This patch fixes the problem of missing WWW::YouTube::Download breaking
record detail views. Instead of a general 'use', the module is only
required if the related syspref is enabled.

Add optional embedding of YouTube videos via HTML5Media.
New syspref: HTML5MediaYouTube: Embed/Don't embed videos.
Format WEBM is hardcoded as it is the only format accepted by all
modern browsers.
Test plan:
- apply patch
- catalogue a YouTube link in 856$u
- turn on HTML5MediaEnabled and HTML5MediaYouTube
- open the record in OPAC and staff client, check that the
'Play media' tab is showing and playing the video works.
Possible enhancements for followups:
- check available formats, offer quality choice
- accept official YT URL shortener

[1] Improve readability, add some checks.
[2] Add the public flag for OPAC use. (If a file has not been marked as
public, we should not return it in OPAC.)
Test plan:
See original commit. No changes in behavior.

Koha::Upload allows files to be attached to bibliographic records.
HTML5Media streaming in Koha does not work with these files.
Test plan:
- apply patch
- make sure OPACBaseURL is set correctly
- enable HTML5MediaEnabled in OPAC and staff client
- connect upload.pl to 856$u in your framework
- upload a file with an extension set in HTML5MediaExtensions,
make sure to set the codec correctly if you use WEBM (subfield c,
eg. 'vp8, vorbis')
- save record, view in staff client and browser, check if 'Play
media' option is available and works

The special regex chars are not escaped in C4::HTML5Media.
Test plan:
1/ Set 856$u=http://www.mrqe.com/lookup?talented+mr.+ripley
2/ Enable the pref HTML5Media
3/ Go on the detail page
It should not explode.

1/ It's better to set style of the video marked in a css file.
2/ Replace some
for my $i in (0..#$array)
with
for my $element in (@array)
3/ the routine in a pm returns a hash not the $template variable

This enhancement uses information from MARC field 856 to generate the appropriate HTML5 code to embed am media player for the file(s) in a tab in the OPAC and staff client detail view. This patch supports the HTML5 <audio> and <video> element. Additionally it gives basic support for the <track> element. This element is not supported very well by recent browsers. Please consider the patch working when you get working video or audio.
