Show the name of the patron who created each list on the list
of public lists. Also:
- correcting unescaped ampersand in the template
- making conditional a check on a variable that doesn't always
exist, causing noisy errors in the log

After applying the patch a column for "Created by" is added to the display of
public lists, and the errors in the log are silenced. On the "Your lists"
tab, the link on the list name now has an escaped ampersand.

Standard author information wasn't even in the template markup, only
"additional author." Added standard author and improved output of
additional authors (hiding label when empty).
Also added subtitle via GetRecordValue (see bug 3550).
Also added check for and output of OPACBaseURL in order
to make OPAC links in the email clickable.

Updates OPAC templates to refer to OPACBaseURL (the properly capitalized name) instead

Markup used single quotes around value attribute. Since single
quotes aren't escaped by the template's HTML filter these
quotes conflicted with the one in the text.

Missed a couple of instances of the pagination menu on the
lists page. Previously the pagination links on the page
listing lists (/cgi-bin/koha/virtualshelves/shelves.pl) was
unstyled. After this patch the links should be styled.

Breadcrumb navigation on the lists pages should give the user links back to the
category of list they're viewing, public or private.
Patch changes this:
Lists -> Contents of (Your list)
To this:
Lists -> Your lists -> Contents of (Your list)

Note that this new include builds only the first half of the
anchor tag (<a>). Because title and subtitle are output differently
on some pages, rendering of the second half of the tag is left
to individual pages.
Includes fixes for staff client templates.
Change to basket.pl fixes a bug wherein the OPAC's bibliodefaultview
preference was being checked instead of the staff client's.

Give the user the ability to merge two records, one being kept and the other deleted.
Selection of the records to merge can be done from virtualshelves.
In Opac :
Print lists
Carts looks more like lists
Carts "More Details" And "Brief Display" toolbar looks more alike
In Admin :
Search results toolbar now have a "Add To" button for adding to a selected list with a confirmation pop-up, like in OPAC
