60efdccafd Bug 20062: Remove support for Internet Explorer 7 in the staff client
This patch removes JavaScript files which were added to support Internet
Explorer 7. Templates which included the files have been modified
accordingly.

To test, apply the patch and clear your browser cache if necessary.

Perform a catalog search in the staff client and click through to view
one of the search results. The search results navigation menu in the
left-hand sidebar should work correctly.

a649958315 Bug 18305 - jquery.fixFloat.js breaks advanced MARC editor
Remove use of ECMASCRIPT 2015 default parameter syntax in
jquery.fixFloat.js to be compatible
with a wider range of browser versions.

Test plan:
  1. Usa a not so modern browser, for example Chrome/Chromium < 49, any version of IE
besides Edge, Opera, or Firefox < 15.0.
  2. Edit a bibliographic record in staff client and try switching to
advanced MARC editor (check console, no errors should appear).

c1f101e86c Bug 16400: Let's hack the fixFloat plugin to fix our needs
On comment bug 11088 comment 2, Owen explained the problem with the
fixFloat toolbar. Since we have a hidden div, the plugin does not manage
to place the toolbar correctly.
In order to make it work, this patch adds some changes to the plugin to
add the ability to define our own offset.
When the div is extended (+, filteraction_on), the offset should be
updated to move the toolbar. Same when the div is folded (-,
filteraction_off)

6381d1853d Bug 16241 - Move staff client CSS out of language directory
The staff client CSS is not language-specific, so it can be moved out of
the en/ directory and thus not be duplicated for every translation.

In order to be able to have a generic path to the YUI CSS files, the YUI
directory is moved by this patch to the staff client's lib/ directory.

To test, apply the patch and visit various pages in the staff client.
Look in particular at pages which include more than the standard CSS.
For example:

- The staff client login page.
- The staff client home page.
- Patron -> Set permissions.
- The advanced cataloging editor.
- Acquisitions -> Vendor -> Basket groups.
- Tools -> News -> Edit news.
- Administration -> System preferences.

Revised: I intended for this to be built on top of Bug 15883. Now it is.

88e8f60ebc Bug 15883 - Upgrade jQuery from v1.7.2 in the staff client
This patch updates the staff client version of jQuery to 2.2.3. In order
to maintain compatibility with existing scripts, the jQuery migrate
plugin has also been added.

Included is the development version of the jQuery migrate plugin.
Developers could modify doc-head-close.inc to use this version if they
wanted to take advantage of its upgrade warning log.

5fb78052f4 Bug 16027 - Use Font Awesome icons in the professional cataloging interface
The professional cataloging interface uses Glyphicons. They should be
replaced with Font Awesome icons.

I have replaced the "Import record" icon as per the discussion on Bug
15966 about which icon better expresses import vs. export.

To test, apply the patch and go to Cataloging -> Advanced editor.

- Confirm that the icons in the toolbar look correct.
- Click the "Macros" button and confirm that toolbar buttons in the
  modal look correct.
- Click the "Advanced" link in the left-hand sidebar and confirm that
the buttons in that modal look correct.
- Click the "Save" button without adding anything to the blank record.
Confirm that the "Missing..." error messages are styled with the
  correct icon.

6d73e951be Bug 11584: Add wysiwyg editor to system preferences dealing with HTML
This patch adds the ability to use a WYSIWYG editor for system preferences.

The key files that I touch are:

1) admin/systempreferences.pl
2) koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/admin/preferences.tt
3) koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/admin/systempreferences.tt

I also add:

4) koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/includes/wysiwyg-systempreferences.inc

and

5) koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/lib/tiny_mce/plugins/advimage

This plugin is part of the TinyMCE distribution. It used to be in Koha, but
then someone removed it. It's useful for preferences like "opacheader" though.

*If you're using anything except IE, this should work super well. If
you're using IE, it'll probably only work for keyboard input and dragging
text within the editor box but not from outside of it. IE has worse
security, so you can probably paste using the context menu paste.

*While I think a WYSIWYG editor can be useful, there might be times
where the content is displayed differently than it is in the editor
because of higher level CSS and Javascript.

2d9eb6202f Bug 11876 [Follow-up] Add a diff view to staged MARC Records
This follow up makes some corrections to the previously added files and
adds some functionality to the diff: A Javascript diff plugin highlights
the differences between the records in the two columns.

Corrections made: Converted tab indentation to spaces, corrected GPL
statement.

File organization: Moved showdiffmarc.pl and .tt to /tools/ to match the
location of the page with which it functions,
tools/manage-marc-import.pl. Corrected permissions on showdiffmarc.pl
accordingly.

Updates to the template: Added standard includes inclucing header menu
and breadcrumbs; converted custom layout to YUI Grid standard.

To test, follow the test plan previously defined:

- Stage a MARC record batch which contains at least one record match for
  something already in your catalog.
- Locate the staged MARC record batch in Tools -> Manage staged records
and click to view the contents.
- Find the record which matched an existing record and click the "View"
  link in the Diff column.
- The compare screen should include the header menu and breadcrumbs. The
differences between your staged file and the existing record should be
  higlighted.
- You should be able to return to the MARC batch you were previously
viewing by following the link in the breadcrumbs or the link at the
  bottom of the page.
- Confirm that the "About" page includes information about the new
JavaScript plugin on the Licenses tab.

a57f4aba22 Bug 13139 - Move treeview jQuery plugin outside of language-specific directory
This patch moves the treeview plugin in the staff client from the
language-specific lib/jquery/plugins directory to the one outside the
theme directory.

To test, apply the patch and view the "Set permissions" page for a
patron. The list of permissions should display in an expandable list as
usual.

It works, following the test plan. I can see the jQuery treeview plugin moved
from 'prog' language specific directory to the global lib/plugins directory.

82275fa2db Bug 11703 - Convert checkouts table to ajax datatable
When a patron has many checked out items, circulation.pl can take a very
long time to load ( on the order of minutes in some cases ). This is
primarily due to the processing of the previous checkouts list. If we
convert to this table to a datatable that fetches its data via ajax, we
can make circulation.pl far more responsive. The same should be done
with relative's checkouts as well.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Observe that the checkouts and relatives' checkouts tables
   are now loaded asynchronously
3) Observe and verify the renew and return actions are now
ajax based and function in a manner equivilent to how they
   used to.

This bug had quite a few followups, so I squashed all of them into one
change so that code is easier to follow. Original commit messages are below:

fb772f1a90 Bug 10652 - Ajaxfileupload.js failing in IE9 for local image upload
This patch adds a try/catch to the Javascript for adding the iframe
element. The try will work for IE8 and older versions, while newer
versions and other browsers will be covered by the check.

Test Plan:

1) Try uploading a local cover image in IE9
2) Notice that your page is reloaded with no result (except the
pop-up of a Javascript error, if you have error reporting on in
your browser).

3) Apply the patch

4) Trying uploading a local cover image again
5) Notice that it uploads correctly

6) Repeat steps 4 and 5 for IE8, IE7, and/or other modern browsers.

Tested in IE10 in IE10 "browser mode" and IE9 mode as well as in
Firefox. Uploads work correctly with book cover images and in MARC
uploads.

Doesn't break functionality and fixes a known problem. I'll push this for
stable branches to use it, but will fill a new bug for updating AjaxFileUpload.js
from upstream.

This patch also includes a change to staff-global.css to override some
style the floating toolbar inherited when we added Bootstrap widgets.

To test, apply the patch and confirm that the toolbar "sticks" to the
top of the screen when scrolling down on the following pages:

- System preferences
- Authorities editor (Authorities -> New authority)
- Cataloging editor (Cataloging -> New record)
- List contents view (Lists -> View a list's contents)

3b4fd63d11 Bug 12101 - Move Greybox library outside of language-specific directory
This patch moves the Greybox library to intranet-tmpl/lib so that it is
not duplicated for each set of translated templates. The Greybox library
files are called directly only by one include file, greybox.inc, which
is modified by this patch.

To test, apply the patch and view any page which calls the Greybox
library and confirm that modal windows are still generated correctly.

For instance, Cataloging -> Cataloging search, click the "Preview MARC"
link.
