This patch makes changes the button markup in various assorted
templates so that all submit buttons and any buttons that should should
be styled as primary buttons have the Bootstrap class "btn btn-primary."
To test, apply the patch and view the following pages to confirm that
everything looks correct. In most cases there are no visible changes.

This patch makes some changes to the suggestions template in order to
make the sidebar filter form and bulk action table footer forms more
usable and readable.
Some global changes to <fieldset class="brief"> style are made.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS.
- Go to Suggestions.
- Confirm that the sidebar contains two sections: Organize by and Filter
by.
- Test that the links under "Filter by" work to expand and collapse the
different sections (bibliographic, suggestion, and acquisition).
- Below the table of existing suggestions you should see the section
"Change selected suggestions."
- Each form should look good, with labels in bold above each form field,
with "primary" style submit buttons.
- Because some global styles have been modified, check that fieldsets
with the class "brief" are still displayed correctly in other areas:
- In sidebar forms: Patrons, Acquisitions order and invoice searches,
overdues and holds to pull in Circulation.
- In other areas: The Quick spine label creator; the upload plugin
form; the calendar's add holiday form.

The idea rely on the KohaDates TT plugin for the date formatting. We
should not have any output_pref calls in pl or pm (there are some
exceptions, for ILSDI for instance).
Also flatpickr will deal with the places where dates are inputed. We
will pass the raw SQL value (what we call 'iso' in Koha::DateUtils), and
the controller will receive the same value, no need to additional
conversion.
Note that DBIC has the capability to auto-deflate DateTime objects,
which makes things way easier. We can either pass the value we receive
from the controller, or pass a DT object to our methods.

The C4::Suggestions::SearchSuggestion subroutine is badly written and
can be replaced by calls to Koha::Suggestions->search.
The hard part in this patch is suggestion.pl, the other occurrences have
been replaced easily.
Test plan:
The idea is to test the whole suggestion workflow.
1. Create a suggestion on OPAC
2. Create a suggestion on the staff interface
3. Edit suggestions
4. Filter suggestions (use the different filters and "organize by"
values)

This patch makes the suggestion-related pages rely on array size instead
of querying the DB each time they need to. In the case of
suggestion/suggestion.pl it goes from 4 COUNT(*) to 1.
To test, with KTD:

And a few minor fixes when they where causing issues for
translatability.
And rephrased a string about password reset to have it identical to
other strings with the same meaning.
Simplified via wrapping strings with <span> to split to huge
concatenated strings with a lot of %s everywhere.

This patch needs mainly proof reading. Still it's possible to do some
basic testing to demonstrate that adding a <span> in an IF doesn't
break anything.
Pick in one of the 110 modified templates a string that you know how to
display. Otherwise:
1. acquisitions => vendor => basket => add to basket =>
search "from existing record" => add order
2. Cancel the order
3. You see without issue "Bibliographic record will not be deleted"
4. administration => Patron categories
5. Try to delete a used and unused category
6. You see as expected

2. Give those reasons a description.
3. Make several suggestions via staff client and/or OPAC and apply some of the reasons you just made
4. Apply patch
5. Go to Home > Acquistions > Suggestions management
6. Give some of the suggestions some different status (PENDING/REJECTED/ACCEPTED/ect)
7. Make sure on each of the tables you can see the column 'Patron reason'
8. Go to Administration > Table settings and attempt to hide the column.
9. Confirm that the column is properly hidden on the Suggestions management page

This patch updates the suggestions page to use Bootstrap tabs
instead of jQueryUI.
To test you should have multiple suggestions from different libraries,
different item types, and different statuses.
Apply the patch and go to Suggestions.
- Suggestions should initially be displayed in tabs by status.
- Confirm that the tabs look correct and work correctly.
- Test that tabs work correctly for each option in the "Organize by"
dropdown in the left-hand sidebar.

It looks like this problem was caused by code from bug 25033, we were attempting to have the
dropdown either be the current branch filter, or the suggestion's branch code, but the variables here are confusing and it didn't work
This explicitly sets the branchcode when creating a new suggestion to allow fixing current behaviour and
show the correct value when creating new
To test:
1 - Be signed in as branch A
2 - Browse to suggestions and limit to branch "Any"
3 - Click 'New suggestion"
4 - Defaults to Any
5 - Cancel and limit to branch B
6 - New suggestion defaults to branch B

When editing a suggestion, the library will be reset to the currently
logged in librarian's homebranch, no matter what the libray was before.
This fixes this, the library selection will remain at the db value when
edited.
To test:
- Create a suggestion with Any library.
- Edit the suggestion - it will show your homebranch as library
- Change to any library but your homebranch
- The summary should show the correct value after saving
- Edit the suggestoin again - it's set back to your homebranch again
- Apply patch
- Repeat the steps, the pull down should now show the correct library
at all times.
Caveat: I think there is a somewhat separate issue/bug in that once a library
was saved, you cannot switch back to "Any". I haven't been able to fix this and
suggest to maybe file a separate bug.

This patch corrects the date field configurations for the suggestions
sidebar filter. These fields are now linked Flatpickr widgets instead of
jQueryUI datepickers.
To test, apply the patch and go to Suggestions.
- In the sidebar, click "Suggestion information" to expand the form.
- Test these linked date fields:
- "Suggested date from" and "to"
- "Managed date from" and "to"
- "Accepted by from" and "to"
- Each should trigger Flatpickr calendars which are linked, i.e. you
can't select a "to" date which is before a "from" date.
- Test that the dates submit correctly to filter as expected.

This patch replaces the use of jQueryUI's datepicker on various
unrelated pages.
To test, apply the patch and test the following pages to confirm
that datepickers work correctly. "Linked" date fields should prevent a
"to" selection which preceeds the selected "from" date.
- Tools -> Patron clubs -> New club: Linked "start date" and "end date"
fields.
- ILL requests: Two linked pairs of date fields in the sidebar, "Date
placed between" and "Updated between." Each pair should work correctly
and table filtering by date should work correctly.
- Tools -> Label creator -> Manage -> Layout batches -> Edit a batch ->
Add items. This should trigger a popup window with a linked pair of
date fields, "Added on or after date," and "Added on or before date."
- Point of sale -> Transaction history: "From" and "To" linked date
field in the "Older transactions" section.
- Acquisitions -> Suggestions -> Add a suggestion: "Created by,"
"Accepted on," and "Managed by" fields.
- Tools -> Tags -> Filter tags by date.

We have specific meanings for the different dates in suggestions
Managed - means the status was changed or the suggestion edited, but doesn't change if item type updated
Modification - implies an edit of the subscript, not updated if status changed alone
Updated - this is the date field in the DB, which is actually a timestamp
The cronjob purge_suggestions.pl uses teh 'date' field
For a user, a suggestion can look old in the interface, but be considered recent by the script
To clear the confusion we should show the timestamp as well
To test:
1 - Add a suggestion
2 - In the DB, pretend you set it in the past:
UPDATE suggestions SET manageddate='2021-01-01', suggesteddate='2021-01-01', date='2021-01-01 12:12:12';
3 - Click 'Go' In Organize by: Status
4 - Note the suggestion looks old now
5 - Check the box, and click 'Update item types with:' -> Submit
6 - Prganize by status again
7 - No change?
8 - Check the DB:
SELECT date FROM suggestions;
9 - The field is updated
10 - Apply patch
11 - Organize by status again
12 - See the 'Last updated' ate set to today

Swapped the order of the page titles to have the unique information
first, i.e. the name of the specific page displays first, and the name of the website (e.g. Koha) displays at the end.
To test:
1) Apply patch
2) Ensure each of the files in the suggestion and tags folders are swapped around to display the most unique information first, and the website name is at the end
3) Ensure the pages displayed on the Staff Client that correspond to
these files also display the changes

Modified breadcrumbs to be accessible, in particular for a
screen-reader.
Made the block of breadcrumbs be a <nav aria label="Breadcrumb"
class="breadcrumb"> with an ordered list inside. The last breadcrumbs
also has aria-current="page" to specify that it is the current page.
To test:
1) Apply patch
2) Build scss file
3) Ensure each of the files in the rotating_collections, serials,
suggestion and tags folders have breadcrumbs that are in a <nav aria
label="Breadcrumb" class="breadcrumb"> block
4) Ensure that there is an ordered list in the block of breadcrumbs
5) Ensure that the last breadcrumb has aria-current="page"
6) Ensure that the breadcrumbs on each page of the staff client
belonging to these files look the same as before, but the '>' symbol
is replaced with '/' and the last breadcrumb has bold text
7) Ensure that when the last breadcrumb is clicked it takes you to the
page you are currently on

Prior to 20.05, suggestions on /cgi-bin/koha/suggestion/suggestion.pl sorted by
suggesteddate by default. On 20.05 and later, they're sorting by title instead.
We should go back to the previous behavior.
Test plan:
Create some suggestions
Edit the suggestions.suggesteddate in the DB
List the suggestions and confirm that there are sorted by oldest first

When looking at an accepted suggestion in suggestion.pl, under 'Suggestion management', the displayed cardnumber in parenthesis is the wrong one. It displays the "suggestedby"'s cardnumber instead of the acceptedby.
Test:
- create a suggestion in OPAC or staff client with user A.
- In staff client, go to accept it with User B.
- Click Edit
- Under section "Suggestion management", you have a "Accepted on".
- In the By column, the cardnumber in parenthsis is not the B one.
- Apply patch, refresh.

Bug 23590 added a new feature to select the manager of a suggestion.
One month later bug 24819 added the ability to pick the suggester.
This second patchset broke the manager selection.
This patch simplifies the way the suggester is selected, using the
generic way and mimicking what is done for the manager.
Test plan:
- create a new purchase suggestion from within acquisitions (suggestion.pl?op=add)
- click "select manager," search for user, click Select
- see that the user you just selected shows under "Created by,"
- see that "Managed by" still says "You"
- modify the suggester
- save your suggestion
=> Everything is saved correctly
QA will test the permission alert:
Edit suggestion.tt and remove "&permissions=suggestions.suggestions_manage"
Edit the suggestion, select a manager, pick a patron in the list who
does not have sufficient permissions, save
=> you get the alert

This patch removes the use of the jquery.checkboxes plugin from the
suggestions management page and replaces it with custom JS.
To test, apply the patch and go to Acquisitions -> Suggestions
Under each tab ("Accepted," "Pending," etc.), test that the "Check all"
and "Uncheck all" controls work correctly and only affect the table on
that tab.

When creating a new purchase suggestion, all funds display and are available for selection.
The behaviour of this drop-down menu should mirror that of those drop-down menus elsewhere in acquisitions,
where only funds that are linked to active budgets display to the user.
This patch add the active switch based on what exists in acqui/invoice.tt and acqui/invoice.pl.
Looks like actually in suggestion.pl budgets list was fetches with GetBudgets().
But this is for the filter in 'Acquisition information'.
Budgets selection on suggestion creation/edition must use GetBudgetHierarchy(), like in acqui/invoice.pl,
in order to have the actif status.
Test plan :
1) Create a budget periods active B1 with a fund F1
2) Create a budget periods inactive B2 with a fund F2
3) Go to suggestions module
4) Create a new suggestion
5) Check you see only active fund F1
6) Click on 'Show inactive'
7) Check you see also 'F2 (inactive)'
8) Choose fund F1 and save
9) Select the suggestion and edit
10) Check fund F1 is selected
11) Come back to suggestion table
12) Check filter 'Book fund' under 'Acquisition information' contains all funds

This patch set attempts to replace all the <i> tags with <em> and all
the <b> tags with <strong> in the staff interface.
I attempted to get all the templates, includes, and xslt files.
To test:
1. Review the changes as best as possible, looking for mistakes.
2. grep for <i> and <b> in the modules, includes, and xslt folders. You should get nothing/
3. If you grep '<\/i>' you should only see instances of Font Awesome.
4. If you grep '<\/b>' you should only see instances where caret is used.

There is confusion becase it is not obvious when the suggestions page is being limited to a branch
Moving the branch filter to the top of the page makes it easier to see
To test:
1 - Apply patch
2 - From mainpage or acqui-home note the link to suggestions takes you to suggestions limited to current branch
3 - Change the dropdown
4 - Note the page refreshes and loads the correct suggestions

We have different classes we can use to set specific behaviours on
table columns: title-string, string-sort, anti-the and NoSort.
We should not need to pass them to the DataTable constructor, we could
teach it that we always want to apply them.
It will avoid bug like bug 26233
The goal is to define them in a centralised place
(columns_settings.inc) then only use the class on the th
Test plan:
Different behaviour and tables must be tested to confirm it works
correctly. Focus must be put on table when aoColumnsDefs is passed from
the template and confirm that this will add more info to aoColumnsDefs
and not remove the existing ones.
Note that this only work when KohaTable is used.

The status "ORDERED" is missing from the pull down list of
status values when editing a suggestion, so the first
option is selected "No status".
This leads to data loss when editing a suggestion in the
status "ORDERED". Worse: the status can't be reset to
"ORDERED" and so no AVAILABLE notice can be sent to the patron.
Test plan:
- Create a suggestion, accept it, create a new order from this suggestion.
- Verify status is "ORDERED"
- Edit the suggestion
=> Without this patch the dropdown list does not have
"Ordered", and if you save you lost the status
=> With this patch applied the dropdown list has "Ordered"
preselected. You can save and preserve the status.

We are preparing the ground with this patch. As the "Columns settings"
page will now add the ability to modify settings for the whole table, it
makes sense to rename the file and the variables.
Note that the controller script (admin/columns_settings.pl) and the yml
(admin/columns_settings.yml) files have not been moved to not break
shortcuts and abits people could have. But if QA decides, it could be
easy to do.

The patch adds the suggestion management reason to the display when
viewing a suggestion.
To test:
1) Edit a suggestion and assign a reason for accepting it.
2) View the suggestion (/cgi-bin/koha/suggestion/suggestion.pl?suggestionid=XX&op=show, replacing XX with your suggestion ID)
3) Under suggestion management, the reason you've just assigned does not
display.
4) Apply the patch
5) Check the display again - the Reason should now be visible directly
under the status.

Incorrect markup surrounding Bootstrap dropdown buttons causes display
problems with the buttons are in a DataTable. Dropdown wrapper <div>s
must have a "btn-group" class.
To reproduce the problem, look at the MARC bibliographic frameworks
page. The "Actions" menu when triggered will not line up with the
button.
In almost all cases, dropdown buttons inside tables should also have the
"dropup" class on their wrapper so that the menu appears above the
button. This prevents the menu from disappearing off the bottom of the
window when the button is positioned low in the viewport.
To test, apply the patch and test the button menus in tables on the
