7e872e0a1f [3.2.x](bug #3623) PDF printing enhancements 
Renamed pdfformat to OrderPdfFormat and created OrderPdfTemplate to stock the PDF in the database.
Added a new type of syspref nammed "Upload".
Rewritte, translation and cleaning of the PDF template.

06d2a720ae bug 2867 [1/2]: Move basic editing to main system preferences screen 
This allows the user to edit system preferences from the main system
preferences screen, rather than having to dig down into each
preference.

[This patch includes some modifications by Galen Charlton
 to fix XHTML validation errors and a couple errors that
 would crop up under warnings.]

68d89cf3e1 bugfix - HTML escape syspref explanation 
This applies to the list of system preferences in
the syspref editor - the OPACUserCSS syspref had
angle brackets in its description.

Used template change to accomplish this.  Note that
syspref value is escaped by the script, note the template.

756cdc15ac Swapping tablesorter version. GZipped version may have been responsible for errors in Internet Explorer. Change to usermenu.inc is whitespace only, for proper display in IE.

this noprint class can be used for all buttons & other places where the screen display something you don't want to see on printer.

fe64096e69 Lots of work to standardize elements like Save/Cancel buttons and delete confirmations. A couple of changes to auth_subfields_structure.pl in order to enable display of tagfield and tagsubfield without outputting hidden form field at the same time (for breadcrumbs).
