tgarip1957	584836d680	New koha configuration file. Replaces koha.conf. Needs C4::Context.pm in head to work. ... This file now combines koha configuration and zebra configuration. Old koha.conf variable names are retained. They go between the tags <config>. Do not change the tag names for zebra part. Use zebrasrv -f /etc/koha.xml to start your server.
