d2dd4ca624 Bug 10174: Add a tooltip to explain what is a digest
The digest term seems to be ambiguous for some people.

This patch adds a tooltip to explain what it is (feel free to provide

Test plan:
Go at the OPAC and click on the "Your messaging tab", you should see an

927aedafa1 Bug 10985: [UNIMARC] Fix authority summary
The problem is the template in authority type summary is not respected
at all. It is only read to see which fields and subfields should appear
in the summary.
This patch fixes that.
It also fixes a bug in auth_finder.pl plugin when summary contains
fields other than 2XX.

Test plan:
0/ You must use a UNIMARC setup for those tests
1/ edit an authority type summary with:
     NP : [200a][, 200b][ 200d][-- 152b --][ ; 200c][ (200f)] [001*] [ppn: 009*]
2/ create a new authority with previous fields (it is possible some
   fields don't exist).
3/ search this authority and verify the summary is someting like:
     NP : Name, D.-- NP -- 23849 ppn: my_ppn
4/ Verify some summary for existing authorities and check they are
   correct.
5/ Edit a biblio record and use the plugin auth_finder.pl (for example
   in a 7XX field)
6/ Do a search and verify the summary is correct
7/ Click on 'choose' or one of the numbered links ('1', '2', ... ; you
should have multiple 2XX fields for the numbered links to show up)
8/ Verify that the biblio field is correctly filled.

/!\ For the ppn, it should be defined in the zebra indexes.

In MARC21 and NORMARC setups, this patch should change nothing, please
verify that too (you can check that the auth_finder.pl plugin is still
working and the auth type summary is correctly displayed in authorities
search and auth_finder.pl plugin).

5bbf1aa674 Bug 13497: Remove the pref AddPatronsLists
The pref AddPatronLists does not work as expected if 'generic' is
selected.
Indeed a patron should be linked to a valid patron category (see the
constraint borrowers_ibfk_1 in the DB structure).

Test plan:
0/ Confirm that the AddPatronLists does not work as expected if you choose
the generic patron types.
1/ Delete all you patron categories and check that the interface invites
you to create one.
2/ Confirm that you are able to create a patron and to link it to a patron
category you have created.

I could not verify step 1/, because at least one Patron category
can not be deleted (Staff, since I'm logged in as a Staff patron
and you can not delete categories that are in use).

With the fast cataloging permission, a librarian was not able to
add/edit items and to delete a record with the FA framework.

This patch fixes that.

Test plan:
0/ Set the permission fast_cataloging (and only this one under
editcatalogue) to a librarian
1/ Log in with this account
2/ Go to Circulation > Fast cataloging
3/ Confirm you can create a record

901be3db53 Bug 9481 - charge not showing fines On 'Check out' and 'Details'.
When looking at the patron record or the checkout screen the checkout
summary is now showing 0 for all the Charges even if the item was
overdue and has accrued fines.
Removed unused(?) footer values in checkouts-table-footer.inc

To test:
1/ Check out items with past due date
2/ Run fines.pl script (ensure finesMode is set to Calculate and Charge)
3/ Verify on Fines->Pay Fines screen that fines where calculated
correct.
4/ Go to Patron record, charge column on Details and Check out
screen
should be 0 or rental charge amount only. But total amount row
display right
number, same as in pay fines screen.
4/ Apply patch.
5/ Now charges on display and check out screen shows all outstanding

0b78824cce Bug 13859: Item search improvements - publication date and title formatting
In the item search accessible from the advanced search the publication
date would not display for MARC21 and the title always contained 'by'
even if there was no author information to display. Also the by is
not needed by MARC21 as the data includes punctuation.

To test:

- Check that for MARC21 the by has been removed from the title information
- Check that for UNIMARC the by only displays when there is also
  an author to display

1ca9adaa56 Bug 13789 - facets with accented utf-8 characters generate double encoded links
Bug 13425 tried to fix XSS in OPAC, by using url filter in template toolkit
on whole generated url. This doesn't work and create double encoded strings
in facets because we are creating url variable by concatenating query_cgi
(which did pass through uri_escape_utf8 on perl side) and other
parameters which have to be escaped in template.

Also, code like

[% SET limit_cgi_f = limit_cgi | url %]

doesn't do anything (at least doesn't apply url filter) so it's not needed.

This patch also fixes encoding of hidden fields used in sort by form.

And lastly, it tries to make facet changes for opac and intranet as same as
possible to simplify future maintencence of this code.

Test scenario:
1. find results in your opac which contain accented characters
2. click on them and verify that results are missing
3. apply this patch
4. re-run search and click on facets link verifying that there are
   now results
5. test sort by form and verify that results are ok
6. verify that facets are still safe from injection by constructing url like
   /cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl?q=123&sort_by='"><script>prompt('Happy_Holidays')</script>&limit=123
and verifying that you DON'T see prompt window in your browser

* Select some branches, run the export
* Note that only records with items in the selected branches are

2b39823c0f Bug 13458: Display the correct patron categories
Bug 9811 removes useful code.
Actually the AddPatronLists pref is not sent to the template from
members/member.pl.

To fix this issue, we can use the existing not clean way, or compare the
syspref value directly in the template. This second solution is
implemented in this patch.

Test plan:
1/ Set the AddPatronLists pref to 'specific'
2/ On the patron home page (members/members-home/pl), the patron search
result page (members/member.pl after launching a search) and on the
checkouts page/patron search result (circ/circulation.pl after searching
a patron using the check out), verify that the patron category list is
the specific ones.
3/ Test there are no regression with the AddPatronLists pref set to
'general'.

edfc80268c Bug 13218: usability enhancements for z39.50 searches
This patch rearranges the layout of the z39.50 search pages in cataloguing and
authorities. There should be no functional change to z-target searching, all
functions should remain the same.

Changes:
* 2 columns of search fields condensed into one
* zTargets moved from below the search fields to beside them
* rearranged search fields into perceived frequency of usage, from most used to
  least
* changed label of Raw (any) to Keyword (any)

To test:
* click cataloguing -> new from z39.50/SRU
* observe how the layout has changed
* import a record or two using the search - there has been no change to the
function, it should all be working.

* Click Authorities -> new from z39.50

* import an authority or two using the search - there has been no change to the

41fbb64fab Bug 11271 - Serials table off the screen in smaller viewports
When you search for serials in the Serials module the results table is
often too wide for the screen (depending on your browser window size).
This is partly due to the fixed width of the search fields in the table
footer.

This patch applies a flexible width to those <input>s and reduces the
font size of their text.

This patch also moves the "action" links for each table row into an
"action" menu (similar to the change made by Bug 10615 in Reports) to
further conserve screen space.

This patch also revises the page's DataTables configuration to use table
header classes for sorting configuration.

To test you should be able to perform a search which returns multiple
open and closed subscriptions.

- Test that table sorting works correctly, including for titles with
  articles and for dates.
- Test that the Action menu items work correctly and that they correctly
reflect the permissions of the logged-in user with regard to
  receive_serials and routing.
- Perform these tests on both the "Open" and "Closed" tabs.

A patron's print summary should contain a list of checked out items
as it did in 3.16.2 and earlier.

Please note, as of 3.16.2 reserves were no longer part of the print
summary and thus are not part of this bug fixing patch.

Test Plan:
1) Find a patron with checked out items
2) Choose Print -> Print summary
3) Note the lack of a list of checkouts
4) Apply this patch
5) Reload the page
5) Print the summary again
6) Note the list of checkouts

866017e152 Bug 13254 - Delete record don't wait for confirmation
In some cases (eg. when Staf Client Search is active), when user choose
Edit->Delete record on record tool bar, browser don't wait for
confirmation and goes immediately to delete record.

To reproduce:
1. Search for some biblio records and choose one without items attached.
2. Note that there, must be "Return to search results" box on left side,
bug works in that case, when in normal view everything work fine.
3. Click Edit->Delete record, watch that confirmation box shows, but
don't wait for OK and runs immediately. If you are fast enough to
click OK, then you get error as below, because record was deleted
earlier.

To test:
1. Apply patch.
2. Follow reproduce steps.
3. Check if waits for confirmation in all cases.
4. Check if deletes record after confirm.

Followed test plan. Patch behaves as expected.

e3d1e527e7 Bug 13122 - Patron holds table no longer display date item went in transit
In Koha 3.14 and earlier, an item on hold and in transit would display
the date the item was transferred. This is missing from the new ajax
holds table.

Test Plan:
1) Place an item on hold for delivery at a different library
2) Check the item in, confirm the hold and transfer
3) View the patron's holds tab on circulation.pl and/or moremember.pl
4) Note the item is show as in transit, but does not give the "since"

1e55e09b8d Bug 13233 - Patron search by birth date tooltip broken
When the user selects a patron search by birth date a tooltip is
supposed to appear showing the date format requirement. Bug 9811 (Patron
search improvement) changed the ID on which the tooltip depended to
function. This patch corrects it.

To test, apply the patch and go to the Patrons home page in the staff
client. In the header search form select "Date of birth" from the
"search fields" dropdown. This should trigger a tooltip showing the
required date format.

290341d8db Bug 11401: Add support for Norwegian national library card
This patch makes it possible to sync patron data between Koha and the
Norwegian national patron database, in both directions.

In order to use this, the following information is necessary:
- a username/password from the Norwegian national database of libraries
("Base Bibliotek"), available to all Norwegian libraries
- a special key in order to decrypt and encrypt PIN-codes/passwords,
which is only available to Norwegian library system vendors
- a norwegian library vendor username/password

See http://www.lanekortet.no/ for more information (in Norwegian).

While this is of course an implementation of a specific synchronization scheme
for borrower data, attempts have been made to prepare the ground for other sync
schemes that might be implemented later. Especially the structure of the new
borrower_sync table might be reviewed with an eye to how it might fit other
schemes.

To test:

Since the password and cryptographic key needed to use this functionality
is only available to Norwegian library system vendors, only regression testing
can be done on the submitted code. Suggested things to check:

- Apply the patch and make sure the database update is done. This should add
the new "borrower_sync" table and five new systmpreferences under the
"Patrons" > "Norwegian patron database" category:
  - NorwegianPatronDBEnable
  - NorwegianPatronDBEndpoint
  - NorwegianPatronDBUsername
  - NorwegianPatronDBPassword
  - NorwegianPatronDBSearchNLAfterLocalHit
- Check that patrons can be created, edited and deleted as usual, when
  NorwegianPatronDBEnable is set to "Disable"
- Check that the new tests in t/NorwegianPatronDB.pm run ok, e.g. on a
  gitified setup:
  $ sudo koha-shell -c "PERL5LIB=/path/to/kohaclone prove -v t/NorwegianPatronDB.t" instancename
- Check that all the other tests still run ok
- Check that the POD in the new files itroduced by this patch looks ok:
  - Koha/NorwegianPatronDB.pm
  - members/nl-search.pl
  - misc/cronjobs/nl-sync-from-koha.pl
  - misc/cronjobs/nl-sync-to-koha.pl
  - t/NorwegianPatronDB.t

bb505d77f4 Bug 8836 [Template follow-up] Resurrect Rotating Collections
This follow-up makes drastic changes to the templates in order to bring
them into compliance with established patterns and markup guidelines.
Only minor changes are made to perl scripts.

Changes:

- Add a toolbar include for displaying new, edit, transfer, and delete
  buttons.
- Improve title and breadcrumbs with collection titles and better
  specificity.
- Correct page structure which was inconsistent with the markup of
  similarly-structured pages.
- Correct styling of error and informational messages.
- Added detailed error messages for a couple of conditions which were
  not defined in the template.
- Add link to the detail page of titles which are in a collection using
the view defined in the IntranetBiblioDefaultView preference.
- Add a link to remove an item from a collection directly without having
  to scan the barcode.
- Add client-side validation to collection creation form.
- In RotatingCollections.pm, add biblionumber to the list of columns
  returned by GetItemsInCollection.
- In rotating_collections/*.pl, remove obsolete declaration of system
  preference variables.

To test, perform all the operations associated with Rotating
Collections:

- Add a new collection
- Edit an existing collection
- Add items to a collection
- Remove items from a collection (via barcode and link)
- Test the behavior of all new toolbar buttons
- Verify that titles and breadcrumbs look correct and links work
  correctly.

dc85139da2 Bug 11425 [Template follow-up] Search form for items
This template followup makes several changes to markup and text:

- Replace "Bibliographic reference" with "Title"
- Replace "Callnumber" with "Call number"
- Replace "Home branch" with "Home library"
- Replace "Holding branch" with "Current location"
- Replace "Location" with "Shelving location"
- Replace "Issues" with "Checkouts"
- Replace "Indifferent" with "Ignore"
- Replace "&" with "&amp;" where necessary
- Correct page title and breadcrumbs
- Remove label "for" attribute from labels which do not directly target
  a form field
- Correct label "for" attribute on labels which should target a form
  field
- Correct date format hint

This patch also makes one change to the way the page display works:

The search results section is now in a separate div which uses a
different grid rule, allowing it to take up the full width of the
screen. To keep the page headers from looking weird I've changed the
markup so that each section has its own header.

To test, perform a variety of searches and confirm that the output in
both Screen and CSV views looks correct.

Confirm that search results which are output to the screen are formatted
nicely and that the "edit search" links work correctly to show the
search form. Submitting a new search after editing a search should hide
the form and redisplay the search results table.

Followed test plan, works as expected.

7c2ff7940e Bug 11425: Add item search form in staff interface
Item search is available at catalogue/itemsearch.pl (link is in
catalogue/search.pl)
It only uses SQL (not Zebra)
* Use DataTables and server-side processing to be able to filter on
individual columns after the first search is done.
* Allow to export results in CSV
* With Javascript disabled, search form still works (and CSV export too)

There is the possibility to define "Custom search fields" in a new admin
page admin/items_search_fields.pl (link is in admin/admin-home.pl)
A custom item search field is defined by:
* a name: its unique identifier
* a label: the text displayed to the user
* a MARC field/subfield: the field/subfield to query (it uses
  ExtractValue)
* an authorised values list (optional): if defined the list is displayed
  in the search form

New Perl dependency: Template::Plugin::JSON::Escape

Test plan:
1/ Apply the patch and run updatedatabase.pl
2/ Go to advanced search (staff interface), then click on "Go to item
search"
3/ Play with the search form! :)
In the 3rd fieldset you can add as many fields as you want and combine them with
boolean operators (AND, OR). You can use SQL jokers characters (%, _)
You can output to screen (in a DataTables table) or to a CSV file.
4/ In the DataTables table, play with filters and try sorting columns.
5/ Disable Javascript (with Firefox: extensions NoScript or YesScript,
or in about:config 'javascript.enabled' = false
6/ Reload the search page and do some searches on screen output. (there
is no sorting or filtering features, but there is still pagination)
7/ Try again CSV output.
8/ You can re-enable Javascript.
9/ Go to Administration > Items search fields
10/ Add a new field. Example for title (in UNIMARC):
  Name: title
  Label: Title
  MARC field: 200
  MARC subfield: a
  Authorised values category: None
(add another field with an authorised values category to see the
difference).
11/ As you are there try to update and delete some fields.
12/ Go back to items search form. You can see in the 3rd fieldset that
your fields have appeared in the selects.
13/ Try searching on them.
14/ I think you're done :)
