go to Cataloging and create or edit a bibliographic record.
- Under tab 1, look for tag 123.
- Test the plugin link for subfields d, e, f, and g
- In each case the popup window should have the heading "UNIMARC field
123d/e/f/g builder"
- Fill out the form each time and confirm that the values are copied
to the correct field in the MARC editor window.

Bug 27378: Stop the codemirror editor and delete confirmation from duplicating
Previously, if the "Add new code button" was clicked in the CookieConsentedJS editor, the original entry would have duplicated CodeMirror editors.
This was exponential, i.e adding two new lines would result in three codemirror editors appearing on the first entry, two on the second and so on.
The click event was not being applied properly and was being applied to every element with the .expand-textarea class, rather than specifically the new elements being created. The addExpandHandler function now loops through each element individually and decides whether to apply the click event handler.
Similarly, the delete confirmation was dupliacting for the same reason. This has also been resolved.

It appears that MySQL 8 rejects creating any table where the primary key is nullable. The table tmp_holdsqueue has a nullable pk ( itemnumber ) but there is no reason for this column to be nullable ( generating a holds queue entry with no itemnumber is not possible ) so it make sense to just remove the nullability for MySQL compatiability.
Test Plan:
1) Using MySQL 8.0, attempt to create a database from kohastructure.sql
If you use ktd, you can try: DB_IMAGE=mysql:8.0 ktd up
2) Note the failure to create the table
3) Apply this patch

This updates the FK constrant from ON DELETE CASCADE to ON DELETE
SET NULL. This means that if a subscription linked to an order is
deleted, we no longer will also delete the order, but we will just
set subscrptinid in the order to NULL. This will avoid data loss
that can cause the budgets/funds not to add up anymore with the
real espenses of the library.
To test:
Preparation:
* Create 2 subscriptions on different records
* Create a new basket
* Use the "order from subscription" functionality to create order
lines for both of your subscriptions
* Close basket

* Delete the first subscription

This rewrite the database update with some things in mind:
* We now use a positive value list of allowed characters to check
This makes sure that all of those are recognized:
1,00
1.00€
abc
* Instead of dying after finding one wrong value, we loop through
all values first, building up an error string
* When we have errors... we die and print the full list of things
that need fixing.

When currency format is set on FR commas are decimals separators
but when cron like fines.pl try to calculate fines it's fails due to
this format.
I changed this behavior by targetted 'fine' and 'overduefinescap' in
circulation_rules.rule_name to unformat them when we save them.
This also fix the display in smart_rules table (before with commas price
was not good displayed - without decimals)
Test Plan :

with commas
2) Be sure to have some patron overdues
3) Run ~/misc/cronjobs/fines.pl with args to find overdues
4) See an error like 'isn't numeric in substraction[..] or gt > [...]'

changed in step 1) )

Some libraries would like to have the text version of the serials
"published on" field auto-generated from a template. This template
should be definable at the subscription level.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Restart all the things!
4) Create or edit a new subscription
5) Edit the "Publication date template", create a template toolkit
template.
Keys available are the Koha::Subscription object as 'subscription'
and the following serial table columns as keys:
serialseq
serialseq_x
serialseq_y
serialseq_z
subscriptionid
biblionumber
status
planneddate
publisheddate
publisheddateext
notes
routingnotes
So your example template could be "[% subscription.subscriptionid %] [% biblionumber %]"
6) Generate the next serial
7) Note the next issue has a "Date published (text)" field based on the
template you set!

This patch adds a new system preference called "PatronAutoCompleteSearchMethod"
which allows staff to choose between "Starts with" or "Contains" when
searching for patrons.
The "Contains" option should be useful when searching for patrons that have
multiple surnames or when searching using a patron's middle name.
New Test Plan:
0. Ensure system preference PatronAutoComplete is set to Try
1. Create a patron that has a first name, middle name and two surnames.
(i.e. Adela Maria, Hernandez Acosta).
2. In patron or checkout search, enter their first name and first
surname without submitting.
3. Confirm that a record is found in the autocomplete results
4. In patron or checkout search, enter their first name and second
surname without submitting.
5. Confirm that no record is found.
6. Enter their middle name and first surname. Confirm that no record is
found.
7. Enter their middle name and second surname. Confirm that no record
is found.
8. Apply the patch, update database
9. Under Administration > Global System Preferences > search for
"PatronAutocompleteSearchMethod"
10. Choose "Contains" instead of "Starts with" for the system
preference, reload your search page
11. Repeat steps 2-4. The patron record should appear for all search
methods.
12. Sign off!

The tool has not been updated and is no longer working with modern
browser.
It should either be rewritten/adjusted or removed. Given that we didn't
get complains its non-functional status, bugs related to this tool
didn't get attention, and the community is lacking resources, I am
suggesting to remove it and redirect users to the koct FF plugin that

If a librarian has opted to load the checkouts table automatically on the checkouts page, it will trigger a call to svc/checkouts. If a librarian is checkout out 10 items to a patron, that means svc/checkouts is called uselessly 9 times, with only the 10th time being used to display the checkouts table.
It would be useful to add a delay such that the table only load if the page has been display for a given number of seconds. That way the continuous scanning does not trigger useless svc/checkouts calls, but the librarian also does not need to click the load checkouts button manually.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Verify "Always show checkouts immediately" retains its' original
behavior of loading the checkouts table immediately
4) Set LoadCheckoutsTableDelay to a non-zero integer
5) Verify the automatic table loading is delayed by that number of
seconds

This commit updates the database to add a new flag to show which debit_types are
included in noissuescharge. It also deletes the current sysprefs that are
hardcoded for this as these are now redundant.
Test plan:
1) Choose a patron and add some fines to this patron that have different debit_types
2) Navigate to system preferences and observe that currently you can only amend the
noissuescharge included debit types using three preferences: ManInvInNoissuesCharge,
RentalsInNoissuesCharge, HoldsInNoissuesCharge
3) Apply both commits attached to this bug
4) Navigate as above and observe that these three system preferences are now gone
5) Navigate to Debit Types in System Preferences, the table should have a column
called No issues charge that shows whether a debit_type is Included or Not included
6) Click the edit button and there should be a checkbox for Included in noissuescharge
7) Change some of the debit_types using this option and observe that the patron you
added fines to will either be blocked from checkouts or able to checkout depending
on which debit_types you include and the value of these fines.

This enhancement adds a system preference StripWhitespaceChars which,
when enabled, will strip leading and trailing whitespace characters from
all fields when cataloguing both bibliographic records and authority
records. Whitespace characters that will be stripped are:
- spaces
- newlines
- carriage returns
- tabs
To test:
1. Apply patch and install database updates
2. Go to Administration, system preferences, find the new
StripWhitespaceChars preference. It should be "Don't strip" by default.
Change it to "Strip".
3. Search for a biblio record and edit it. Put some leading or trailing
whitespace characters in input fields and textarea fields and save.
4. Confirm these characters are removed when you save the record.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for authority records.
6. Confirm tests pass t/db_dependent/Biblio/ModBiblioMarc.t

This patch allows to create additional fields for order lines.
Once created, these fields can be filled during order line creation or
modification.
If additional field is linked to a MARC field, there are two possible
scenario:
- MARC field mode = get: The field cannot be modified and its value is
retrieved from the bibliographic record (current behaviour)
- MARC field mode = set: The field can be modified and its value is
saved to the bibliographic record (new behaviour)
If additional field is linked to an authorised value category, then
authorised values are used. If not directly linked to an authorised
value category, but linked to a MARC field, a search for an AV category
is made on MARC default framework.
This patch doesn't display additional fields value anywhere (except in
order line creation/modification). Future patches will do that.
Test plan:
1/ Go to Acquisitions home
2/ In the left menu, click on "Add order line fields"
3/ Click on "New field" button
4/ Give the field a name (unique), no AV category and no MARC field.
5/ Save.
6/ Create 5 other fields:
a/ no AV category, a MARC field not linked to AV category, MARC field
mode = get
b/ no AV category, a MARC field not linked to AV category, MARC field
mode = set
c/ no AV category, a MARC field linked to AV category, MARC field
mode = get
d/ no AV category, a MARC field linked to AV category, MARC field
mode = set
e/ an AV category, no MARC field
7/ Create everything you need to be able to create order lines
(supplier, basket, ...)
8/ Create an order line. At bottom of the page, you should see your
additional fields, with authorised values dropdrown list for fields
(c), (d) and (e). Fields (a) and (c) should be disabled.
9/ Fill these fields with some data and save order line
10/ check that data was correctly saved into biblio for fields (b) and
(d), but not for (a) and (c)
11/ modify the same order line, check that values you've filled are
correctly retrieved and that values for (a) and (c) were correctly
retrieved from the bibliographic record

The Koha Community normally refers to "global system preferences"
as just "system preferences".
This updates the staff interface and other occurences to refelect
this, including:
- Administration > Global system preferences and the description
- Patrons > [a patron] > More > Set permissions > Manage Koha
system settings > Manage global system preferences
(manage_sysprefs)
- The installer files and the database (permissions table)
Test plan:
1. Note that in the staff interface "Global system preferences"
is dispalyed in two places:
1.1 Administration: Go to Administration. There is a section
called "Global system preferences" with a description
and a search box.
1.2 User permissions: View the details for a patron > More >
Set permissions > expand 'Manage Koha system settings' >
scroll down to 'Manage global system preferences
(manage_sysprefs)'

GDPR is a European Union (and, at time of writing, UK) law.
The GDPR_Policy system preference is about a patron
giving consent to their personal data being processed in
line with the library's privacy policy.
The name of the preference is vague: there could be
many policies implemented by libraries to comply with
GDPR. It also makes the preference look irrelevant for
libraries outside the areas where GDPR applies, while
it may be useful for libraries anywhere.
This renames GDPR_Policy to PrivacyPolicyConsent and
adjusts the system preference descriptions.
To test:
* Apply the patch
* Run database update
* Search for GDPR_Policy in the system preference
- you should not find anything.
* Search for DataPrivacyConsent in the system preferences
- you should find it and be able to activate it
* Verify the feature works as expected
- If the preference is set to "enforced", you will be
asked to give consent to the data privacy agreement
in the OPAC when you log in
* Verify the page is now phrased neutrally using 'privacy policy'
Bonus: Consent date is now formatted according to DateFormat
system preference.

"In exhibition, available for loan". When patron check outs the
item notforloan status can be reseted back to 0, informing staff
that the item is back on circulation.
This patch adds new syspref Add syspref UpdateNotForLoanStatusOnCheckout.
To test:
1. Set items notforloan status as e.g -1.
2. Check out item for a patron.
=> Note that items status doesn't change.
3. Apply patch and update database if needed.
4. Add "-1: 0" to syspref UpdateNotForLoanStatusOnCheckout.
5. Check item in and out again for a patron.
=> Note that items status is changed as 0.

When the 773 entry is not linked to a record using $w or
Easyanalytics we still want to display the information
about the source/host item in the emails.
To test:
1. Activate the UseControlNumber system preference
2. Search for a record and make sure it has 001 set to some value.
3. Use Edit > Add child record to create an analytical record from this record.
4. Make sure 773$w was filled in and finish by adding any mandatory fields, save.
5. Add this record to your cart. Also add a 773$g with the pages or similar.
6. Create another record with 773$t and $g, but without $w.
7. Also add this record to your cart.
8. Add a few other records to the cart.
9. Host item information (In: ) should display for all entries with 773 in the record.
This also makes use of the biblio-title include to display the
different parts of the title (245$abnp), if the record is linked.

This fixes several issues found and improves formatting:
* Add missing line breaks <br> where required as we are now using HTML
* Add missing USE statements to show
* library
* location
* Link to the OPAC (Preference was not resolved)
* Make sure there is a comma between library and location
* Make sure Author(s): only displays when there is content after
* The comment field allows multi-line comments, formatting is now preserved

It can be useful to know where in Koha a particular logged action was generated from, and how. We should add the ability to attach a syspref controlled basic stack trace with the caller depth controlled via the syspref. We can the call caller() until the specified depth has been reached.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
4) Restart all the things!
5) Set the new syspref ActionLogsTraceDepth to a number ( e.g. 3 )
6) Update a syspref or trigger another enabled log action
7) Query the database: SELECT * FROM action_logs WHERE trace IS NOT NULL
8) Note the stack trace was created!
