granular permissions - setting user permissions
...
Adjusted the user permissions editing page as follows:
* Replaced table with a list
* Implemented a tree control using the jQuery Treeview plugin
* When CheckSpecificUserPermissions is ON, if a module
flag has specific (i.e., children) permissions, allow
them to be edited - this is where the tree control
comes in.
* Added some hooks and an initial stab at the CSS
to style the permissions editor tree.

- Changes to the way patron renewals are handled. Circulation page now offers 'renew' link alongside warning about patron expiration (as in dev_week), using the new setstatus script.

- Member pages now use member toolbar include instead of circ one
- setstatus.pl now uses 3.0's patron renewal function
- Adding missing item-bullet.gif (Bug 1659)

Some fixes for "delete" menu items in toolbars to ensure that redirects are handled properly. Adding borrowernumber hidden field to some templates in order to enable delete button on all member-related pages.

Enabling AutoComplete on resident circ search form. Putting dependent YUI files into doc-head-close.inc along with button/menu-related YUI js and css. Moving menu.css, button.css, and dependent graphics into lib/yui. Removing "yui-skin-sam" class from body tags and altering css accordingly.

Continuing integration of breadcrumbs and resident search form, now on member pages. The search form tabs need to be handled in a more sane manner given that they might have multiple options. Either a custom handling script for the different includes or a js-library-based system that will handle all of them.
